I ve been coming here for years and it s the only place I go to for my vehicles. Mike is a very knowledgeable man and gets things done quickly and efficiently. They always pick up on the first call when I need to schedule an appointment and get me in very quickly! I wouldn t go anywhere else!

Definitely more strict than other inspection stations I have used over the past several years, but up front, honest, and very competent in their knowledge and workmanship. You will be told what you need to be told, and will not be given any BS on what is wrong or what you need. They quickly earned my trust and respect despite being told something contrary to my understanding or what I was expecting to hear. I would feel very confident sending someone without automotive knowledge to them for service knowing they would not be taken advantage of. Great people.

This family is amazing, they work hard and get the job done right!!! I absolutely admire the atmosphere of this garage. Never again switching mechanics he's now worked on 3 of our families vehicles 2 recently. All three times they were honest, communicated everything and didn't Over charge like most people do. The pricing is fair, the family that runs this business are great people and you don't have to worry about (the best part) getting screwed!!!

Dude is a scammer... alternator died and he charged me to tow it literally next door to say he ran diagnostics by using a bar to crank the motor...said motor is seized...got it home new battery and it fired right up....don't waste your money on this crook!!!

Mike and his staff is very knowledgeable and reliable when fixing my cars. Been going to him for a couple of years now. He will do whatever it takes to fit us in knowing that we need our vehicles. Prices are very reasonable. I recommend this company to a lot of people!!!

After taking my vehicle to.3 different garages and being misdiagnosed I took it to Mike and he figured it out and fixed it in less than 3 hours. His labor price was almost. half the hourly rate of the other garages. I couldn't be happier with th his service. I highly recommend this garage!

I took my car to Pep Boys last week and they quoted me $1600 and they weren't even sure that was going to fix the problem. I told them not to touch it. I was frantic to get my car done and called McGuire's even though I had never been there. Mike was fantastic with calling me and keeping me up to date. He fixed it for under $500 and it's been running great the last few days. I will definitely be taking him my business from now on.

Mike and his techs are the best mechanics Ive dealt with. I started going to them because they're 5 blocks from my house, and I keep going to them because I'm always happy with their work. Total car care, and they are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and always fair.

I called on a Friday when my engine light came on and was told to bring it in right away. I didn t wait, he looked at it , did some tests and told me what I needed. He stayed late to wait for the parts because he knew I needed to have my car for the weekend. Great customer service! Very fair and honest!

Very nice family and very reasonable! You know the price up front and the work is done in a timely manner. Mike is a great mechanic and kept me up to date on everything with my car!

Went through Mike (Garage Owner) for all of our car repairs and maintenance. The entire staff was incredible; helpful, kind and willing to take the time to talk to me. Would absolutely recommend for anyone needing repairs. 10/10!

I own a 1956 Desoto and made plans to attend the National Convention in Altona, PA and wanted to drive to it. I had multiple issues big was engine soft plugs leaking and lights staying on and bad exhaust. I studied multiple independent garages to intrust my desoto to them for repairs. After doing research I decided since they hold a antique car show and are very local to me so I could check in on the car I used Mcquires. Mike owner and Katie daughter along with Deryl staff mechanic where all fantastic. Explained all steps they did and allowed me to learn and watch the repairs. Went above and beyond to find parts and showed true interest in solving my Desotos problems. My Desoto is not leaking and ready to drive to Altoona. Five stars and they will be my go to for my antique.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Not trustworthy at all. He damaged my car and lied to my face about it. Car was in for inspection and possible wheel bearing.. said that he did inspection and then took it for test drive and the wheel flew off..and that he never pulled the LF wheel before he drove it but he marked on the inspection sticker that he did. He also clearly stated to me that he inspected it before he drove it. So in other words he tried telling me that my lugnuts just magically came off after I drove it 40 min to drop off to him and 150ft later they come off? Cmon man just own up to your mistakes. Obviously you forgot to put the lugs on or didn t tighten them. But anyways because you lied to me multiple times you now have a problem.

I have used use McGuires Family Auto since they have open and I am very happy with their service. They are very fair, honest and they complete the work in a timely fashion. I recommend them to anyone needing auto work.
