Very irresponsible owner. Had them install a plow on my brand new truck. They took off some necessary parts from truck to work properly. Now I have check engine light on. Called two months ago and he told me to give him few days to sort out a part. Every time I call he finds an excuse and says he will call me back next morning. No answer. Lie after lie. Never calls back and doesn t answer phone calls. I will call directly my credit card and chargeback. Will also call snowdog company and tell them who they refer to is a scammer. And finally consult my attorney to try to sue him for the damages he caused. Ram is asking few thousand dollars to repair his damages.

Great local option for parts and accessories for work trucks. They have a great showroom that you have to see if your serious about getting what you want.

I personally and our company have purchased a great deal of products for our vehicles and my own personal vehicles. I have always had a great experience. As the other reviews say Kevin is not the best to answer the phone. Do as I do just go into the store if possible. But on his behalf, He is crazy busy and good help is hard to find. He does the best he can. A family man with a business to run and six children at home I think he does a great job. We love the pricing and the quality work he does for us.Thanks Kevin,

When in the store to buy some weather tec items. The employee was talking to two men about the weather and other non business stuff while we stood they waiting for about 10 minutes in walks two other people and he waited on them. He finally waited on us, didn't have what we needed in stock .said be about a week called three times no answer no return calls. Ordered from another place had them in 4 days.

A year ago I purchased a truck hard top for my truck I stopped by in the beginning of June as this was in warranty Kevin took a few pictures to sent to the company to get a replacement.He told me it would take approximately 2-3 weeks to come in I waited and called numerous times no answer left voicemails and no return calls finally it got the best of me so I went to another dealer to buy a new cover they reached out to manufacturer and within 2 weeks a new cover and installed. I believe this company is great on sale but really lacks in customer service oh and here it is middle of August and still nothing, I will not return to this business moving forward with any other needs as for the lack of communication and customer service.

Great place for truck accessories. Small staff so just be patient when calling for info.. Kevin is decent to deal with, pricing is fair call a few other places and these prices were similar. Choose LS as they are local to me. Would do business again at this establishment.

i ordered and gave a deposit of $1000.00 on dec 2, 2020 for system one. i waited 4 weeks to call because they said it would take about 3 weeks. no answer and no return phone call for voice message left. i have called 20 times ( they don't answer) since then and have left 10 voice messages and still no response. i have resorted to google review because they seem to respond to them.today (april 4, 2021) i changed it from 1 star to 2 star because i just got a notice from my credit card company this morning of a full refund. but still no return phone call with an explanation. very interesting way to do business.

I was referred to little stream Accessories by new New Holland ford to get a tow wiring harness installed.they did a wonderful job when I got home I looked under the car they took great care to tuck away all excess wiring everything was cleanly done and the prices were good for the great job that was done.

I use Little Stream to upfit my company vehicles. They have good products at a fair price. My issue with Little Stream is that Kevin is trying to do too much with not enough help. It is very hard to reach them by phone and he is slow to return calls. One man trying to do too much.

Kevin is awesome, he has done work on my wife's SUV and mine, he has a huge selection of items and what he doesn't have he can usually get in a few days. Excellent craftsmanship and fair prices keep us coming back!

Called for parts for vehicle. Will get that shipped right out, great. One month later still waiting for parts. Several lame excuses as to why products did not arrive. Never calls back when told would update on order status. Going somewhere else for product. You could have at least tried to have some semblance of customer service and let the customer know what was going on.......

Needed an emergency receiver hitch replacement..factory hitch bent on second trip out with a big travel trailer. Stopped in on Monday. Hitch ordered then. They made room in their full schedule so I could SAFELY pull trailer home the following weekend as scheduled. Could not be more pleased with their helpfulness, with the work done, or with the very reasonable cost.

I called in to order weather tech floor mats and within seconds my floor mats were ordered and the very next day they were there ready to be picked up, also Kevin was very PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY! DEFINITLY a 5 star experience!!!

Darryll is always helpful! There have been days where my car won't start or i just need a rental for out of town. The cars are always clean and he makes it easy to rent within minutes!

Can generally get parts in very quick. They tend to be very busy though and are very tough to contact unless you actually stop in.
