John is very courteous and professional. I felt very welcomed and I appreciate that I was able to get my inspection service done on my car the same day. This was my first time at Preston GM Superstore. If I would ever need to have my Car Serviced again in the area I would come to Preston GM Superstore. Thank you again John!

Paul Spargo, service Advisor, was extremely pleasant and helpful with getting the service I needed to get done. Had state inspection, oil change, and tires rotated. Was done in a timely manner. Also my car was washed! Service waiting area is comfortable with free coffee and water and clean restrooms are near by. This is the fourth vehicle I have bought from Prestons find all members of the teams pleasant and helpful.

I always have the most wonderful experience at Preston Chevrolet in New Castle. From the sales department to the service department, they treat you with kindness and respect. I recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

My car broke down, they took it right in, had it done in just 2 days. I was in a panic because I use my car for work. They were very nice and accommodating. Because of the holidays there was no loaner cars, but they fixed it quickly.

Had my vehicle towed there, wasn't very long after that I received a call a call explaining what the problem was and they had it fixed that afternoon!! Highly recommend them

I forgot all about my appointment, the date and the time. I called at the very last minute and they told me I still could come in. My insurance card was expired and the guy was very patient and let me call my insurance and have the new card faxed. They are the TOPS!!!
