I regret to say that my experience attempting to reach someone at this establishment was profoundly frustrating. Not only was it nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone, but when I finally did, I was informed they only accept certain forms of payment such as money orders. To add to the inconvenience, they couldn't even provide information on the nearest location to purchase one. This lack of accessibility and flexibility severely hampers the customer experience and should be addressed promptly.

Would be nice if it had even 1 public auction every so often but besides that if the signs for each row was higher off the ground and at each end of the row it would save alot of confusion

The staff is always friendly. The food is great. I will say that in times of corporate rules and uncertainty in the world Carly and Chris have not forgotten that we are just small businesses trying to make a living on the other side of the auction as well. Extremely helpful in stressful times and all you dealers that are under pressure if you would lose your attitudes the process would go faster for every one.

Dont even think about placing a proxy bid if you are a dealer. They will take a green light unit and then change it to red light after sale is completed and green light money is obtained. No announcements and No arbitration. They do not care what kind of proof you have to contradict. Buyer for large autogroup here who purchases 100 vehicles per month nationwide. Lesson learned with this particular location.

Could have used a little more guidance in the drop-off/pick-up process, and then again finding the misplaced car. Walked around for a good half hour. Asked 3 people for help....third one's the charm

I had a transport go to pick up a vehicle before buisness hours ended (4:30pm on a tuesday) and the front office wouldnt let him take the car, even with a gate pass present. I tried to call over at least 10 times only to get the phone picked up and slammed on me before I was able to relay my issue to anyone that could have helped. Terrible service, hope to never buy a car from out there again. Dont bother calling because they dont care to take it or release a car with proper documentation.

We are a transport company came to this location picked up a car the lady in the guard shack is obviously not enjoying her job but she doesn t have to take it out on other people. Being nice to people goes along way

Ridiculous place! They expect you to sign for your vehicle stating you have received it in the same condition as they took it BEFORE you have seen it. And sure enough, my car was messed up! Bottom part of the bumper was ripped off from loading/unloading. Inside of my trunk was wet and they killed my battery. Not to mention, I had to wait 15 minutes for them to even speak to me when they knew I was on my way there.

Dealer only Auto Auction. Most of the vehicles here have some sort of mechanical issue or need body work. The auction does not adhere to NAAA arbitration standards, and customer service is pretty non-existent. Avoid this place if possible.Two stars because at least the food is good!

I know it probably isnt said much but the security at Adesa new stanton is awsome! Especially the big guy on daylight very knowlegable and quick to help

No company will ever tell me that my family is less important then their company like adesa did. Management and ownership are greedy and selfish. Couldn't afford to provide the "backbone" job of the company the essentials to get the job done in all types of weather because it wasnt "in the budget". Save yourself the trouble work at McDonald's!

Very dusty, need to pave there parking lots. The vehicle I picked up had so much dust and dirt had to use alot windshield washer fluid so that I could see to drive off their property.

Nice n simple. Get gate passes, get vehicles n go. Only issue i have is truck loading area needs to be larger

This is a Dealer Auto Auction and therefore closed to the public. Staff are wonderful and make the experience seamless from start to finish!
