Took awhile for me to get around for my review for my Honda I purchased here. Car is solid as of now, but the people who sold me the car are a bit iffy, tho they were pretty nice.I go check out the car which price was lowered because of the "paint". I go check it out, & it has a slight shake to it. They and my buddy( on the phone) said it prob just needs tires rotated or balanced or whatever and then maybe tires soon. Little did I know when I got home each tire was on 16-19 pressure. Less than 2 weeks later I find like a 6 in wire hole in the one tire.( my tires needed changed now) These guys told me they changed out the tie rods before I purchased the car. Meaning they Def knew/saw the tires were fooked and put my life in danger for a quick buck.They said they did an oil change to, but oil light came on in 3k miles. I call in to ask what kind of oil they used and about the cars extended warranty(so I could try to extend it). Never answered my call twice. & I know they have caller ID.The air cabin filter was also filthy. Also after that call and warranty ended, my front end starts rattling over bumps, so now Im pretty sure i need New control arms or New struts to.So if they weren't somewhat nice they'd get 1 star. If I were to go back, I'd take car on highway, not just 45 on their road. And then do a more thorough inspection. And make sure I rotate tires when inspecting while looking under the under carriage.Edit: I almost forgot the miles were wrong from what was stated online, the owner was driving it while he had it listed.But main reason I'm back for the edit The button on the shifter just crumbled into pieces, leaving me without a button to shift gears. So I guess I have to fix that rattle now, too.Reedit: AC ON THIS CAR IS COOKED. Heat works just fine but ac blows out nothing fr. I had to use the front windshield vent to get an actual cold air to combat the heat. Changed my review to 1 star. The price of this car was for the paint. Not to need to fix new tires, struts, a new shifter, ac, cabin filters, and get less miles. If I could do half stars I'd give 1.5 tbh.

Larry was very kind and understanding and the Silverado i got was a great deal at an excellent price,very pleased with the truck i got from sleepy hollow ...highly recommend sleepy hollow motors to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a fair price

By far the best dealership I've been to! Very laid back, no pressure and extremely nice. Beyond their personality, I like the most that they were selling good quality cars. I bought a Subaru Forester from them, when they received the car it needed the Y pipe fixed. Rather than taking the cheap way, they replaced the Y pipe, cat and mid-pipe all with factory parts. The car was just as described and ready for me when I showed up. Bruno was a great salesman, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. The owner took the time to provide my daughter with a color book and then even showed us some of his personal collection of cars.Regarding the car itself, they provided a full detailed car fax and showed the repair slips of work done to the car. I have driven just over 100 miles on the Subaru so far, everything works and I haven't found any issues.If you are looking for a good quality car, and a dealership that is more interested in happy customers and selling safe cars you have found the right place.PS: If you are a car enthusiasts be sure to ask to take a look and some of their personal cars...Thanks again Bruno!

With any used car that you are looking to purchase, you must do your due diligence. You need to research the car online, you need to research the dealer on line. But the most important thing is to go in person and see how the car is and talk to the dealer. If you know anything about cars, look over it, take it for a test drive. If not, take it to your mechanic. Then see how the dealer acts/reacts to your questions. Simple as that. Many people don t get it. These are used cars, they will have issues crop up. My experience at Sleepy Hollow went well, because I followed this advice. I bought a dirt cheap car that wasn t super pretty, but the motor and transmission were good. I know it needed a few things, and was willing to get those taken care of after the sale. I drove the car over a thousand miles right off the lot before I took it in to get those issues fixed. It gave me no problems, and Mark and Larry were very accommodating in answering my questions and discussing the sale with me. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Quality used cars, quality salesman and owner.

Great deal for a good car! I purchased a car fron them about 3 weeks ago and only paid 4K for a car that was in really good shape. I looked all over the place for used cars and everyone charged way to much for what they were selling. Owner was nice friendly and helpful. Only reason im giving it 4 stars is because on the way home the check engine light came in. Pulled the codes and found both o2 sensors were bad. I replaced them yesterday and the light went out immediately. Good cars for great prices

Sleepy Hollow is a great place to buy a used vehicle. The salesman was friendly and willing to work with me and my wife. They had quite a few vehicles in great shape to choose from. We had shopped for two days and traveled over 200 miles in total with no luck. Sleepy Hollow was the second to last place on our list and I'm glad that we made the trip. Thank you for the help provided. I will definitely come back when I need another vehicle.

I came across this dealership through one of the car finder apps and was very happy with my experience. I had the car that I purchased checked out by my mechanic and, with the exception of a few minor flaws that you might expect on an 11 year old car, he gave it a clean bill of health. Overall I would recommend Sleepy Hollow to anyone looking for a good car for a fair price from an honest dealer.

Larry and his crew are wonderful individuals. In a day and age when people are looking out solely for number one, it is nice to deal with such honest and straightforward people. For those at Sleepy Hollow Motors it is not just a business, rather there is a passion associated with what they do. The prices are great and the people are top notch! Stopped in like 4 days ago they were closed early and good thing for me to because all their cars in the lot look like trash like I was wondering which ones were busted down and which ones are actually good so I didn't talk to anyone and don't plan on it good luck to you if you plan on going to this place I wouldn't trust it with not being able to know what's junk and what's good..... Luckily I found a good car somewhere else

I found a Jeep advertised on Autotrader, and contacted the dealer by email. I got a response back within an hour! He kept in touch throughout the week, and I ended up buying the vehicle the following weekend. He was very friendly and was willing to work with my tight budget, being a college student. I would absolutely recommend him for good, used vehicles, and will keep him in mind for vehicles in the future.

Stopoed by while out for a ride. Went back next morning when they opened. The two guys working were extremely nice and very informative. I bought a 2008 impala at a great price. I would highly recommend this place for quality used cars

Owner loves to paint a picture, But the vehicles don't backup the painting. Nothing but problems with this car from day one. made it out to be as if he was a true mechanic that looked after vehicles. He will show you the latest car is working on to let your guard down. Unfortunately the warranty he told me about, was not through him. I called and found that out after only a week of owning the vehicle, and it breaking down. It's something every month. Worst 4300 I ever spent.

Family owned business and it shows. Larry does everything. He really cares about what cars he buys and how he conducts business. Very respectful, to the point yet not cold. I didn't feel I was being "sold".I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima. Everything was immaculate. When I showed up he was replacing the battery just because the old one didn't feel right to him.I would recommend anyone purchase from Larry. He's been in the business this long for a reason.

Larry's a nice guy , but the Jeep I bought off him , it was making low nosies , I'm a hard of hearing so hard sometimes where to pin point where noise is coming from , but I do know how to work on cars ... I knew something wasn't right ....I emailed and told him about it he responded back "he said the car is fine , some cars are noisy, he driven it himself" .... Well apparently! the Rear Differential is shot to hell ! Noies were getting louder and louder... Makes a grinding sound , mechanic stated a $2,000+ estimate to rebuilt the whole rear differential .... Last car I'll buy from this guy....

Do not take his word. Drove 3 hrs. to find out a few light rust spots meant the rockers and bedsides are rusted through. The most dishonest used car dealer I've dealt with in awhile.

Very dissatisfied. Had to replace tires and brakes now exhaust manifolds being replaced another 2200.00. Never inspected properly. Sticker was most likely bought. Very disgusted

Car is a piece of junk that has major engine issues and someone mickey moused with the vehicle to pawn it off on someone else.Never will buy off them again.

Asked about a vehicle in the lot and got barely any response se. The little info about it we got was a price that is about 5,000 over the value of the vehicle and they were very rude about it.
