Visited the store today and Eli and Jason helped me. Exceptional service. They allowed me to utilize their parking lot to complete what I needed to, as long as I kept it clean. After the fact Jason asked if I would like to clean off my hands.A little bit of kindness and common courtesy goes a long way in our world today. It will be something I always remember the next time I visit this AutoZone.You guys nailed it today. A job well done.

I love this place. The team is so nice and honest. It stays open late and the assistant manager is a vehicle guru. They also install small purchases for you like lights and batteries. I'll go out of my way to come here.

Awesome customer service! I needed a front head light, and the service clerk replaced it. He also checked my oil and saw that it needed more, so I bought a quart and he topped it off. Next he checked my windshield wiper fluid and saw that it was empty so I bought a gallon of that and he put it in for me. This store offers Excellent customer service, and it is so appreciated when you're traveling from out of state. Every time I visit this part of Pennsylvania I will only shop here for my auto parts when needed.

Just want to say how great Frank and Joe were to me when I came into the store today. They helped me fix my problem and were so kind and knowledgeable.I will continue to come to Auto zone for all my cars needs.

I used to find AutoZone to be the best of the parts chains we have around here, and this store was always good, but hoo boy things have changed.Went in to buy fuel hose and clamps.Website shows they carry Continental made-in-USA hose, in-stock at this store. This store, under the same sku, instead sells Duralast made-in-China hose.Website shows they carry fuel injection hose clamps - the smooth kind - in stock at this store. Employee hands me a bag of serrated clamps. Not entirely sure he matched the sku on these as he didn't really seem to care.Next time I'll just order from Amazon.

Chris Frazee was so helpful. My husband and I broke down right in front of the store. Chris tested our battery and assured us it was fully charged. After seeing our confusion and frustration he looked closer and pointed out a part that may need changed. He helped us change it and we were good to go. I m so happy I know I can come here and get good advice and help!

I was waited on by a man named Christian T. He went above and beyond to assist me with my van issue. He was kind and compassionate. Ive recently bury my father in Az and am in Pa at this time to bury my brother. He was like a angel. With so much sadness the past month, it was so nice to experience the kindness he showed. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done, then actually did it himself. Thank you so very much.

I stopped in last week on the 17th and had a bad experience with a gentleman he had long hair and the odor was pretty bad I m not trying to be mean but I could smell it over the counter and he really didn t seem like he cared about helping me.

They are always very helpful! There are great prices here as well! I always come here when I need help with something simple that I don't have knowledge about, and they always make sure I know about the products I'm buying and the services that I need. Thanks guys! Absolutely THE BEST service/experience I've had when dealing with car issues! Christian is so knowledge, honest and comforting all at the same time! I stopped there, not knowing if my issue was the alternator or the battery. Christian didn't hesitate to grab the testing equipment and head out to diagnose my car problem. It turned out that I needed a new battery. We went back in the store and he showed me my options. Once I paid for the battery, we headed back outside and he had the battery installed in no time at all! He also plugged some sort of gadget into my car so that the memory/time/radio stations wouldn't be erased...THAT was a wonderful thing! Christian is truly AWESOME! I hope I never have to go back for car problems, but if and when I do, I will be certain to ask for him to help me out! THANKS CHRISTIAN!!

Been a customer for more than 20 years. There is need for improvement in the inventory listings. Frustration at getting the wrong part twice. It was finally resolved. Vincent was very helpful and patient in this situation and I, will continue to come here for my needs.

Awesome service and great selection of parts at competitive prices. They went above and beyond in the instillation of my car battery I believe the manager Mike was the one who installed it and leads by example. Courteous, friendly and not afraid to help.

These guys are awesome! I finally decided to research cabin air filters for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I spoke to Chip who found the air filter in stock about $14. At my request, Chip checked prices at a large retail store and he found the prices were similar. So I purchased the air filter from AutoZone. There's no doubt, I'll be back!
