I deal with this location often and regardless of who is working the counter it's always a pleasant experience. I don't know how they find half the stuff I go on there looking for! This location is also the warehouse so it's your best odds of walking out of there with the part in hand, as most everything I work on is 25 years old. They even have some parts for rigs.

Was able to return parts originally purchased at a different location.This location sites off a side street and not seen from Route 11. The first section has many tractor trailers and you need to drive past them to see the NAPA logo on the end of the building.

#2 stop for parts. Can take time to get parts. Strongly suggest calling ahead of time.

Front desk workers were great. Gus was helpful. The warehouse on the other hand need to get it together. 1 part takes 20 minutes to grab? There was no one here but me. I love Napa but I will avoid this location if I can!

One heck of a store!!!! Huge best inventory for 300 miles I can guarantee you that. Amazing layout.Maybe I am partial because I was one of the few whom was in charge of setting this store up when it was being built.Either way they have access to everything in the DC with in minutes. No other store aside from a NAPA Main Counter has this ability.Keep up the awesome work!!!!Mrakovich should be GM.

Great people, great service, helped me out when in a time crunch! Was traveling from VA to VT and not long into trip my alternator went bad on my Miata. Brian Filchner at the local Napa Distribution Center and his staff helped me out, had the part in stock, then found me a shop close by(WrenchRite in Carlisle) that could do it really soon! Those guys got me in and out within 2 hours, helped my son and I get back on the road and we made our deadline before the night was over. Thanks so much, as I am a shop manager myself, I can really appreciate that kind of service!

My brother asked the lady at the counter if they give military discounts and she said yes. So he showered her his ID and never gave him a discount. They do that to me when I try to use my work discount. You would think they would know how t pk give a discount

Went down for first time manager training in July of this year and of course had to visit the store! Its huge, very nice layout. And friendly, awesome staff.

ALWAYS rely on this store to have the odd things I need in stock when I'm in a pinch. (German cars and diesels) staff could be friendlier and more willing to help though...

I usually like napa, but the counter guy had a piss poor attitude. I only needed a few exhaust pieces, he was unable to locate them on the computer and was very rude telling me had other things to do before he closed

NAPA NAPA at New Kingston is the best place to go if they don't have it in store they can go behind the store to the warehouse and get it for you

At the stars part of the Napa warehouse so you can probably get just about any car part you need there.

Slowest service ever if parts aren't out on the floor for sale. Anything that comes from the back of the store takes forever, very frustrating.

This is a regional warehouse with a retail store. Staff was obviously too busy with the warehouse to be friendly with the retail shoppers. I needed some antifreeze brought up from the back. It took a very long time.

They have a cell signal blocker. How interesting. Wonder what the deal is with that? I don't like it.
