Well I have to say, this is the first time I have ever bought a car out of state. But I will say it was a great experience!Jared was nothing but helpful! All the calls and emails back and forth. He was fantastic and every question answered no issues.If you are thinking about buying from this dealership and have Jared as your salesman don t even hesitate you will have no issues!I can t say enough good about my experience!MarkServices: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement

Still amazing! Very pleasantly surprised with Keystone service. I arrived here because it is a tire rack installer, that already spoke good about them; but then it just got better!As my original plan was not panning out due to some confusion with tires, etc. Tanner was able to help me get a solution ASAP. BTW, Tanner is a star in customer service and a friendly trait full of patience to get to the solution that best fits your needs.On top of that, the price was on point, and the number of calls to let me know where we were to finish the job was a cherry on top.The facility is pristine clean and a great location in New Holland. As a new transplant, this will be my first stop for car service to see if they have what I need in further events. Fully recommended On par or even better than customer service at BMW dealership.

Keystone Motors has been a vulnerable resource for me in maintaining two older vehicles. Tonya, an assistant, and Gus, a manager, were kind and seemed to really care. The customer service is out of the world compared to companies in Lancaster. They lent me one of their cars while getting mine fixed. And they give you a homemade cookie when the repairs are done. 5 stars!

I used this garage as a last minute option for inspection one year when I couldn't get into another garage recommended by family. They were very good and did not treat me like I was an idiot just because I'm a woman. They were wonderful to deal with, no upselling. Just what was needed was recommended and I was given heads up about things that would likely come up. I have had nothing but exceptional treatment and service by this garage. Tanner and everyone else (I'm terrible with names) have been delightful and professional.

A great experience from drop off to pick up. This was my first time using Keystone and it most definitely will not be the last. They were recommended to me by a close Amish friend who has used them for years for his business vehicles, and he would never go anywhere else. I now know why. They cared about me and they cared about my vehicle. KQM is very customer centric. They give you a thank you goody bag with every service. Whoever bakes the oatmeal raisin cookie should set up a stand!! Went in for my annual inspection. Soon after the service (done on time, no findings), I had to get gas. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had reattached my gas cap to my car. I did not expect that above and beyond level of service. A small detail, with a big impact on me. Thank you Keystone!!

We took my wife s car in to update the inspection, we are always blown away how over and beyond they go to make your service amazing! They picked it up and returned the vehicle with a fresh wash, cleaned the interior and even gave us a goodie bag! It s safe to say we will always be bringing our vehicles for anything we need They exceed our expectations every visit!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I have had two of my own cars serviced here over the past 10 years and most recenty brought my daughter's car in for a flashing check engine light. I have always found them to be honest and friendly. With my most recent visit I think I spoke to Jared initially and he was so great in giving advice on how we should proceed when my daughter was driving to school in lancaster city and her check engine light started blinking. We weren't sure if it was safe for her to drive the car home or if we should have it towed and he was so helpful, he checked with the mechanics and told us exactly how to proceed safely. Over the years I have also spoken to Tanner in the office and Ross the head mechanic and they are both excellent at their jobs. I would highly recommend them, this company excels at customer service!

I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Colorado at this location and have been thoroughly satisfied with my experience there. Both Elvin and Jared were extremely friendly, allowing me to even have an extended 'test-drive' for a weekend prior to making a decision. After purchasing the vehicle they quickly responded to and fixed a 'tuning' problem which resolved my only issue with the vehicle. I heartily recommend both Elvin and Jared as salesmen, and their technical crew, which efficiently responded to a mechanical issue. For years I did my own auto maintenance because I couldn't find a shop that I could trust and have high quality service. Now, because of my age and medical situations, I needed to find an establishment that met my high standards for auto service. I finally found a quality, trustworthy, honest, reasonably price one, Keystone Quality Motors. I now have two BMW's and I'm extremely fussy about the special care that they require. I'm so pleased with Keystone that I trust them more than the BMW dealer! They even have free pickup and deliver service in my area.THANK YOU KEYSTONE FOR YOUR EXEMPLARY SERVICE!!

I definitely recommend this place. Our entire experience here was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. The sales person that sold us our truck was Elvin, he is super experienced and extremely fair to customers. Way to go Elvin. We will be back and we are also going to recommend your dealership to friends and family.

We just want to thank the staff at Keystone for their kind favor to us. We were leaving for a trip when we realized our car needed an oil change and an inspection. They fit us in on a very busy day on short notice, let us use a courtesy car, and cleaned the car up beautifully.It's always a pleasure working with the staff!Merv and Candace

These guys are really quick and even for little issues seem to be able to fit you in. I had new tires for my car and called them Monday and I had an Apt. set up on Wednesday of that week. They had it done by the end of the day and the pricing was reasonable too. They are great if you live in the area as you can pay over the phone and leave the car in the lot the night before, drop the key in the box. When they are done they can lock up your car if you have a second key and then just go pick it up after work. All and all a quick and easy experience without having to worry how you are going to pick up and drop off the car if you work regular hours. I would recommend as their staff is really friendly and they are good honest mechanics they did only what I asked and never once tried to make more on any extras or tell you something is "wrong" with your car all of a sudden and they can not release it until this mystery problem is fixed like I have had at some other places.

Outstanding and Friendly Service. A great place for commercial vehicle service and they also have pick up and delivery service! if there is anything we would want changed is Saturday service hours during our busy season
