Purchased a used vehicle from New Holland Toyota and it was one of the best car buying experiences. I liked the no haggle pricing policy and combination with the low pressure sales approach they just let you make a decision based on what is right for yourself.Dan from the sales team helped us and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He even took time after the sale to demonstrate some of the features of the car. We felt like we were getting the new car demonstration, but it was for a used car.Finalizing the paperwork of the purchase was a easy and the paperless big screen notepad was the best system I have ever seen to handle these types of transactions. Also, they offered us different options to go with the car but did not pressure us to take any. Like the sale they just left us make up our mind what worked best for our situation.Overall I was pleased with the experience and would recommend the dealership based on this experience.

In general the car we purchased was in good shape, but our sales guy encouraged us to take our car to our mechanic for inspection, and if we found something, then to follow-up with him so that he could address what he could. We did so and uncovered wheels out of alignment, an oil pan leak, original air duct filter that had never been changed, a 6 year old car battery (2018), etc. I sent this note to both our sales representative and sales manager to ask for their consideration. Neither has replied over the last 9 days. Disappointing that I didn't even get an acknowledgement from either .

Highly recommended for buying your next vehicle. Our salesman Jim D. took great care of us, and so did the sales manager Anthony B. as well. Very happy with our new 23 Tacoma, thanks guys! The long beds are hard to find.

New Holland Toyota was by far the best dealership we have had the pleasure to work with. We had been waiting since August to receive an incoming Tacoma at another dealership, 5 months later and we had not been able to take delivery of it and had to search elsewhere. New Holland Toyota was where we found our success. Not only did they have the truck to meet our needs, they were very quick and happy to work on getting the paperwork done before the interest rates increased and were very accommodating and easy to work with. Not even 2 days after we contacted them were we on the lot and keys in hand.Coming to the dealership, we were immediately welcomed and offered refreshments before we sat down to finalize the sale. The manager had introduced us to the sales person and the entire process went with a breeze. They welcomed us to take a look at the truck and ask any questions we may have had. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the truck and took their time to explain everything and find out specific information we needed. They were not rushed at all, which is refreshing given our past experiences.Even after the sale, they contacted us the next day to ensure we were happy with our truck and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The entire team at New Holland Toyota was very personable and happy to help us, from the sales person all the way to the management. Without a doubt there is a reason New Holland Toyota has been around for many decades and has high reviews. I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go to New Holland Toyota, you will not be disappointed.

Bought a 2020 pre-owned ford f-150 from Scott Douglas for my wife. Perfect buying experience on every level. Scott was patient and beyond transparent with the sale. No funny business at signing; fair market value on the truck. Scott promised a perfect certified Raptor. He delivered!!! Beyond satisfied Most professional salesman by far! Truck has been inspected twice; it's perfect!

I absolutely love my new 4Runner! My sales rep Mike was very helpful and it was a pleasure to do business there. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water. The showroom and bathroom were very clean. Also a large inventory of new and used cars to find what you're looking for!

Great place to buy a car, honesty is invaluable! My wife bought a beautiful like new 2011 Hyundai Tucson with 21,000 miles on it in the rain. The next day we discovered some gouges in the rear hatch we didn't see in the rain when she bought it. After contact with the dealership they made good on it covering 1/2 the repair which we felt was fair because it is used. Now it really does look like new. Thanks New Holland Toyota.

Wasn t shown where service department is located at. Also wasn t shown the use of all the equipment in my new vehicle. The only thing that they shown me was Toyota app and set it up. Didn t show me what I could do on the app at all. I played with app to see what I could do in app. Wasn t introduce to sales manager. Trade value of my vehicle was under value by a lot and they didn t even give me discount on the new vehicle enough though it was thanksgiving holiday weekend. I think this will my last vehicle I will buy at this dealership and I wouldn t even bring my family or friends here at all.

Amazing service, i was calling around browsing for my dream car, a White Base Model 2023 GR86. Everywhere i looked the price was always marked up far above MSRP. Then i see the exact model and color i was looking for, i give a call and was met with James Dunkirk who told me everything i needed to know and was very informative and helpful with my first car purchase. I drove about 2 hours away from jersey to here because of the deal i was give , if you need a Toyota dealership, this is the place to go because i am now a satisfied owner of a brand new GR86 all thanks to this honest dealership.

She loves it.Can't recommend New Holland Toyota enough, they gave us no BS, sold at MSRP with no ADM, offered a very fair amount for her trade-in, and were a pleasure to do business with.

I traded in my 22 Tacoma on a 22 Tundra and they were great to deal with. They gave me a fair price on my trade and the buying process was seamless. I had a little issue with the service department but the General Manager went above and beyond to make it right. A great place to buy a Toyota!

Great team of people. Mike helped me find the right car in my budget and we got the paperwork done a lot faster than I expected. I was dreading the day and fearing it would take most the day I set a whole day aside for this. But everyone at New Holland Toyota made it really easy and everything was done in quarter the time I expected. Definitely have to see what they have next time I'm in the market for a car.

This dealership has a very professional team. Neil in the sales department made buying a new vehicle as simple as possible. After one call, Neil quickly returned my call to confirm that they indeed had exactly what I was searching for in their inventory. Afterwards He made sure that he requested everything that was needed prior to my arrival to the dealership, since we traveled over an hour to purchase the vehicle. Jeff in finance was also on point and allowed me to negotiate when possible. I was also grateful that this dealership Does Not charge above invoice value like most dealership are doing now. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Everything went pretty smooth. Paperwork went quick. The salesman, Jamie erb I think was hid name, did a great job.What I did t like was, the very next day I called to get the keyless code and was told I had to go thru service for that and there would be a charge. I found it myself after 5 min of research. In my option when you spend well over 30k. It should be no charge. If I found it that quick than it would of taken them just a few min.

A Class Act all the Way!!!I'm so happy I brought a car here. My Sales Consultant was Mike Bargmann. He was very professional and informative. I also appreciated that he communicated with me every step of the way. I can see him running his own dealership one day! Everyone at the dealership greeted me with kindness and offered me anything I needed while I was waiting.I absolutely love my car. I was not hard to see that every care was taken from start to finish to ensure my satisfaction. If you are looking for a car, new or used, do yourself a favor and visit this dealership. They are beyond spectacular!!!!!!

I highly recommend purchasing a Toyota from New Holland group. My sales agent (Dan) was extremely thorough and knowledgeable throughout the entire car purchasing experience. His knowledge of cars (especially Toyotas) is second to none! Dan took the time to review all aspects and functionality of my 4Runner. The dealership was honest and willing to work with me on purchasing a new vehicle. I recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a new vehicle and Dan as the sales representative! Purchasing a vehicle from New Holland group was a great experience!

I've never ever had such a fabulous experience at any of the dealerships so far in my life.Brian Gray was our product specialist who went above and beyond to give a transparent quote over the email, had a phone call which lasted for less than 10 minutes, few text messages and the DEAL WAS DONE!He is gem of a person. 100% respect for his honest and upfront help from start to end!"No hidden fees, no games, no bait and switch tactics & no surprises when we showed up at the dealership. New Holland gave us a great price on our trade in, and asked a fair price for the vehicle we purchased. The sales and finance folks were a genuine pleasure to deal with, and I gladly and whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
