I had the pleasure of dealing with Kristia who was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. On top of changing my oil in a timely manner, they did many other complimentary services which I greatly appreciated!

This was my first time bringing my vehicle in for an oil change, but it won't be my last. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. I was given updates as to the progress of the service, along with being told of the conditions of certain parts of the vehicle. Keep up the excellent work and know that the service I was given was appreciated. Thank You!

My truck tires were low on air due to the extreme low temperatures. The air pumps at gas stations were not working properly due to the cold weather. I stopped at Jiffy Lube and they filled all my tires to the correct pressure at no charge. Great and friendly service.

Price is high. Service was quick. Could not change my plate lights but were honest. Did not suggest extra services just to make money. I will be back again.

I went to get the oil changed in my daughter's car. It took the attendant about 10 minutes to pull us around to an open bay. He then asked what we needed. I said an oil change. He asked what oil. I said she uses 6 quarts of 10w 30 synthetic blend. He said it's $109.99 for 5 quarts. I said no thank you and left. That price is just way to high for a quick oil change.

Called yesterday and the guy said come tomorrow we can do it showed up today and the guy outside smoking said we can't do it today and we told him we were told yesterday to come today and he said he's not good at it and no one else was there to do it as two other peopl stood in side staring at us waste of my time and gas coming from sharpsville

good coupon and service was good. a little more time consuming than normal, however, it was crowded on a saturday. friendly staff though.

2 stars at best, mostly because the staff is friendly. Service took way to long for a quick lube station, a tire rotation and oil change should take any more than 30-45min. Also depends on vehicle bit I have a small car. 2 of the staff members just walked around doing very little. Another customer has been waiting since 10am for a brake job and is still waiting at 4pm. The price to pay for this service for an oil change and tire rotation is way over priced due to the amount of time it took. Sad to say I will not be back again, I am not angry but just disappointed in the true lack of service at this location

Jiffy lube is full service shop they checked the air in my tires topped of my fluids especially my windshield wiper fluid and vacuumed my floors and did my windows things I needed done but didn't have the time. I would like to thank them.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had the employee come out and tell me it was going to be a hour wait because they are under staffed that s excuse there are 4 people in there working as slow as possible this isn t jiffy service this is slow service I wanted to let the company know your employee is coming out telling your customers it s going to be a hour wait and hoping they will just leave instead of waiting so they can just make their hourly wage and not have to do anything. I will take my money somewhere else a one star review is a privilege.Service: Oil change

I was asked if I had ever been there before but costs weren't reviewed before the work started. At the end, the hood wasn't latched and the technician didn't realize it. When I asked him to latch it, he was unable to do so x3. The technician said they had to call in their manager to look at it. I finally got my son to latch it. The whole experience didn't leave me with any confidence that my oil was changed correctly. I may go to another location and have them check everything to make sure it's ok. I will never use this location again.Service: Oil change

They lie to make sales and force you to buy what they say or they won t pass you. It s predatory and wrong. I know for 100% fact nothing was wrong with my windshield wiper blades because I had just used them to clean off my windshield before I got there and It left zero streaks and cleaned my windshield. I also know they lied because the windshield wiper blades were just purchased a little over a month ago and installed recently. They forced me to dish out way more money than anticipated. They also lied about the price of the inspection when I called in prior to coming in. If I could leave zero stars I would.
