I walked in here for some air bags and waited in front of the counter for 5 minutes patiently waiting for someone to acknowledge me but no one did..... the guys were literally talking and joking behind the counter completely advoiding me! I will never go back in here and would not recommend this place for truck parts! I ended up leaving after 5 minutes and no one said a word to me.. I went and got my parts at Bergeys!

Charging a fuel surcharge on supplies bought within the store !! Apparently this is a method to recuperate increased freight costs. My issue with this is that their customer base IS the Transportation industry which incurs actual fuel increase costs. Fuel surcharges are for freight companies that get products to retailers. Did parts prices not increase ?

Great place to purchase most any truck parts, many in stock.If they do not have the correct parts they will call to other stores checking availability for your needed part.My only complaint is that checkout wait times can be rather lengthy at times.Aside from that, thanks to the staff at Class 8.

This place has gone down the tubes over the last few years, to the point where we don't shop here anymore unless it's an absolute emergency, and our trucking outfit is right here in New Holland. The nice building can't make up for lousy customer service, it's like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. If I get Mike I don't even get all my parts, I just get the one thing that made me go in there and then I get the rest of my list somewhere else another day. Take your chances, but one visit and you'll see what I mean.

This had been the go to place for truck parts, but since they have been bought out, the service has gone down hill. They still have quite a selection of parts there, but don't usually seem that impressed to help you out.

Good place to go for parts awesome inventory if they dont have it they can get it,easy in and out truck parking in the back and they're pricing very competitive

Staff are trucking professionals. Almost every truck or trailer parts are available. If they don't have it and can't get it, they will tell you who does. Large selection of lights and chrome.
