I've had an issue with getting parts from Hyundai, not fault of Bob's. They have been as helpful as they can be.Very nice owner.

I was recommended here by the Ford Dealership of Uniontown, and boy am I glad they did! This business is one of those old-fashioned, honest to god good businesses that are very scarce anymore. They provided wonderful service and went above and beyond my needs and expectations to ensure I was thoroughly satisfied with the work they performed. Needless to say, the service they gave me left me speechless! I would absolutely recommend anyone to this shop! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't yet say how their work is,I was only there for the initial estimate of our car. They were very thorough in going over my car and with taking pictures of all angels and multiple pics of the damaged side,so if their work is as thorough as their initial look over ,then I'm sure when I come back after the cars done then it should be five stars and an awesome review,,, stand by for the update!!! 8-9-18-- I went and got my cat back today,the 300,that had right side damage as well as other damage. I have never been sooo happy and impressed with 1) the job these guys done,is just awesome,awesome,awesome!!! They did one hell of a good,no great job,THEY KICKED SOME SERIOUS ASS!! WOW WOW WOW!!! 2)They went above and way beyond. I didn't clean my car prior to taking it to get fixed,I thought I'd do it once I got it back. After I seen the phenomenal job these guys done fixing my car,I open the door get in and,WOW!! They actually cleaned the inside of my car. I've never had a garage go that extra mile like that. SO IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR REPAIRED,GOTO BOBS AUTO BODY IN NEW SALEM!!! YOU DEFINITELY WILL BE VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK!!! Ten stars!!

Great guys and really easy to work with. Kept us informed during the entire process. Definitely will use again. They towed our car from Morgantown, WV to their shop in New Salem, PA repaired it and car looks perfect.

These guys really took extra special care of me and my Challenger. My Challenger is my baby and they went the extra mile to make sure that I received a quality job. They went out of their way to expedite an OEM part to stay on schedule because I had a car show in Carlisle coming up that I had been looking forward to for months. I bought and provided an aftermarket spoiler that took some effort to fit and then they painted it to match the car. Polite, friendly, flexible, easy to talk to. Done on schedule as promised. As others mentioned, they vacuumed the interior which was really nice. Took the car straight to Carlisle and got tons of compliments.
