If I could give this place negative stars I would. Worst place to get a car at. You ll think you re going to own your vehicle but you won t at the end. They don t report credit for your payments AT ALL. No communication from those who are employed there leading to misinformation to customers. They ve been reported to the BBB and attorney generals office for fair credit but refused to cooperate with their inquiries. Bring two jars of lubricant because TAKE ADVANTAGE auto doesn t supply any, even if you spend 20,000 :)

My husband and I were looking for a 1st car for our daughter and believe me when I say we had a lot of ups and downs through the the process. Long story short Bill and the staff were awesome. They made us feel comfortable and we re very accommodating. I highly recommend

I would leave 0 stars if possible. I never leave reviews but this felt necessary. My mom bought a 2015 Kia soul back in February. She already had it in the shop by March for a bad ignition coil and then in July for a sensor. We were on the interstate and couldn t accelerate with the gas pedal to the floor of the car. After the car was fixed we took a trip to Georgia in August and were stranded because the car had an exhaust leak causing the shifter cables and fuel lines to melt. We were told if we didn t stop at the time we did the car would have caught on fire while driving. This car was inspected and at the dealerships garage twice. There are multiple reviews of car issues from this dealership. They are completely crooked and target women. Please do not use this dealership or you will be pouring money into a car and endangering your safety.

Bill and perry went above and beyond to get us a car even thought we have the absolute worst credit! He got us into a vehicle we wanted and didn t everything they could to get us approved! They re very friendly too. Highly recommend them

It was a decent experience but within a month of having the car my exhaust started acting up and my mileage was different then on my warranty . So in less than two months I will have to come 3x the amount of money I should be spending. I would just be very cautious and get you car checked immediately after purchasing

Haven't even had my jeep for a year. The check engine light is on the abs light, 4wd, gascap and the tire light keeps coming on. Have had nothing but issues with it since I got it. Had to learn a hard lesson after I had gotten it multiple people told me they had issues and should not have gotten a vehicle from here. And now Im stuck paying it off when there are multiple issues with it. Thanks for the "great, reliable vehicle"What a joke.

I went in feeling skeptical on wether or not I was going to get the car I wanted. Bill and Ryan were excellent people to work with they will try hard to get you what you want. They ll do anything to make there customers happy. Great experience highly recommended.

Advantage Auto Sales helped me out when I was in a serious pinch when my car was totaled out. We hit a few speed bumps along the way during my car buying experience that sometimes comes with buying a used car. They always kept their word and was more than accommodating by putting me in a loaner while the issues were fixed. Now the suv runs like it s brand new at no cost to me. Perry was very helpful and I would definitely go back and recommend Advantage Auto Sales to friends and family.

I dealt with Advantage before with my Nissan Versa. It was a great car. Second car I got a Kia soul had it two weeks had it in the garage to replace an ignition coil. Towing charges as well. A day later back to the garage towed again spark plugs as still wasn t working. Now front brakes had to be replaced. They said they replaced back brakes not front. I hope this is it this is costing me money even with bumper to bumper warranty. Have been waiting for a response since August about yet more repairs on my car. Broke down the car shut off due to the exhaust burning everything cables to gear shift and all. We were fortunate it shut down or Kia dealer said we would have burned in the car. I kept saying to ultimate garage their garage there was a loud noise. Kia said yes that was the problem getting to the explosive point. I have spent $600 on repairs and now this repair will be $12-1500. Warranty they said covered all covers nothing. I have no car now. Thanks for your professionalism. I won t recommend Advantage at all. The word is spreading fast. The worst part is I only had this car four months. So no one cares to call back and do a thing. A joke. This car literally could have killed us

I bought a 2014 equinox 2 months ago and the vehicle no longer runs. Motor blown! Haven t even put 2,500 miles on it yet. Place is a joke. Never going there again!

Ryan definitely was good with helping me choose the car I wanted , he showed me all the cars in my price range I was able to choose from as well as filling my car up before I drove off the lot, we worked out a payment arrangement and dates I love my new car

I absolutely love love love my SUV! One year down and zero issues. Amazing warranty on these vehicles!!! Honestly, purchasing a car from here is the best thing I've done for myself in a long time! They made the car buying experience so simple! I recommend them to everyone looking for a car. They give you an experience that large dealerships don't. You aren't just a number here, it's personal, thus making you feel even more comfortable with your purchase. I will go back for a second vehicle!!!

