I sat outside of the quickie Lube for about 15 minutes and nobody came. Finally one of the employees from another area asked me if he could help I said yes I'm trying to find out how long it will take to get my oil changed he was kind enough to check for me they said at least two hours. I decided not to stay.

Update on my review: I had given them a 5 star initially, and decided to change it one. After few days of service, I decided to check the oil level in my car. The dip stick is showing almost half inch above the max level. I took the car back and told them to drain it and make sure the oil level is between min and max. They got multiple "certified" mechanics to look at it. They said "this is normal". When I asked the mechanic, why there is a min and max dot? He didn't wanted to say anything about it. They sent me out with doing nothing, they didn't put the oil to a normal level. I told them, I will hold you liable for any issue that come up because of the high oil level. They just stayed quiet. I want New Holland Auto to take responsibility for the mistakes their employees do.My original review:Great service center. I was in and out very fast. I drive a lot of miles so I get my oil changed about every 2 months. This used to be the place to go but lately has been horrendous. There is no reason it should take 2 hours to change the oil. I guess it's time to try somewhere else.

I took my car there for an oil change. They had eight technicians look at it and said they could not do it. I usually do it myself but the plug was too tight; I couldn't get it out. They suggested something more serious might be wrong that it had seized up. Absolutely not! I took it to my regular garage where they cracked the bolt loose for me before I drove it home. Fifteen minutes later I had the oil changed myself. Their ineptness saved me money. I won't bother taking a vehicle to them again.

Do not trust them for the service of your vehicle. I dropped my truck off for a quick oil change, tire rotation and new wipers to save myself some time. I told them I did not want the complementary car wash as my truck is ceramic coated. I caught the technician removing my hitch and I went and asked what he was doing and he said he had to do so for the car wash I explicitly told them not to wash my truck. Then they perform my work and I go pickup my truck. I check the oil and it is severely over full. I take my truck back and show them and they changed it again free of charge like I would have expected. The technician and service manager assured me that it would be changed again and filled to the correct level. I get my truck truck back 20 minutes later and drove home because i was assured it was at the correct level. I question if they even touched it or if they just can t read a dipstick because it was once i was home i checked again and it was severely overfull. So not only was I out 2 hours of my time I tried to save but I m out an outrageous $99 for an oil change plus another $50 for a new oil and filter and the time to just change it myself. I was also charged another $80 for new wipers and a tire rotation. So, for $180 my vehicle is in worse condition than it came in and I m out 2 hours of my time I tried to save. I wont be returning because obviously a simple oil change is too hard for a place that has all the tools to do so correctly. Places like these are why I just do things myself.Service: Oil change

Easy to use. Fast service if they're not busy. Was told abt 1 hour. I don't think it was that long. 4 or 5 cats ahead of me. Able to use my service plan. I don't know anything about the prices though.

Edit to update my review: I was contacted by this company a few days after my review was posted. At the time, I had not written that one of the service members I worked with had used unprofessional language when helping me. So, I took the opportunity to tell them during our phone call. They took my concern seriously. So seriously that we had THREE phone calls to follow up the original phone call. It ended up being a lot of my time. In the end, I was offered nothing but an apology. I was disappointed that I wasn t offered a refund on my services or discounts for future services. I m not one to demand my money back, but I think refunds for poor service are best policy.Original review: I was in the area so I stopped here hoping for a quick oil change. I let the girl who helped me know that I only had a certain amount of time because I had another appointment. She assured me that an oil change and tire rotation would be done in plenty time. I waited almost two hours- way over the time I was promised it would be done. I sat in the waiting room and saw the technician park my car and hand my keys to the front desk. I then waited another 10-20 minutes- for, what? On top of the wait time, the price for an oil change was double what I usually pay at my regular place. The waiting room is nice and the staff is super friendly, but that s not what I need when getting my oil changed. I want quick and affordable, I didn t receive either of those.

I trust this place. Especially as a female, taking my car to be fixed here I know I'm not being ripped off. They do a good job at everything and so far haven't let me down.

