They couldn't diagnose my car, buy they tried. Very helpful, very understanding, willing to accommodate. I will definitely use them again.

So, I had a problem with a transmission shortly after Wess Snyder installed it. When I tried to call to discuss the problem like an adult, Wess would play childish games like hanging up on me... So, I went to his shop to again talk about the problem, but all I got was a shrug of the shoulders and "I have no idea what the problem is...maybe it needs reflashed?"I am very busy, so I had to just deal with the problem until I finaly had time to take the van to Emory Transmission in Lemoyne. The Owner immidiatly knew what the problem was, the next day replaced the solenoid assembly for $412 and the problem is 100% fixed! Thank god everyone in the business isn't a Clown like Wess Snyder. ...The fact that he didn't know what the problem was isn't the big issue. The big issue is the guy conducts himself like a 12 year old, deals with problems by trying to avoid them and hoping they will just go away. That's a hell of a way to treat customers and run a business?!!?

Very professional able to diagnose my car problems without any hold ups got me in and out in convenient and timely manner. Would recommend to anyone needing car repairs.

I always been taking my car to Snyder's for a while he gets the job done and he does it and timely manner I'm going to continue taking my car to Snyder's

Everything this shop does is questionable at best and never on time. Have given them multiple chances and thousands of dollars of work. All they do is play games and make excuses.

Worst mechanic ever! Do not waste your time or money. Extremely aggressive attitude. Poor workmanship. Had to tow my vehicle to another garage to get my vehicle fixed.

Installed a clutch on gti, communicated throughout the process, and had it back next day. Very reasonable price

Worst mechanic every repaired one thing and car was still broke, said it was my fault after paying $350 dollars.
