We were very happy dealing with John when we found a Beetle to replace my daughters that was totaled. He is great to talk to and knows his German cars. I would 100 percent recommend buying a car from him.

My husband and I just purchased a 2019 VW Jetta. This car buying experience was by far the best car buying experience we ve ever had. Stress and hassle free. John made things so easy, is very personable and treats you like a person and not just a number. We stumbled upon this fantastic place on our way home from going to see a car at another lot that was no longer available and I m so glad we did. We will be back again when we re ready to purchase another vehicle!

I originally called to have just an oil changed performed. When I arrived I had two additional payed services performed without my knowledge or approval. Yes they offered to remove to remove the services not the charges but a huge inconvenience and also concerning. Also called to let me know they will not work on my vehicle as I complained.

I had made an appointment to have my car, 2014 audi a4 turbo, inspected for a Tuesday in August. Around 330 on Tuesday I called them to find out what they had found during the inspection. At that time I was told, they hadn't had a chance to look at my car...they'd let me know the following day. *that was a bit of a red flag to me bc what's the point of the appt if you can't honor it but they're highly recommended so ok* The next day they called my husband and told him the issues they found. There was an issue with the turbo, which we knew about, bushings needed replaced and a few minor things. But then the gentleman proceeded to state that there was a very small crack noted on the water pump but it didn't need to be immediately repaired. When my husband told me the "news" the first thing I said is my car doesn't leak anything, it's never had an issue with coolant, etc. Fast forward $1700 later and I pick up my car that Friday. Upon getting home that evening, I see my car is leaking (pouring) underneath it. I take my car back to their shop on Monday and have them look to see what it is. The man tells me it's my coolant leaking at which time I say...it didn't leak before, I had no issues and now you notice a small crack and it's pouring. I don't know much about cars but it seemed like a very unlikely situation. After they told me there was nothing they could do (other than not fully close the coolant cap), I left- very unhappy. I called Mr. Huber himself and was told "well if they told you it was an issue" it basically it is what it is. Needless to say I was very unhappy with the accountability and the way I believe they handled my car. And here's why I mention how they handled it. I had the water pump replaced over the weekend and upon getting under the hood we found leftover bolts and upon removal of the pump, no crack. I believe, while repairing the turbo, they knocked something with the pump causing the extensive leak.I was more bummed than anything with the overall services I received. As a business owner, myself, I'd expect a little more consideration regarding the situation and they clearly just didnt want to hear it. I had heard so many good reviews and being this was my first audi wanted to make sure it was well taken care of and maintained.I will not be returning.

I highly recommend this dealership! John went out of his way to take care of anything that I needed. This is truly a family-owned business that you can trust that will give you a good deal and treat you great! I am very satisfied with my VW Beetle convertible I love it!

Went there for a used VW and they had a good selection especially diesels. I got a fair deal and John was very upfront about the cars he had and was very open. If your looking for a good used VW or Audi then check him out.

I have purchased two cars from John a - 09 Touareg and a 12 A4. The clutch on my A4 went bad a few months after purchase and after I tuned it to stage 1, and they replaced it at $0 labor. They were under no obligation whatsoever to do this repair for free. I had both of those cars serviced over the years, and have taken other cars there with great results. Taking my S4 there for repairs quoted elsewhere for almost 2x as much. Good people, fair prices, can't recommend them enough.

John's been servicing my VW diesel for almost 5 years now. They've provided excellent service each and every time my car has been at the shop. Their labor rates and parts are very fairly priced, but more importantly you can always count on them to be honest about what needs fixed and know the best solution for fixing it.

Always come here if my car needs some TLC. Josh and the other men know their stuff, especially with diesels. Prices can't be beat for better quality service than what I got at the dealer for years. If you own a TDI, the drive is worth your while if you can't do the work yourself.

They are a great dealership and repair center! I recently purchased a vw touareg tdi from them, and they are very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I had about it! They literally will do all they can to give you a good buying experience! I had a problem with my a.c. soon after purchase, and they had it fixed at no charge within 24 hours after I notified them of it! Definitely recommend them for both purchasing and repairing your vw or Audi vehicles!

I got a used mustang convertible from John a year or two ago. He said there was nothing wrong with it, and 1-2 years of experience has proven that true. The price was good compared to KBB. He was also very fair on the trade-in. I recommend dealing with him as it's the most honest experience I've had in a car dealership in my life, so far.

I had a top-notch car buying experience at John Huber Automotive.Recently picked up a gorgeous 2012 Jetta Sportwagen TDI (6spd/sunroof) at John Huber Automotive. Out of the many cars that I have bought both privately and through a dealer, this one definitely stands out as being one of the best. Don't waste your time at a larger, name-brand dealership, where the sales people will try and sell you just about anything, and who also only know the features of your car radio, instead of all of the important, mechanical features and anomalies under the hood, and everything in-between.As an owner of Volkswagens (8 total) for all of my driving-aged life (about 12 years thus far), I was welcomed by someone who was also extremely knowledgable about German automobiles and has selling and working on them longer than I have been alive. This also speaks volumes for those searching for a knowledgable crew to fix any future issues which may arise.All of my concerns about the car (that I ended up purchasing) were addressed prior to sale and I left confident knowing I had finally bought one of the elusive, road-conquering TDIs that I have been non-stop thinking about for years. I must also mention that I have been searching for one of these cars for a while, going to multiple dealerships and being let down by sneaky fixes and less-than-knowledgable sales people.To make this story short, if you value piece of mind when buying an automobile, look no further than the selection and expertise at John Huber Auto.

Honesty, integrity and Great Service. Josh and his mechanics service my Audi A4. They know Audi's and my car runs great when they are done. I drive 50 miles just to have it serviced here. They are the best when it comes to integrity and service.

I bought a mkv gti from John Huber in New Holland with a warranty in December. After I brought it home it started using a quart of oil every 400 miles. They spent a lot of time and money trying to make my car perfect and I'm pleased to say I haven't lost a drop since. Huber covered all of the repairs under warranty and told me they would not stop until it was fixed. He is the nicest car dealer I've met and their garage is one of the best I found. Bottom line, I highly recommend them for buying cars or for repairs!

I have been going to John Huber Automotive for a number of years. They are always professional, polite and extremely. I love that it is a family owned business! Bottom line...they are the only garage that I trust with my Volkswagen!

Bought a 1yr old Jetta that had a clean carfax, later to discover the car was in a significant front end accident, within 6 months the signs started to appear.Always have another dealer or mechanic run an independent report and inspect the car. I literally had to give the car away.
