Josh and Mark are both awesome! I had a great experience buying a vehicle with their help. The process was smooth, and straight forward. I had fun talking with Josh as well. The Jeep was well taken care of and ready to go! I am extremely happy and grateful. It was a great over all experience. Very relaxed, and everyone was polite and helpful around the dealership. Nick was also awesome to work with, and made financing understandable for me. I genuinely feel like I just bought a brand new car :)Thanks guys!!!

I wanted to give a shout out to Chad Parker for great customer service!! I just purchased a vehicle from Preston's budget lot. Chad and his team took really good care of me. Very personable and professional to deal with. Chad was on top of everything. He was quick to get back to me every time I reached out with a question. He made sure the purchase was organized and handled smoothly. Also helped me get a better rate! Thanks Chad!!

I recently made a purchase with josh fleegle at Preston budget lot and he was the easiest nicest salesman I could have asked for! He was there for any questions I had and made sure I understood everything going on! Definitely couldn t recommend him anymore! He made it look easy! No hassle.

My husband and I purchased a pickup truck from Chad Parker and Mark Root. Chad was very responsive to all of our questions. He didn t pressure us at all. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend them.

We drove from Pgh to meet up with Josh and he was very helpful. He had the vehicle waiting for us when we arrived.. He kept us company while waiting for our papers and even pitched in on cleaning it to get us out the door faster.

Brian Vasconi truly made it a no hassle day. He was pleasant and listened to what we wanted. He patiently worked with us while we test drove over 5 different cars. He stood outside on a 92 degree day happily and review each and every car. Best of all he was straight with us. I definitely will be back to see him and the rest of the staff at Preston. Thank you Brian.

Purchased a newer vehicle from here, loved the car. Car fax in hand no known issues car was (carefully) inspected- came home headlight was out. 700$ electrical repair in which they covered. Then, a few months out when it started to get cold outside needing the heat on, no heat. Took it to my stepdad a local mechanic, he said you need a heater core. They had ac Delco parts underneath which wasn t disclosed to me?? Called Preston and Bobby Preston mentioned to me and I quote we can t fix everyone s car in new Castle, you purchased as is and hung up the phone. I had to spend $1400 to repair my heatercore. Also, A family friend worked here and she helped with the sale of the car and overheard Bobby and multiple others state we finally got rid of this one moral of the story, they cheated me out of $13,000. Do not go here. It may look pretty and seem okay, but bring your own mechanic to be sure because obviously no one really cares they just want your money.

Tommy was a gem ! He was so kind and patient with us making my daughters first car purchase . He made this experience one we will always remember . Mark was equally as amazing and the entire experience was perfect !!! Thank you both so very much !!!

I came in thinking i was not going to purchase a car today just browsing and ended up leaving in a new vehicle! Justin Domenick was great to work with, got me in a vehicle that met all of my needs for the right price! Andrew my salesman was very helpful in my car buying experience. he helped me get my 2007 sienna and his manager mark was also very helpful. definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a good used vehicle

less then 6 mo's after buying a car from Preston Budget and we are now up to $9000.00 in repair expenses on a car that's been in the shop longer then we have owned it. Anything else goes wrong and we will have spent more on repairs then the actual car itself.
