AR-KEN was able to schedule me in quickly for some minor repairs. They even let me drop it off the night before. Great people!The garage entrance is around back in the alleyway!

Avoid this place at all costs! Took my vehicle to get the brakes done, now the engine light is on, it won't start, glitches all over my dashboard and the engine is smoking and leaking fluids. They refused to take responsibility for damaging my vehicle, cussed me out and shut the door in my face.. now I have to get it towed to the dealership and undergo a lawsuit. The people who work here have no clue what they are doing, extremely dishonest and unprofessional.

I highly recommend this shop. Been here a few times and Mike is an honest and reasonable mechanic. Fantastic mechanic! We are so lucky to have Mike in the neighborhood. He was able to fix an issue 3 other mechanics have failed to in a little over a day! Amazing!Bonus points, his family stopped in for a visit, and even during a busy day, he had time to be a great dad and take care of work. Shows he's an all around good guy. Thanks again!Would absolutely recommend to friends and family, and will definitely be back.

BEST MECHANICS AROUND!! No one could get my stripped lug nuts off so I could get a simple brake pad change. Called them and he came TO MY CAR and worked on it right there ! Got my lug nuts off and changed my brakes and rotors in literally 30!minutes !!! Will definitely be using them again ! Fair price and honest mechanics !!Services: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes

Single mom without time to mess around with car issues and Mike is awesome. He's done basically all of my auto work for years. I was very skeptical of taking my truck to a new mechanic, but Mike put me at ease. He was in constant contact with me every step of the way letting know what he was working on and what he just finished. He also went out his way to get me tires that was needed and gave me a great discount to top it off! I would recommend Ar-Ken Automotive to anyone.

The workers were very ignorant and just disrespectful! They say that they didn't have the tools to fix my car. What a make shift operation in an old abandoned building in an alley. Come on for real!!