This place is fantastic, super clean, Covid conscious, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I got an oil change and a tire rotation, they checked over everything and let me know what to look for. The waiting room was nice, stocked with snacks and courtesy items. I will definitely be taking my business to them now. The prices were modest and they are currently opening at 7am. They have other services too, be sure to check the website or call. I did not need an appointment this morning, drove up at 10 till 7, and was seen promptly at 7, if was an all around fantastic experience.

I love taking my Toyota Highlander out here. No appointment is needed. The staff is very nice and the waiting room is very comfortable

Great place been coming here now for two years. Usually I'm waiting for 1-2 hours. When they are done with my vehicle they go over what they did and if it needs anything. On their website they have camera so you can see if its busy orI Recommended it.

I schedule or go on non busy days, most emissions/state inspections took me 1- 1.5 hours. Oil changes and tire rotations take at most 30-45 mins sometimes shorter, they also have a small lounge area with complimentary soda cans or coffee with vending machines and free wifi.

Definitely worth the time and worth the drive! My family has gotten several cars here because we love it! I live about an hour and 45 minutes away from this place since I moved out of my parents. I had to get an oil change and I knew they would take care of my Prius so I didn't want to go anywhere else. (we also bought the Prius there). The staff is super nice and does a great job with my car! So I had no problems driving to get good and trusted service!

Went here on Saturday for a "quick oil change" and was waiting for an hour and 40 minutes! Sat there for several minutes before one of the techs notified the greeter girl someone was out there. And when they told her, you could hear her let out a big groan. Not once did anyone address the lengthy wait or cause of the delay. From the employees that could be seen from the customer lounge, not one seemed to be in a hurry to get the service done. I also got charged for a new filter which was never discussed with me prior to it being done. In past visits, I've always been consulted prior to any decisions being made. Really shouldn't be called a "quick" service if it takes that long for an oil change and tire rotation. Pretty disappointing experience.

They provide good customer service as good mechanical service to the vehicles brought in for service.They even provide you with a shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up if you need to go somewhere else close by if your waiting for your vehicle to be checked and want to step out of the waiting area.

Took my car to New Holland to get it lined up and after the initial alignment I was having issues with the car pulling to the right. I took it back and they deduced that it needed the tires rotated. They did this for me within an hour and at no cost. It drove straight as an arrow after this. Doug was very professional and helpful!

SCAMMERS! Every time I go there they tell me something is wrong with my car that is not. They always try to get me to spend more money. I sat and waited for my car and listened to them try and scam other people!I had my oil changed and went on vacation and came back and it was leaking everywhere. According to them, the tech said there was no gasket on the drain plug when they changed it; yet, it never leaked before I took it there. Why wouldn t they have said something at the time instead of allowing oil to leak everywhere? They fixed it without charge BUT nowtried to tell me that my battery was dead after they just checked it a week ago and it was fine. They also said my check engine light was on and when I drove it after refusing to have them replace my battery; there was no light and nothing else was wrong with my car. I never had an issue with my battery and have yet to still have an issue with my battery since.

I have about 10 places that are closer to home, but I drive the 35 minutes to have my oil changes and inspections done here because of the pleasant employees and consistent good work.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

False advertising. All other times I went I was able to get an oil change for around $50. Last time I went and specifically said to ONLY get an oil change, they came back with my total and it was $70. They did things to my car (that I did not need done) without my permission and charged extra for it. They usually came to me and asked if I wanted it done but this time didn t see the need to do that.

First time using this location. Excellent costumer service and my oil change was done promptly. Plesent atmosphere and every thing that was done was explained clearly.

Thank you for not making me wait 2 weeks or more for an oil change appointment. That stuff is annoying. Fast service and friendly people. Think I might bring more of my cars here.

It wasn't as quick as I needed, ok communcation (not stellar), and they didn't have my rear wiper in stock. I will return for hopefully a 5 star experience

There was nothing "quick" about this. Without much of a line at all, I waited a very long time for my car to have it's oil changed. Too expensive to take as long as it did.
