I highly recommend this company. I have 12 vehicles that need serviced between my business and personally owned. I had issues with another garage and started using them about a year ago and have had nothing but a positive experience. I really appreciate Todd squeezing us in on last minute requests to keep our trucks on the road.

Great customer service! I ve always experienced great communication, and friendly people at this garage. They have offered to drive me somewhere if I needed it, called me with updates on my car, and are efficient & timely. I recommend them to my family and friends all the time.

Started using Franklin St garage for some of our company trucks at Lapp Structures and could not be more happy with them. They go above and beyond with their customer service! When I'm in a pinch they have always come through.

Todd and the gang always come through for me. They take customer service to the highest level and make sure to do the job correctly. I wouldn t take my cars anywhere else.

I indeed used this place once upon recommendation from a coworker since I'm newer to the area. This place is great if you know zero about cars and like it dry with no lube. Can't recommend.Service: Vehicle safety inspectionService: Vehicle safety inspection

Had an alternator installed about 1.5 years ago that went bad. Franklin St garage was very accommodating and replaced it under warranty, without questions. Would recommend for any car work.

Todd not only got my alternator fixed in one day, but he also drove me to Little Stream Auto rental to get a car. the time was at 7am. My current job is on review and thanks to these two i was able to get to work!i am beyond pleased with both of these companies and their willingness to work together. being a single mom of three is tough enough. Who says all heroes wear capes?! Thanks again!

All of our company vehicles, and most of our personal vehicles, are serviced by Franklin Street. They are always quick to respond, and we have had no issues with any of their work. I've been using Franklin St. Garage for ten years and I won't go anywhere else. They're honest, fairly priced, and and I can trust what they say. Haven't had a problem yet that they can't fix. I'd give them 10 stars if I could because prior to finding Franklin St., I used a number of different repair shops and always felt like I had to be on guard. No more!

Very fast with communication & service! Prior to being recommended here I ve tried many garages that would always end up in a disappointment with price or knowledge . Since taking both of my vehicles here, I always end up happy after service completion.

I've been dealing with Todd for years he is a great honest guy, member of BBB with an A+ rating, great community leader, very involved in his community and his business. He has been in business for over 17 years has A LOT of great customers that have been with him for a very long time with no problems.To the 2 neg reviews one is from ebay and the other from California REALY they have never been to New Holland and I'm sure never had their cars worked on by Todd!!! He is a great guy and treats you like family (ok BETTER then family).

I cannot Express enough my disappointment in this shop's severe incompetence. We bought a car from a local dealership that this shop had inspected. The summary is this ssf shop should Not have an inspection license nor claim to know what they are doing.

Dishonest dealings with this company. Price might be right, but if something breaks they will not honor their work to fix/replace.
