Well, I just bought my Toyota Tacoma there today. They definitely worked with me to keep in my in budget area, and I got a vehicle I really wanted. Rick, as well as the General Manager Micheal , both were very flexible and friendly to work with . I definitely recommend this dealership , and I'm going to tell my inlaws about them due to how pleasant this interaction was .

Car was hit on front right side. Mark did the body and the mechanical repairs fixed the car back to mint condition along with great customer service. Nothing else needs to be said. The photos speak for itself.

Crivelli collision center did a very nice job on my Buick Enclave after hitting a deer. looks great. nice & shiny! Mark & crew were awesome & kept me up-to-date on their work progress Kevin B.

So stupid me decided that it would be a good idea to do my own brakes I do have some experience but 0 when comes to new electric brakes ....did not end well ,dash lights on like xmass & driveway nice and slippery from the brake fluid.... called Shaffers got it tow to crivelli. After reading all the reviews I honestly don't believe any of the bad reviews ,they got my baby done faster ... felt like I just brought the csr . Deftly only taken my csrs here for now on. I highly recommend

Recently purchased a car from this dealership. The staff is very polite and they make shopping for the right vehicle, a pleasant experience. Very nice vehicles for reasonable prices. I highly recommend Mike and his staff for your vehicle needs.

I bought a used car there a few months ago. I purposely waited a few months before writing this review to see how things went with the car. I haven t had any problems with the car since I bought it, and they gave me a good price on it. They were easy to deal with, reasonable, and not pushy.I drove all the way from Erie, PA to make the purchase. I d say it was worth it. Thank you Josh and Michael for being honest and easy to work with!

Unrivaled service! no matter the outcome. when I bought a car here in the past, they made it easy and comfortable. not like other places just trying to shove the most expensive car down your throat.Recently, I was in need of another vehicle. due to circumstances on my end, it didn't work out to get what I was hoping for. They still actively worked to help us for days on end, and ultimately, I did end up with a vehicle inside my price range!They don't give up because you don't want or can't afford the brand new fully loaded car. and they don't give up because one bank says no.10/10 recommend to anyone, new driver, or dream car hunting. they will treat you right, and do what they can so you can leave happy!

A refreshingly good experience all around. Not our first rodeo and I have worked at a car dealership for a good period of time so I dont say that lightly.They were accommodating with the test drives, actually listening and addressing our concerns. Mike and Josh were very easy to talk with and willing to work with us. There was no pressure and they were very transparent throughout the process.When it was time to do the paperwork which most people dread as do I, we had a very pleasant experience with the finance manager. The papers were all drawn up and all we had to do was review and sign. Usually a 4 hour-ish process that all together took maybe 2 hours of test driving, talking numbers, addressing concerns, signing papers and driving away.We put some money down but had trouble transfering funds. They put us in contact with the office and the lady that helped us was easy to work with and very helpful she even called later after working with both myself and my wife to let us know after our initial issues that it was all taken care of.You guys have a great atmosphere there, which is not a common thing as ive seen from first hand experience. You're doing something right. I dont usually take the time to write a review but i felt it would be a disservice not to. I would absolutely do business again with the team at G. O. Crivelli. Their service and great atmosphere is very hard to find these days.Best,J

The guys did great. Everyone was helpful and concerned with what we wanted. They answered our questions, stayed late, and let us drive multiple cars. It felt like we had the backing of a big dealership with the courtesy of a mom and pop shop. If you're looking for a car check out George Orlando Crivelli.

I'm goin back to them for any car down the road. I ve been struggling to get approved for a car for a while now, and I stop in once and he only had to try 2 places and he got me approved for exactly what I ve been searching for. I ve never had someone go the extra mile to get me approved and explain the whole process as thorough and easily as they did. They deserve all the business. Definitely check them out!

My husband and I were looking for a 3rd vehicle for our household. The staff was wonderful and very easy to work with. This is the second time I have gone to them when needing a newer vehicle. If I ever need another vehicle I will see what they have first before going anywhere else.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service I was provided by Mark and this company. Kind, courteous, thorough, flexible, man of his word. This family owned business is the true definition of family owned. I skimmed the bad reviews out of curiosity because I couldn t imagine what someone could have to say negatively about G.O. Crivelli. After a short read didn t take long to know those people are full of ****. I will drive the 45 minutes to get there any time I need them because it s worth it and I ll tell everyone I know to go there!

The staff at G.O were amazingly helpful in the process of me and my boyfriend buying a car; they had lots of knowledge and helped us out with things we didn t understand. They even stayed after hours till we were finished with the sale. Delightful people to work with I highly recommend going here.

Everyone in the Body Shop and Service Dept were friendly, polite and professional. They made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I would recommend them to anyone that likes to be treated like royalty.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a vehicle and we came here to G.O. Crivelli after seeing a car on their website. They were AMAZING!!! Mike Crivelli really went above and beyond to get us a deal on the car we wanted at the price we could afford. G-Ray was so nice to us doing all the paperwork involved. You can't ask for more.They treat you like family and they really care about helping their customers get everything that they want/need. It's so refreshing to go to a place that actually makes you feel this way. I definitely recommend if you're in the market for a vehicle that you shop here at G.O. Crivelli they will definitely take good care of you. Mike,G-Ray and the rest of the guys there will help you just like they helped me and my husband get our new car that we love. I am writing this review on the behalf of the business with G.O. Crivelli. I dealt with Michael, Josh, and Geo. I would highly recommend this place for buying a vehicle if your in the market. They took great care of me for my first car purchase. Never felt pressured, and a great staff that made it feel like a family atmosphere. I thank you guys as a staff and company, and would definitely be back again.

Body shop is the best I've dealt with in 15 years. Your manager, Mark, is a top notch employee. I hope you guys pay him well, because good customer service is a rarity these days. With employees like him it's hard for a business NOT to thrive.

Great people to work with and seamless application process. I did everything online and Mike stayed in touch with me throughout the process. Went in on a Saturday and G.Ray along with Leni were super helpful. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a family owned business

Went to look at a car, was asked about credit score before a test drive. Come to find out when getting ready to test drive it. The car has been already sold by another sales person. I'm new to the area but they have lost my business.

I applied for a car through G.O. Crivelli the next day Chad was calling and ready to help me find the car best to fit what I needed and could afford. We went through some options and he kept in contact, super patient and thorough through the whole process, & today I left the lot with my new car! It was a great experience, I recommend them fully. If you are in the market for a vehicle, you only need to know this. G. O. Crivelli is where you want to go. Period. Chad and Mike are laid back, genuinely kind, honest and friendly, and not at all pushy. They did everything I asked and more, to get me into my dream car. These are real people who treat you like an old friend, not just a customer. This isn t the stereotypical used car dealership. They are truly honest and go above and beyond to help you get the deal you re looking for.
