John Sauder was very fair in they re pricing we had an issue with windshield wiper fluid leaking out but they where happy to fix that also car was not as clean as I would have liked not dirty just very dusted all in all it s a good company to buy a car from

I bought a 2023 Corvette C8 from John Sauder Chevrolet of New Holland. Working with this dealership was fantastic, very different from my experience at other dealerships. It was a pleasure working with Joe Griffin. Once the car was ordered, it took 2 months for it to be built and delivered. Joe did all the paperwork before I arrived at the dealership, so all I needed to do was sign the papers. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend John Sauder Chevy of New Holland! Thanks Joe!

I called the parts department this morning to see how much it would be to replace my ONLY key fob that I lost a few days prior. I let Mike know that I lost my ONLY fob. He proceeded to tell me that the replacement of the fob would be 125 + 15 to cut the key + tax, and he told me the paperwork I would need to bring as well. I told him I would be down there that afternoon to get it replaced. When I arrived, Mike and another parts associate told me that there was another gentleman coming in for the exact same thing. The other customer arrived shortly after I did we were both seen at the same time. The other customer however left a couple minutes before me and his price ended up being 144 and some change. Being that we came in for the same thing mine should be the same price right? Nope, mine was $10 more (which is not a big deal but it seems strange). Then Mike asked me if I had the original key fob. I repeated to him, "no I told you that's why I'm down here is because I lost my ONLY key fob" he said that I would have to find that key fob to program this new one. [!!!!!!!!!] Here's the thing... if I can't find the old one and I told you I was coming down here to get a new one because I can't find the old one, why would you tell me I then need the old one to use the new one after I've paid for it?! That's something I should have been notified of during the initial phone call. Then he said after I could tow the car down here to get the new key fob programmed which is an additional $50 for a tow and according to the programmers $140 to have programmed. Like I said, I wouldn't have wasted the time to come down here and pay $150 for a key that doesn't even work. I was just trying to do this so I didn't have to keep looking for my key. All the gentlemen at my job say if I'm going to buy Chevy, buy from this dealership. I'm in the market for a new Chevy truck or Toyota truck - I'd rather buy American - but if the parts department is going to act this "weird" over a key, who knows how sheisty the sales people are.

Bought a 2021 GMC Sierra a few months back and could not have had an easier experience. Great trade-in value, great value on the price of the truck, easy financing, great service. Working with Joe was awesome. I was only at the dealership for 15 minutes. Perfect buying experience.

Had a very pleasant experience here. Emmanuel and Chris were very pleasant. The purchase process was almost a no bargain experience. In the end, we got a fair deal as they had the vehicle priced within the ranges we were finding. But we were given an extremely fair deal for our trade in, which was something we figured we were going to have bargain for. I would not hesitate to go back here again.

I had an issue with my 2014 Chevy Equinox. When I went to the Dealership and talked to the service director named Sean he listened to our issues and took good care of me to resolve the problem. He is very professional, and I really appreciated everything he did for me.

Absolutely great experience at this dealership! Emmanuel (my salesman) was very knowledgeable and honest about the Corvette I purchased. I live in Raleigh,NC and before deciding to make the trip to Pennsylvania he spent tons of time over the phone with me and sent all of the pictures I requested in order to ease my mind. Couldn't have been a smoother process! Josh, the sales manager was awesome too. I now have my dream car thanks to them! 100% reccomend their services.

We had a two hour ride from our home in NJ, it was worth every mile and minute. In twenty years of buying vehicles, we have never encountered such a professional no pressure vehicle purchasing environment. From the moment we contacted the New Holland dealership they were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Emmanuel contacted us immediately and told us everything we needed to know about the vehicle and purchasing it from out of state. Chris's guidance through the documents was stress free, straight forward and easy to understand. We can't say enough about the positive experience we had at John Sauder Chevrolet. Very pleased with the whole experience at John Sauder! We drove over 2 hours and it was definitely worth the trip! Joe Griffin was great, as were all the guys there! Not your typical dealership, they didn't play games and it didn't take hours! We bought a suburban, and asked for all weather mats, which they didn't have in stock. Not only did they order them, but they had someone from the dealership drive them to our house! Highly recommend!!

