Buddy and Brian were amazing! They went above and beyond to figure out the issue and fix it correctly and quickly, getting me right back on the road. Also I was not over charged, I am so grateful they were there to help. Great guys at my Meineke!!!!!

First of all, it is a negative review, unfortunately, I have used this New Cumberland Meineke, last year and this year for inspection of a 2015 car.Both, last year and this time, yesterday...had issues, where I had to go back the next day after getting my car back... due to an error by their mechanics, my car was unsafe to drive .They did fix the error, at no extra cost.However, both times the work took 3 days.. longer than they "promised"And, both times, I had to miss work to return my car for them to fix their error.They refused any sort of refund or discount.They really need to do better. For all of us.

I was on a solo trip and ended up having some car trouble! i was lucky enough to pull off the interstate right next to Meineke s and they were happy to take a look at my car!! Everyone was super nice and made sure I was taken care of even though i was from out of town.really appreciated everything they did i would have been stranded otherwise!!

Needed to get in for a last-minute inspection, emissions, oil change, and a passenger mirror replacement last week. Was able to book online before I started work, dropped it off at the end of the shift, and had it back by Friday night. Ethan was awesome with communicating with me throughout the ordering of part and repair and even sent me my paperwork via text message! They even had a loaner vehicle, so I wasn't left without a car for the week!

This location (off of I 83)by far has the most amazing customer service, I ve experienced in a very long time. Very respectful and friendly and professional. Also the Technician was great and is very knowledgeable. They showed me that there are still people who care about your needs. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. thanks again!!

Buddy and Chris were fantastic! Had a tire issue and they got me back on the road immediately w/o trying upsells or otherwise taking advantage of my emergency request. Still on time for the appointment I am heading to!!! I will absolutely be back for my regular car care needs.

Great service in every aspect!! A place you can put your faith in taking extra good care of your car!! They take pics of ur vehicle and strive to help you understand fully what issues you are having with your vehicle including images for example of your faulty brakes or worn rotors. And if it is something they cant service they will be helpful in guiding you to a facility that can! I know I will definitely return here for future service on my vehicles!! Thanks guys!!

Ethan and his crew are fantastic! My WRX was dealing with a misfire issue and not only did they get it in ASAP, they did a full once over of my car and helped me secure financing to pay for the needed repairs. My car is running great now and I will be coming back to these guys for any other repairs that I may need in the future.

First time at a Meineke. I do enjoy the layout of pictures and descriptions of different areas of the car. Ethan was very helpful both on the phone and in person, and went over options for what the car needed, without being pushy to get more done like some other shops. Happy to have a new local spot since we just moved.

I took our car in to get some work done. The staff was knowledgeable and they had great finance options. Very happy will everything all around, I will definitely be coming back with all of our vehicles.

It was a terrible experience in that the service manager wanted to perform repairs that were not necessary and did not wish to honor the very coupon that had been sent to my home.The coupon also stated that I could get 50% off on any wiper blades that I purchased and after I agreed on the price he said now there would be a separate service charge to install wiper blades. I could not believe that I was about ready to spend $350 on work and he was going to charge me extra to put one wiper blade on. Therefore I paid for the diagnostic test and remove my car and will never return. For the sake of installing one wiper blade he was willing to give up my business as a past customer and future customer and my wife as well. It's a poor business model to try to get you to pay for repairs that are really not necessary. An unsuspecting person might have gone ahead and paid the repairs and in the long run perhaps that's the way they succeed.Recently I had gone to them and they would not pass my car for Pennsylvania because they said the brakes need replacing, only to find out the second opinion stated that by state standards the brakes space would have well passed inspection.I think the meineke business model must be all about the profit and not the people. If you provide customer satisfaction is likely people return but not myself nor anyone I talk to.

They paid for the tow from my house and performed a free diagnostic. They probably would ve been able to fix my vehicle in time for the holidays but I decided the old car was not worth saving. So they stored the car until the tow truck for Vehicles for Veterans could get there. Didn t charge me anything! It was a bad situation, especially around Christmas, but they did everything in their power to help. I m very grateful and they earned my future business. Thank you!

Just caught a flat on the highway then went to get help from these guys at the next exit. They worked fast and came up with a few solutions to help me get I my son s appointment on time. Ben and Ethan took care of my Tesla with no problem.

Took my car to the new location off Reesers Summit for my inspection. Buddy was amazing. He was so detail oriented, spent the time explaining everything to me so that I would understand, didn't try to sell me parts I did not need, and was probably the nicest person I ever spoke to on the phone. I highly recommend taking your car to Buddy for any car need. Buddy you are a ROCKSTAR! thank you!!

Buddy was wonderful. He explained things in my terms (pillow). As far as company itself, they didn't have supplies to do the job. I sat there for 3 hours only to find out it wouldn't be done because there was no gas for welding. So I left it overnight and it wasn't completed until 4 p.m. that day. $1500.00 for something I feel Meineke messed up to begin with then waiting all that time I feel is unacceptable.

I have never ever been to a nicer place than this location!!!! They were polite talked with you about your vehicle gave their best options for you and even helped with financing!!!I will never go anywhere else for my vehicles!!! Every person that was there were so friendly and helpful.They all deserve a HUGE raise!!!Lalitha

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.works it's done in a timely manner, and they will communicate with you about any issues they may find with your vehicle. Thank you Brian for telling me to call the Kia corporation about the motor replacement on my kia. If you hadn't comunicated that to me, my car would have being giving for scraps! But because of that information you gave me now I have a new engine on my car free of charge! Thank you for looking out for your Customers!

2/9/24 Brought my car back in today, guys were Super Amazing As Usual. In and Out Service!! Great Job!! Thanks Again!!Ian was very helpful and insightful. He quoted me some good prices for tires amongst some other things I needed advice on. I will definitely be returning in the future.Brought car back again for inspection and had a few other things done since my original post. Great service once again! Fast, friendly and very efficient. Ian and crew came through again for me.

This Meineke was one of the best experiences I ve ever had getting our car worked on! I have been to a lot of locations, and this one was by far the friendliest, and most personable. They explained everything thoroughly and made us feel very comfortable. Ian at the front desk was amazing! He kept us company while we waited and made us feel so welcome. He helped us find financing that worked for us! We really appreciate him, and all of the mechanics behind the scenes :)Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Phenomenal job from these guys! Brought my car in for a state inspection knowing it would need some stuff and they were able to show me exactly what it needed. Got it finished the same day and I was even able to pay online and pick up after they closed.

Brought my car in and had a lot of work to do on it. Ian helped me break down the list of repairs into two separate visits as I was not ready to give my car up for the amount of time it would have taken in one drop off.The work was given to me by estimate and Ian got me in there the very next day for both visits. The work was finished in a reasonable amount of time and the communication from the office was outstanding. They honored what they said and the work on my car is now complete. I would recommend this Meineke location for your automotive repairs.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Air conditioning

Ian help me get my car inspection and tires done. He was amazing. Very personable and caring. He also help me get a payment plan it was quick and easy. I like knowing I didn t get ripped off they showed me everything that was wrong in picture form so I knew it was legit. I liked that I left there with piece of mind that everything was fixed with my car and I didn t brake the bank.

They are professionals and very good people. Mr. Darrell helped me to tow my car from their parking lot to where ever I need to tow it with my AAA towing service. I can't thank enough to him.