Excellent experience with Advantage Auto and especially the owner/ GM, Ryan Long. He went above and beyond in dealing with us. We got a really good deal on a 4WD vehicle. As sad as it was to see my old Jeep left behind, I perked up riding home in a 2017 Jeep Compass Latitude, with 26,000 miles on it, in mint condition. I would recommend Advantage Auto to anyone and everyone looking for a used car!

The staff are very helpful and informal. Everything in the process leading up to driving off the lot is like an express pass at Disney. You out the door before you know it with a great car. Bill and Tom were great company during the process and straight forward with answering any of my questions. Will definitely send friends their way and return if I'm ever looking for another reasonably priced used vehicle.

I would highly recommend Advantage Auto Sales. I was recently in an accident that resulted in my car being totaled. Not a situation anyone wants to be in. After a ton of online research, I found a car that I was interested in. I called and spoke to Bill who was very helpful and was willing to work within my budget. He also was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. Ryan made me feel like family and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my car. This is a great family owned business that truly does want to help people. I plan to be a return customer.

I recently just bought another car from here!! Second time in three years. I have never had anything but positive service from there. The best sales people ever! Ryan is the best, he will do whatever he has to so you can get the vehicle you want!! I will continue to buy from here.

Total jerks. Stopped in to see how much money my mom's car would be worth if traded. They looked at it, but because it was in my mom's name, they wouldn't give me a figure. So stopped back with my mom who's knees are bad had to walk on their not so even parking lot to be seated down and told they aren't interested in trading in the car. But turned around and tried to sell us a car anyway.

Just purchased 3rd car from them. All the cars very good runners. Very Nice caring sales ppl who really will try to help you out as much as possible when you're in a bind too. They will get you financed absolutely. And it builds your credit. Granted then you can go anywhere for a car with your good credit. But we didn't. Reason is, they sell great cars period. So Ty so much for the new nice car. We love it.

I was assisted by Ryan in purchasing a new vehicle. He was great very friendly and helpful! The only problem I had was I felt some of the vehicles should have been in a little better working order for there prices. I bought a van and I'm pretty upset with the amount of small things wrong with it.... it's going on the shop tomorrow so I'll let ya know how many of my problems were fixed!

Great selection of stylish vehicles at with really great price tags. I got a great deal on my Rubicon wrangler. Was never once pressured, we easily agreed on a deal, I got top dollar on my trade, and left one happy camper with a really sharp vehicle. A+++ Staff

I called at 10:30 am on the 6th and spoke a few times to confirm different things and by 3:30 Mr. Julius was calling us back to come in and view the cars as he secured a loan for us. Great customer service. Between Mr. Julius and Ryan we are definitely satisfied New customers and will continue to do business with them. Highly recommend them.

These guys are fantastic. Our car died on us and we were in desperate need of a car. They hooked us up with a 3 row seating Explorer and were able to work out a payment plan that works for us. Very knowledgeable, very kind, just all around wonderful people. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for everything, guys!

Pretty new to the area but looking for a nice used car. Driving by so decided to stop. Talked with Tom, the owner but he didn't have anything that worked for me. He called the next day to let me know he got a vehicle like what I wanted. Went back, test drove it and bought it the next day! Everybody at Advantage Auto Sales is very professional and friendly. I can see why...they have a boss who leads by example. Something rare nowadays! I would not hesitate to recommend Advantage Auto Sales to anyone for their next used car!

I recently purchased from Advantage Auto Sales, it was probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The whole process took about an hour instead sitting and waiting like you do at other dealerships. Ryan was awesome and honest about the process. Definetely recommend Advantage Auto Sales!

So far I have had no bad experiences here. They worked with me to get my car and openly informed me of what I am getting into. They helped me get a car I would like and were relaxed and never tried to sell me anything I did not want. If you are straight forward and want a vehicle and need to get on your feet again. Come here.EDIT: 2017 - This place is still nothing but professional and phenomenal. I have since taken about 3-4 friends here to help them get a vehicle and get themselves established. I cannot stress enough that if you are nice with them and honest about your financial situations through the process of getting your car. They will be kind in reciprocation and try their best to help you out every step of the way.

What can I say that hasn't been said about the staff of Advantage Auto in New Kensington, PA. I was treated like a family member, Steffiny and Tom were courteous and friendly in helping me through the sales process, painless and fast. They found me the lowest interest rate and expedited the sale. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car to stop in and see for yourself. ROB.

Ryan worked with me to get me into the vehicle ive always wanted!!! Minor mechanical issues after i brought it home called & everything was fixed by the end of the week. I would & have recommend(ed) family & friends about Advantage Auto. They don't push you here either like most dealerships do.
