Action truck parts and service i have to say are one of the best places for your truck needs the employees that works the parts counter has the knowledge of what you need and most times they can get and there service department is really great i take all my trucks there when i can't do it myself i have them do it because if it comes back and something isn't right they will always make it right!

We came here with a broken belt. We met some of the nicest and professional people here! They got right on us too! We had to wait for a part and the manager Jay gave us a ride to the hotel! He also picked us up the next morning. Chase did a great job fixing us! Unlike other places, the price was right! We were happy with everything and everyone here!!! We would definitely recommend this place to everyone we know! Thanks guys!

Great experience here. They found and fixed a problem on my KW where three other shops failed. Hourly rate was reasonable and they did not pad. Danny, the service manager, and his mechanic were professional and friendly.Shop has plenty of parking and there is no trouble getting in after hours even if you have a trailer. Several food choices within walking distance and even a laundromat if you happen to need that.We stayed at the Super 8 in Hanover and got a great CDL rate.

Don't take nothing there, awful experience told me they greased under my dump truck when I had to crawl around under the truck because I had no power to my ignition switch after I got our back. This put me down for 4 more months and I could not figure it out I took it back to them even and without billing me more they could not GIVE ME AN HOUR. Needless to say some of the grease fittings would not take grease and the ones that did took 20 pumps.(LIERS!) Now you tell me. This was after I JUST spent 2,000 plus of dollars on another truck. When I asked for a new oil Blow by tube, it was ripped and leaking on my throttle cable they told me to find a hose somewhere and to top it off Danny himself said he TAPPED ON MY DASH and nothing flickered which when I tap on my Dash to this day everything flickers. I was having minor dash lights problems going in so after they pulled off the dash and I got the truck back I had ignition problems so I was down 4 months more after they had the truck for 2 months fixing Just Brakes. I didn't have enough money for the Bill so they placed a lien on my truck and allowed me to take it which was very nice of them but it wasn't so nice doing all the work without my granted permission. THE paper came back in the mail 2 weeks after and said that the lien application was filled out incorrectly so there was none. I WAS a man of my word and finish the payments when I could have stiffed you with over $1,000 just like you did me.

Please don't go there you will regret it they are the worst people you can deal with. they lie non stop overpriced
