Best place I have ever went to! Staff are super nice and friendly. Always get me right in with no wait. Doesn t take forever for them to get the job done your in and out with amazing results. Staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. Hands down the best place I ever gone to. Can t thank them enough for all the work they have done to my car. They are truly a blessing

The service at Mr. Tire in New Stanton, PA is wonderful. I go to them for all my automotive needs, and they always take good care of me. Kris is very kind and professional. He asked how my stepdad was doing and even remembered his name. The staff are friendly and competent. 10/10 would recommend.

We were on I70 about 5 hours from home and our tire went flat. We were almost riding the rim when we found this tire shop while we were trying to make it to another. They really saved us a lot of trouble. We got 2 new tires at a decent price. They were quick and we were there maybe an hour if that. Great service

Brian , the Manager at the location in New Stanton and his staff were absolutely fantastic!!! I was dropping my car for the following day and he let me know they had time before they closed to get my oil changed if I had 20 minutes. I was ecstatic and said absolutely . They answered my questions and were a wealth of knowledge and honest!! Keep up the great work!!!

If I could give a negative rating I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. Needed a simple plug in a tire and even had it off the car. I showed up 25 minutes before closing and was told only tech there was off the clock. A simple 10 minute job and was turned away. On my way out saw the 2 techs just standing in the empty garage bays. The counter person could have easily done the job also but was easier to say no. What s the point of having posted hours when 25 minutes before closing your done. Terrible customer service.

Carvana customer. They sold me a vehicle with poor brakes, rotors, no inspection and I got a slice in one tire to boot. Kris at the Hunker/New Stanton location literally did everything he could for me as far as timely service, price point, and general customer service. I would say that not only do I trust him and his crew, but I wouldn t trust anyone else to work on my vehicles in the future. What a great guy.

Found the great team here as a result of a car problem on the Turnpike and needing to choose a shop close by. The guys were very kind to me, helped navigate a very stressful situation to the best of their ability, and if it weren t 3 hours from where I actually live, I d be a repeat customer for sure. Thanks for helping me get home safely.

Highly recommend!!!! Traveling across the turnpike when experiencing a double tire issue. Chris got us in immediate and tires installed. They re a very professional team and work is performed as explained upon checkin. The estimate reflected the exact work I requested to be performed and explained to us. Very happy customer!!!! Thank you Chris for getting us back on the road quickly to enjoy our vacation.

Great experience as someone who has anxiety about auto shops. They provided excellent service and got a free upgrade when the tires they suggested were not available (unbeknownst to them). Would definitely go there again. No upselling, as a matter of fact, I thought I needed new brakes, they said "no, your brakes, rotors, lines are all good. You don't need anything"

Don t go there the place is a dump and they do shady work they tell u need new tires and u don t they just say that so they can take them and sell urs and make u buy new ones they are a bunch of scammers and that Kevin guy knows nothing about alignments

Been going there for several years. Chris the Manager is always polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Bob is the only mechanic who I trust. Both guys explain every thing and are willing to show you their concerns prior to fixing anything. They both need raises for all they do.

Very unprofessional, talking about customers the whole time I was there. Failed my inspection because I had a "leak in my strut" and quoted me over $900 for the repair. Took my car to marshs the next day and passed with flying colors. They said there was no leak in my strut, sounded like they were trying to make some extra money on me.

Guys that work there are very detail oriented, and do high guality work.Manager is prompt and very fair with warranty services: had 4 new tires put on there months ago, but still repaired leaking tires and rotation."Generously Tip the techs, they deserve it"

I got front brakes and rotors done. And the cost was 482 dollars and change. The repair was on a jeepNot on a Bentley. No call for an estimate. Just overcharge. I only went there because I needed to get them done asap. I was very disappointed and broke. Did I mention I'm on disability and that is over half of what I get for the month. Like I said broke ):

I love my Mr. Tire. They go above n beyond to give you great service again n again! My Service Manager, Brian, is always helpful and considerate of my car's needs and always gives me the best deal available in the quickest time possible. Kris and his crew in New Stanton do not try to take advantage of me because I'm a woman but help me in any way they can. You can tell they care for their customer's satisfaction. Love them....good job guys.

Chris was extremely friendly and helpful when I went in to get my tires changed! I came in with no prior knowledge about my tires and what I needed. After admitting this to Chris, he was extremely helpful in finding me a good set of tires for a good price. The crew made me feel extremely comfortable and I will definitely be coming back to Mr. Tire.

Made an appt to get a new tire. Received appt confirmation via email. Showed up didn t have any tire in stock for my vehicle. I forgot to call you Go to Kings Super Tire in Mt Pleasant, best tire place around

Brian and Kevin stayed late to help me get 4 new tires on my vehicle. I work 6-7 days a week and have trouble finding places that are open when I'm off. They took good care of me. I'm a new customer and will visit here again next time I need tires. Thank you!

I am amazed at how clean the store is kept. The manager George made my visit a pleasant experience. This was my first time using a Mr. Tire. George was courteous and communicated with me throughout the entire visit. He was honest and trustworthy and I never felt pressured.I will continue to patronize this establishment as I feel it s hard to find honest people in this industry. And now that I have I will continue to do business with George and his staff.I highly recommend this Mr. Tire! Thank you again for the great experience.
