Very friendly people. Kept me updated on the progress of my repairs every couple days and were done even sooner than expected. Did a wonderful job on repairing my car. Would definitely recommend them for any body work.

I have used Caliber twice for my vehicle and they have done an AMAZING JOB both times!!! Brian was VERY helpful and took charge of my vehicle repairs with his team and they did not disappoint. I would recommend them for anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle. Thanks Caliber Collison!!!!

I took my vehicle to caliber collision In January. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the whole process. Brian, Riley, and Ian all made the repair process easy, they even set me up with a rental. The work done was very good, and right.

I recently had my deer damaged car repaired by Caliber. TL;DR Overall 3 stars. Timeliness and the available amenities were terrible. Communication was average. Workmanship and the estimate process and cost were acceptably good. Verdict I will never use Caliber again. There are better and nicer auto body shops out there that will repair your car faster.-Timeliness (1/5) The main reason I went to the effort of a review. My car's damage did not prevent continued driving, as evidenced by the full month it was driven between the estimate and drop-off appointments. That is a significant wait. If your car is not drivable, find someplace faster. At drop off, they told me that it could take two weeks and handed me a paper stating that due to impacts of the pandemic the wait times for cars could be longer than anticipated. Fine, but the pandemic ended a while ago, and my expectation on the two week timeline was that it must be just hedging for the possibility that they might find more damage than estimated and have to wait for more parts (a perfectly understandable scenario). In reality, they did not even assign a technician for almost two weeks, and did not return the car until almost three weeks. I could have dropped the car off on any day preferably the day of or day before repair work starting and had use of it until then. To me this is a clear company procedure or policy shortcoming. It probably aggravates their parking situation, since they have cars clogging up their site unnecessarily. Verdict find a shop that can be more timely and that does not take a drivable car and ignore it for two weeks.- Amenities (2 out of 5) I have two significant complaints and one minor. 1. They do not have their own low-cost rental cars available. I am sure this is not a standard requirement at an auto body shop, but I have experience using two other shops that did offer a low-cost rental car (less than a third of the cost of renting from a rental car agency) as long as you planned ahead with them. The cars were not pretty, but they saved me hundreds of dollars. Caliber does not offer this, so you either must go without or pay the high cost of a rental agency for the extended time noted above. 2. Their parking lot is overcrowded and difficult to use. This is likely related to the backlogs created by the timeliness issue above. 3. (minor) The office waiting room is a bit run down. Verdict If you need to rent a vehicle while yours is being repaired, go elsewhere. You might have an easier time parking, too.- Communication (3 out of 5) Communication was hit and miss. I typically had little trouble reaching someone at the business. Sometimes I spoke with someone who was able/willing to look up my car s status while on the phone and answer my questions. Other times, I had to leave a message which was not always returned in a timely manner. Verdict communication was average relative to the average business I have dealt with.- Workmanship (5 out of 5) One fender panel and one headlight assembly were replaced by Caliber. It has only been a day, but the parts were clearly replaced. For the panel, the paint color was matched correctly and all the gaps and seams appear to be aligned properly. For the headlight, the lights are functional and aligned properly. The car functioned normally, without any new issues or noises. Also, they did clean it up nicely inside and outside. Verdict Unless something happens over the next few days, they did a good job on the repair and cleaned the car, too.- Estimates/Cost (4 out of 5) The process for estimates was comparable to other shops with which I have dealt. The appointment for the assessment was about a week after contacting them a little slow, but the new year holiday was in the middle of that week. The cost was within the range I anticipated based on past experience. They are expensive in equal measure with everyone else in the car body shop industry. Verdict Nothing to be excited about or make them stand out, either positive or negative.

Top notch collision repair. Three collision repairs were completed perfectly and the the car was ready to go a week before scheduled. Brian gave numerous text updates during the whole process from start to completion. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff at this location. Made me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommended!!!

Brian was great to work with. I was updated everyday on the status of my vehicle. The work that was done is excellent! You can t even tell my vehicle was wrecked. My vehicle was cleaned and the repairs were done a day early. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Second time I've been for service after an accident. Extremely friendly and polite staff. Always do a great job and they make sure it's done to your standard with a quick turn around if possible. If someone hits another car of mine *Hoping not* I'll be back!

Absolutely terrible place. I received my car back with misaligned body panels, the wrong size Lugnuts, and horrible orange peel. I can hear wind rushing in because they did not align my door properly, I can fit my fingers in between panel gaps, and the Lugnuts barely fit on my car, and I had to break them off. In addition, this car has some of the worst orange peel I have ever seen you can see it from 12 feet away. my bumper has popped halfway off since I got the car which I had to fix myself, And to top it all off horrible customer service. I have been asking for weeks to get it fixed because their work is warranted and I have yet to get any news back. Next step for me is to take a legal action. I would recommend anybody stay far away from this place take your car somewhere else, anywhere else.

I was very pleased for the way I was treated . I was happy to know how my car was doing . I got text messages or phone calls alot keeping me in what was going on. People were very polite. I picked up my car and the work they did was amazing.

Very professional, quick and efficient. The communication could have been a bit better, but it was good enough. The work they did is wonderful, made my husband's car look brand new

I took my car here for some basic body work. They quoted me nearly 4000 dollars. So I went to Bochek, and they did great work for less than half. My car now looks brand new. No thanks to Caliber. I don't recommend this place. Such crooks.

I took my car here after colliding with a deer. The level of professionalism is top notch. I knew where my car stood in the repair process at all times. I can t recommend these guys enough. My car looks like nothing ever happened.

Caliber did awesome work repairing my car after a deer incident. Looks as good as new! The staff assigned my case (I don t recall the young ladies name) was superb! Friendly, kept me informed, answered questions, is well educated in her job. Overall an experience that could have been quite traumatic was made easily remedied. Thank you Caliber Collision!!

Terrible experience I was told to bring my vehicle in whole week went by at the last minute they tell me it's going to be two or three months before they even get to look at it really got. Rammed as far as I'm concerned they could have told me this for the get-go and I would not even have brought the vehicle to them but live and learn went to another location close by and they already have the van in and they are working on it as we speak

We chose caliber collision in new Kensington to do the body work needed after someone hit my car. The gentlemen who answered my numerous phone calls were so pleasant to talk too. There were some delivery issues so it took about 2 and a half weeks no fault of their own, but they went above and beyond to fix my car and once the parts were in I had my car back to me later that same day. I was even more surprised that they vacuumed out my car for me and gave it back in much better shape than I gave it to them in. (Obviously the body repairs but the touch up they gave my car was greatly appreciated) will definitely use them in the future for jay repairs. Thanks again guys !Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My 3rd time trusting Caliber Collision and I loved each result! Very nice people! Heather and Chris were very professional! Staff was super informative and notified me each and every step of the way! Make you have a sense of comfort in a time like that when your emotions are high just going through the process of getting your car in the right hands! I really appreciate and will ALWAYS recommend whoever is in need!
