I put new tires on my vehicle. Love the new tires. John the manager is wonderful and really knows how to take care of his customers. I would definitely purchase my next tires and or any service needed from Flynn s.

Most honest review here: sometimes things don t go exactly right when doing business. Sometimes you get caught in the middle or have to pick up some slack. John, Doug, and others at Flynn s in New Castle quickly recognized the problem (caused elsewhere!), the frustration it caused, and did everything necessary to fix it. What's more, they all did it with a friendly handshake. They took the time to listen and without delay to anyone else, found a minute to provide actually helpful advice. In today s world, so many others would have simply moved on to the next order. Folks, THESE are the qualities you want in the professionals handling what s between you, the ground, and your wallet. Well done.Thank you again, Flynn s! I ll absolutely be back.

This was the first time that I have ever been to Flynn s tires. I have lived in Newcastle for 24 years and never been there. I had a great experience great customer service and I got to sit in my truck while they were redoing my tires. What a great experience. Thank you to the team there, I will definitely let everybody else know what a great experience I had

I would give zero stars if I could...went there for a simple state inspection they told me my steering & suspension failed & I needed both lower control arms the bushings were pulling out & I need front & rear brakes & rotors, the total was $1700. Went to my DEALER in Pgh. all I needed was rear brakes & rotors for $400. What a rip off, wouldn't send anyone there. Don't know if it's because I'm a woman or not or if they do this w/ everyone.

Excellent Customer service from John! I needed a good set of winter tires and he worked with me to find the best quality tire to fit my budget. I am very pleased with the results that these new winter tires provide and I now feel a lot safer driving in the snow! Flynn's was also kind enough to transport my summer tires back to my house for me! I am now a life-long customer! Thank you guys!

The whole process of ordering the tires I needed online, paying, and having the mobile installer come to me was very easy. I was called to verify appt. Steven was very professional and installed 4 tires very quickly for me. I loved using the mobile install as I was at work while the tires changed.

The Service Manager is always pleasant & courteous to me as Flynn's customer. For this alone I truly appreciate their service to me. For the state inspection on my car, I was in & out as promised by Doug. Thank you very much!!

Usually good quick service here. Happy with our experience. The only thing we wanted that didn't work out was an oil change but they were booked for the day. Highly recommended for tires

Awesome. I initially went to Walmart. They stripped my thread while taking off spare and tried to throw a new tire in my trunk and make me pay full price. Long story short. Stick with the best.

I was late getting my car inspection done. (My fault) To avoid risking a ticket I decided to take it to Flynn s instead of going to the dealership 45 minutes away. Flynn s failed it for both driver and passenger side lower control arm bushings. Fortunately, they couldn t find the bushings to replace without ordering them or going through the dealer. I went home and called my dealership where the inspection was free due to my warranty. I explained the situation to them and made the first available appointment a week later. I handed them the paperwork from Flynn s (which I was advised to do). One hour later, I m in my vehicle driving home with a new inspection sticker because they found nothing wrong with the car. Flynn s cost me $25 for a failed inspection, a week without a car and a half day of work. As I said above, I was fortunate that they couldn t get the parts needed or I would have ended up paying for a repair that wasn t necessary as I was stuck between a rock and a hard spot. I will not go back there again. I would give them zero stars if possible. I d also suggest to anyone get a second opinion before letting them touch anything. This is my second bad experience and I will not return a third time.

Choose Flynn because they were the closest to where my tire blew on the interstate- I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived on my spare they were able to replace my tire with one in stock and quickly get me in and on my way. I wasn t aware they had a drive through service. I will choose Flynn s if ever I have the option again.

The sales rep was very patient, very knowledgeable, show s me all my options that were available including prices and opportunities for rebates. The tire change went quite well, they were on time. Will definitely be back in the future.

Shopped all over the place for the best price on tires and ended up here. They got the tires I wanted and quickly installed them. Also required a rear brake job- they were the cheapest by far everywhere I called.

Since covid this shop has gone down hill. Their head tech cross threaded lugs on wife's car and just forced it on causing it to sheer off. To set an appointment for tires and inspection simultaneously is no longer allowed, and the staff is no longer friendly.

They were so helpful with me and even told me parts that other places sold me were wrong that they even drove me to get the parts and replace them so that I didn t have to pay their markup on it. They re an incredible place. I recommend them 10 stars if I could, but I could only give five. Best place to take your car anywhere is FLyNNS don t ever take it to TiRE ExPRESS ever!!

My 4 tire install had a few requests: Check to see if back right rim was bent, check stem to see if it was bad and a few other requests like why my ride was really noisy...a bearing-type sound. The 3 techs that worked on my car, Maddie, Steve and Spencer were excellent. They checked everything that I asked them to at no extra cost. They made suggestions as to what might be the problem, and suggested mounting a removed tire on an extra rim to use as a spare. Really good service.

Fast & excellent service! I went to them because I had a nail in my tire. Turned out the nail was super short, so it only got stuck in the tread & didn t puncture the tire. They made sure there wasn t any leak, checked out & filled ALL my tires to the correct pressure, then sent me on my way free of charge! Thanks you guys!!!
