I bought my used truck from New Holland auto group which was great!!!! BUT .. service afterwards was horrible. I go back for an inspection and emissions, drop it off the night before. Got a call at 7:30am to go over what was to be done. Didn t get another call until 3:30pm to say what it needed and there wasn t enough time in the day to finish it. ( brakes and O2 sensors) 8 hours to do an inspection and emissions REALLY?!?!?! Needed to keep it over the weekend to do the work. Did happen, I needed the truck for the weekend.

I bought my first Chevy truck here and was very satisfied with the process. Joe Galie spent a good deal of time with me on a first visit and my husband on a second visit. He answered all of our questions and then reached out two weeks later to be sure we were happy with our new truck. I recommend this auto group and Joe as a great dealer!

When is a deal not a deal ? When it's from New Holland. 3/15/24 6:00PM put $2000.00 down on a vehicle & provided all signatures and required paperwork/documentation as requested. The dealership was unable to arrange financing & asked me to arrange. I met with our banker to do so and informed the salesman. Meanwhile, on 3/22/24 10:30AM I was at a funeral & received a voice mail threatening to sell the vehicle if I did not call this dealership within 90 minutes to confirm our interest in the vehicle, (the cashed check and signed documents were not enough ? ?) By the time I got back from the funeral, the vehicle was sold ! It was a total of 4 business days since providing the deposit and only 2 days since meeting with our banker. P.S. the bank ok'd the financing ! The 1 star is because the salesman was pleasant throughout; I think management was behind the shady tactics. At this time we're considering legal action due to a breathtaking breach of contract law.

I have been to this place to have my vehicle serviced many times. Seems efficient, never had an issue. Staff seem friendly and helpful. I do like that the service department is open limited hours on Saturdays, while other places in the immediate area are not.

We had driven almost an hour to do a test drive with a Sorento 2019. That car had such a bad smell that we could not buy it and did not even do the test drive. This was the first setback and I would have expected that they would inspect cars telling customers about the conditions before making them drive an hour for a test drive.Their sales person did his best to offer us other cars and we did a test drive with a BMW X1 and a Kia Niro. Both cars were offered as available. After the test drive my wife and I were having a short (5 min max!) discussion while the sales rep was heading back to the office. We opted for the X1 and wanted to buy it right away but suddenly the car was gone. Another sales rep did reserve it that very minute for another person for a test drive. The others were not even there when we had decided to buy it, they had apparently called in and reserved the car for a test drive while we were doing our test drive with it.Even talking to the sales manager did not help. He had had a heated discussion with our sales rep but did not change his mind. I tried to talk to him as well, but no way that he would sell the car to us.He said that this were internal processes (whatever that means). I do not understand how you can make a failed internal process to the problem of the customer standing right in front of you with literally a check in his hand. They should have called the others and cancelled the other test drive. I do not know for sure but I assume they did prefer the other buyers because we did not need financing and did not have a trade in.Thank you for not selling the car to us despite being first in line. This was truly a once in a lifetime experience. I have never been treated so unappreciated when buying a car (and I have bought many in my life).

Fast and friendly service. Just make sure you check your bill. My wife & I got the same service for oil changes. But they billed her separate for each service and gave me the package for a cheaper price. So she paid more money and they did not even offer to give some of the money back or discount on her next oil change.

Honestly? How hard is it to give an oil change? 3 times I drove out here for an oil change, and 3 times I was told it's at least a 2 hr wait time. When I called to make an appt., I was told, "We're 3 weeks out on appts for oil change.". Very disappointed.

After some recent serious repairs (new transmission, etc.) I was very satisfied with my service experience at New Holland Auto Group. Repairs were clearly explained to me, and the vehicle work was completed early thus allowing me to use the vehicle for a trip, which I had originally thought wouldn't happen. I drove the vehicle to OH and back and it performed admirably. Thanks for the work!

For reasons out of our control we had to go Car shopping. This is only a fun process when you are actually ready to purchase another car. Well, David Bear helps this process go smoothly. He listens to what it is you're looking for and needing and will help you understand your different options. This is my third vehicle David Bear has assisted me with purchasing from New Holland Auto. Sold me used 2004 4 runner in 2017, 4 years later the frame is completely rusted out. I payed them a premium price for that car. I guess a quality frame wasn t included in that price. Complete scam they never should have sold that car, the frame did not just completely rust out in 4 year, I m assuming it was rusted when they sold it to me and never disclosed it.

We have bought 4 vehicles from this place now.We love our salesman, we always use the same salesman Jeremiah he is fantastic!The service department is very prompt and accurate and they keep you informed about the status of your vehicle or repairs being made. Three years ago I was in the market for a new car. After shopping around, and at the recommendation of a neighbor I decided to buy from New Holland Toyota. At first I was a bit apprehensive as the service department was so large, and services serval manufacturers that are represented at New Holland Auto Group. Not having an issue with routine maintenance, we decided to purchase a 2nd vehicle. We experienced a warranty issue that was somewhat time consuming. We spoke and worked with Kevin Locke and Brenda Fodor - both were outstanding. Together they proved my initial concern of "being lost in the sauce" to be an unnecessary worry. Not only did the Kevin's service department keep us updated, but delivered as promised in the time frame specified. We have now purchased a total of three vehicles from New Holland Auto Group. New Holland Auto Group is one of the few places where the customer's concerns are on the forefront. I would recommend New Holland Auto Group with Kevin Locke at the helm of service!

Never had a problem until they were bought by Penske. Now the quality of service is non existent. Jeep desk is particularly uneducated. Stay away from this place. They will steal you blind

My wife and I stopped by the dealership on Saturday. We were met by Jonathan Francois, who turned out to be an incredible liaison. Although I came in with high expectations with my list of wants for a new truck, Jonathan was extremely helpful by suggesting a lightly-used '16 Ram. While I have had bad experiences with other sales "professionals" elsewhere, I did feel a little comfort knowing our family have bought here on 5 previous occasions.Suffice to say, Mr. Francois (and New Holland Auto Group) made this one of the easiest and pleasant car-buying experiences - ever. Service was incredible and the price was extremely acceptable!Folks, I can not say enough about this gentleman. He is humble, affable and knowledgeable. Great experience at Ford Dealership. Ordered a Maverick last year, finally arrived without any issues; honored price, financing, etc from last year. No hijinks or last minute mystery charges like at other dealerships. Definitely straightforward and trust worthy. Ricky H, the salesperson was excellent.
