I bought a car from there in January. Unfortunately I was in a car accident and it was totaled.I had such a good experience with them that I said I am going right back up to the man in New Castle.So off I go today!BNM AUTO, Thank you for a good experience so that when I need a new car I have no doubt where to go.

I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe there years ago and I still have it running good. They worked with me on a price and trade-in. Very polite. Next time, I need a vehicle, I'll be stopping back.

They are great!!! Extremely good business ethics! His wife is a sweet heart too! He is not pushy and doesn't try to follow you around or pressure you. Prices on his lot are very reasonable for the mileage and years and he's fair! We drove over an hour from our home to look at his vehicles and would definitely drive there again for another. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Moe and Sam really made my experience fantastic! They are the the most honest car salesmen in the area. They were both extremely patient throughout my car buying process.I bought a 2007 Toyota Corolla Sport towards the end of 2019. I wanted to wait at least a month to evaluate the car's reliability before I left a review for BNM Auto. I am extremely pleased with my Toyota and BNM!I highly recommend BNM to anyone who needs a new ride. You really cannot beat the service that Moe and Sam provide!I took about two weeks to make a decision before buying my car, and best of all there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. They allowed me to take the car on a test drive for as long, and as many times as I needed. They even allowed me to take it to the mechanic to get it evaluated before I made the purchase!I will make sure to spread the word about this place to anyone who needs a new car. I bought a 2009 Honda Civic from BNM auto sales and I ve had it for almost two years and it s running really good. Have never had problems besides getting oil maintenance or tires. I went and saw moe today to swap my other car I have. The guy who painted it did a bad paint job that lowered the cost, but moe and his uncle were able to still give me a car that I ll be getting on Monday. Moe will always try and accommodate and get you in a car! He s very kind and tries the best he can and is honest. I d recommend bnm auto sales if you need a car!

Amazing buying experience. I'm extremely happy with my purchase, a great Toyota Corolla. I was treated well, my needs were met and their transparency is amazing. I just brought the car to a certified Toyota Technician, they inspected it thoroughly and told me that the car is in perfect conditions and that whoever sold it to me sold me a great deal! I am extremely happy. May God bless all the BNM staff

My experience here was wonderful. They went above & beyond to help me. They were honest & reasonable. They were not pushy, allowing me to look over all the information they provided me with. They worked with me on any of my concerns. I am deeply appreciative of this dealership and it s workers. They were very efficient, professional, and understanding. I would definitely recommend this business to family and friends.

I just got my 2nd car from them I wanted to get a better one and I did. They are awesome and work with you, very polite I will always go to them for a car, my mom has also gotten cars from them and she loves dealing them. If you're thinking about getting a car this is the place and if they don't have what you're looking for just tell Sam the owner and he will find it for you.

Thought the dealer was nice. Until my sister put a down payment to hold the vehicle until she got her insurance money. The man today said she had to get it today or lose her deposit. What kind of person does that. So she got the vehicle today. No gas in it and below are the keys. One is broken and the one with the key the buttons don't work.I will make sure people know what a terrible car dealer this is.Update. She took her vehicle seen below to get looked at the same day she bought it.Bad wheel bearings and struts. This dealership refuses to fix it. And it was inspected the morning she bought it.Now I have to contact the attorney General and place a formal complaint against them and whoever does their inspections

I recently purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey from here and my whole experience was wonderful. I was referred by a friend. We came in together and I told the staff what I was looking for and my price range. They never tried to pressure me into anything. They answered all of my questions and even did a carfax for me which I thought was awesome. The thing that impressed me the most was the fact that I wanted this vehicle the day I went to see it but the staff had already told another customer they would be able to come view it that day. Even though I had the money and everything they stood by what they had said. That person obviously didn't get the vehicle but I thought it spoke volumes for their customer service. I had the vehicle checked by a mechanic before purchasing it and the mechanic said the vehicle was in great condition! Its a month later and I'm still telling people about my experience there.

I actually bought my car from BNM just over 3 years ago and have put 45k miles on it. It has only required expected maintenance for being used so much which I consider to be impressive and show the quality of vehicle sold. It was a pleasure to work with the dealership and I would recommend them to others.

