Sharing my experience with this business. If your vehicle has been out here recently, check your tire PSI. Someone who worked in this body shop thought it was a good idea to fill all of my tires to 50 PSI...that is either pure stupidity or an intentional way to mess with my car. Pretty shady move

They gave me a tow. Reasonable pricing and fast service. All others I called said 3+ hr wait or next day service at the least! No way! Salem was great. Will use in the future if need be. Very professional and knowledgeable as my car was in a security shut down from original key with chip in it was lost. Dave I believe was the towers name.Thanks Salem Auto !

My mom needed someone to look at a dent on her car. We took it to Salem to get an idea of getting an estimate or what it would take to fix. The guy that came out to look at it was a complete jerk. Tried telling us the whole door would need repainted when the dent was on the front quarter panel. He said he had no interest in fixing it and that he would charge us for an estimate and we would be lucky to find someone to fix it. This guy does not deserve anyone s business. I can t believe how we were treated. Stay away, there are many more businesses out here there that are professional and want to help.

Excellent service. Salem's worked with my insurance and told them what my vehicle needed as opposed to the insurance limiting what the body shop could do. They above and beyond what I was expecting. Rich and his crew did a great job and fast too! pearl coat paint matches perfectly and they detailed the whole car. Would definitely recommend them for any auto body needs.

This is how their money is made, they are a 24 hour towing company that closes doors at 5 on weekdays, im 18 a new rider, and i wrecked my bike 4 days ago and I've been in the hospital, now tell me, how is my mom in an hour away from this place going to get there if she doesn't get off work till 530 or her husband till 9, or me who is injured, going to go pick up the bike, that's how they make their money, closing early so people are forced to either pay more than 40$ for a tow, oh and you can't pick it up on weekends either, they are closed. I hope this place goes under.

I drop my wrecked vehicle off and my first concern was will I get it back in any condition close to what I remembered before the accident. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the shop when it was completed. My car looked brand new. What was even better was when I got behind the wheel and everything was tight as it should be. I've used Salems in the past for towing too . They have the complete service and top notch service. You wont find a better auto body or tow shop around.

I wrecked my car and sent it here to be fixed. They were fantastic. They did a wonderful job on my car. I was pleased with everything. The owner and his son are extremely nice.