This dealership made it quite clear they do not want out of state customers. They do not offer financing to out of state customers. They do not do out of state tax and tags. And they were $3,000 less on my trade in appraisal than any other dealership I visited. The salesman did let me know about the financing and t&t when I called 3 days before going in so I could have everything lined up. I just wish he would have told me they prefer not to sell to out of state buyers so I wouldn t have wasted 3 hours of round trip drive time plus an hour at the dealership.Edit: the fact this dealer was unwilling to make a sale was actually a blessing. One week later, I found a much nicer truck with a lot more options for a lot less money.

Bought a truck, easy deposit to hold, was as advertised. Was in and out within an hour to sign docs. Shop was transparent with parts pricing for accessories added, and they worked with me to cover some of those cost because I helped close deal before end of the month.

Joe was awesome! He was very helpful and patient in showing me cars and assisting me in the buying process. He worked with Rod to get me the best possible price on my Malibu. I will definitely seek out Joe next time I or someone I know needs a new car!

My husband uses them for all his oil changes, repairs and inspections. They are reliable, efficient and very easy to deal with. Their prices are fair and they are very friendly. The repairs last. I don't use them because I have a new car and a warranty, so I go to the dealership for my services.

My car was clean and really shined. Parked right in front to it was easy for my to see. Management and the sales team was right there to open the door with smiles when I arrived.Even thou I had several other Chev's over the years they took the time to review the operation of the car with me. I felt that I received the "White Glove" treatment.

I m so impressed with John Sauder s Service Department! Manager Joe went well beyond the call of duty to help me get my vehicle repaired, navigating the warranty process when the third party warranty company wasn t delivering as it should have. Also, Sarah helped us out last minute on a Saturday. We found out that we could count on this team!

I've had over 35 cars, some new and some used. Generally I don't like dealerships. They tend to be high pressure, over charge , and offer you things you don't want. Used cars can sometimes be as challenging as new cars in terms of what you will go through in the buying process. Enter John Saunders Chevrolet in New Holland PA. By far this was THE best experience I've ever has buying a car, used one at that. The process started with my salesman Joe Griffin. I was interested in a used Corvette. He send me pictures and answered any and all questions I had. He seemed happy to assist me totally unlike other places where it seems like you are bothering the sales staff. I drove over an hour to check the vehicle out. Joe was totally professional and applied no sales pressure at all. After a lengthy test drive the paperwork and negotiations started. Again unlike other dealers where there is back and forth and arm twisting, this process took minutes. Paperwork was lighting fast. Before driving away that day, the dealership did an outstanding job of waxing and detailing the car. While this took a while, I was more than happy with the results. I was provided a list of what the car needed as well as what the dealership did in terms of maintenance. Every single person at that dealership was very pleasant and professional. I see why they get such high ratings for customer satisfaction. I will never get a Chevy from anywhere else. Joe Griffin gets a 10 out of 10 rating. Not bad for a New York Knicks fan.

Went in for an alignment and some other issues for a Jeep that we bought. Spent two hours waiting just for them to tell me they couldn t fix the issues. Charged me $100 for an alignment that did not work, claiming it was because the Jeep has a lift of it. Called for a refund due to the vehicle not being able to be driven correctly and was told no. Joe was completely unrealistic with his explanation on why he won t refund it. I will never work with him again, if you go there ONLY ASK FOR SARAH. She actually cares about her customers.

This dealership went above and beyond making it one of the easiest purchases I have ever experienced. I have a fleet of over 20 vehicles and would definitely recommend the purchasing of a new car from John Sauder. Every person I spoke with helped me in every way they could! The drivers brought my new car right to my door and personally thanked me for my purchase, you do not see customer service like that much anymore. I will be a repeat customer.

Kirk and the team at Sauder made my car buying experience a positive one. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked to get me a price that I could afford.