Purchased 2009 Kia Rio5. Car was in very good working condition on the test drive, but the check engine light came on. The guy at BNM diagnosed it as the Wheel speed sensor, and said he'd give me a 6-month warranty at no charge. I was glad to take the deal.When I took the car to a dealership, the dealership tried to exaggerate the repairs I needed, saying I needed a $2,500 repair. I called up BNM frustrated, but they invited me to bring the car down and take a look. They let me look actually under the car, pointed out everything about the car and showed me how what the dealership said was wrong. This they did at no charge, in maybe 25 mins of time, and with every courtesy and politeness. I drove out much more confident, and knowing what I needed to do from there.These guys are professionals, they are good at what they do, the cars are good, and they are very accommodating. Would be glad to buy from them again in the future.

I had a great experience buying my 2006 Honda Odyssey. These guys are straight forward, no gimmicks. Morning and Sam were both helpful, showed me what was available and had me out the door in a reasonable amount of time. The Carfax are a huge advantage as well. I strongly recommend BNM auto.

I've had my little Hyundai about 3 weeks now, and I LOVE IT! We had done our research and knew what we wanted to look at before we got there. That was helpful, but I feel like even if I hadn't done that, Moe would have been helpful without any pressure. He was nice, let us take a test drive by ourselves for as long as we wanted/needed, and helped guide us for financing. The icing on the cake was that a few days later, I was having an issue with the hatchback not opening, and I was concerned because we bought the car as-is, no warranty. But I called, and Moe said he thought he knew what it was, so bring it on in, and he would take care of it. He did just that, then showed me what to do if it became an issue again. Best used car sales experience I've ever had, and I've had many, trust me. I get compliments on my car on a regular basis, and my (grown) daughter texted me while we were on vacation asking if she could have my car. I said, "Hmmm...let me think...no." :D My only "complaint" is that the bathroom was...um, how shall I say it?...an interesting experience. Ha! See a car (online) that you're interested in from here? Don't hesitate. Just go. (Make sure you've gone to the bathroom beforehand, though...ha, ha, ha, ha, ha...)

Absolutely wonderful service! They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to give us great service! Very honest about their vehicles, we drove away happy from the lot. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is seeking a used car.

First I did not buy a car from here. I want to just because they have at least one person there who is such a great person. I was having trouble with my car and he told me honestly that I was getting duped by someone else, and eventually talked me out of buying a car, because I don't need it. These people could have screwed me good. They didn't. They were honest, helpful, and kind. These people deserve business.

I recently bought a SUV from here, although the man was very nice the cars are horrible. I drove all the way from Pittsburgh to new castle to make the purchase & soon as I got home the radiator cracked & I had to replace the whole thing, get it flushed & the filter changed & my heat still doesn't work. I also had to buy New breaks, roaders, struts & wheel bearings. & still gotta get a new alignment & to top it off the check engine light came on the other day Smh it's like what's next. I'm very disappointed in my purchase with BNM!!!

Excellent experience througout the entire process. Bashar, and his colleagues, were straightforward, patient, accomodating, and had all the necessary information ready to go whenever we asked for something. Top notch service and accomodation from first visit to Notary. I will highly recommend BNM Auto Sales, Inc. to anyone who is interested in a reasonably priced used vehicle.

I purchased a buick century 5 years ago and still to this day have not had any major issues. I got a second vehicle the following year a nissan quest. Both vehicles are still going strong. Buick still only have had small issues nothing crazy or expensive. Van is still in pretty great shape too. I actually only need a new car because the Buick is too small. I will be seeing these guys again soon. I recomend them to everyone whom asks where to get their cars from. I check back periodically to see what they hav . So hesitant to buy a new car because I love my buick. Fiance uses the van for soccer games and practices. Lol

Purchased a 2002 BMW 325I. This dealership was great to deal with! Everyone there was courteous and let me test drive the vehicle and examine the vehicle with NO PRESSURE....The car is beauitful! I will definitely but there again.....once again, THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ....

I have bought vehicles and referred 3 people to them. Amazingly friendly staff. Moe and Sam are great people. If you buy a vehicle and somethings wrong, give them a chance to make it right.
