Just want to say a huge thank you to Mike, who works at this store. He changed my car s terminal and battery after a few other people refused to even try. He went above and beyond and seriously saved the day and saved me money.

While ot was cold and raining I needed a windshield wiper, the staff was attentive but I was suggested the wrong item. Steve upgraded me to the only whipers that would work for my vehicle and made it right and installed it while it was raining out, 10/10, Autozone your lucky to have a great staff!!

Employee named Beau or Bo, (sorry didn't check spelling) was awesome. We are from about 40 minutes away from home and had some car trouble. Beau was able to tell us what was wrong and suggested a fix. He was so caring and helpful. Amazing young man.

Everytime I walk into this store someone asks if I need help finding anything. Always friendly and helpful and almost always have what I need in stock.

Only part store I'll go to around here there prices are about the same as everyone else's the employees are always nice to deal with.

I went into the store trying to change my wipers and Eddie was awesome he helped put my wipers on and we found out that one of my wipers we had to order it special, but Eddie took his time and figure out how to fix my issue so I would not leave without getting a wiper on since it was raining. Eddie went way and beyond his work to accomplish my goal to making sure I have my wipers in my car. Great customer service from him and I will be returning back.

Went to buy gas cap. Very efficient, friendly. The manager came out to the car to make sure the gas cap had a place to tether. She was very helpful. She showed me where there is a place to set the cap when filling the tank. When I went back later in the day when the part came in, John put it on and showed me what to do should it come off.Part 2: Went for wiper blades. Young man-Donnie was just as polite,friendly and helpful as everybody else there. I will never go anywhere else!

The staff here are great they have been helping me with all me car needs the store manager Angel knows his parts he goes above the call of duty and stays with me until i get the right parts. I recommend them to all my friends and family.Thank you guys at 1807

Most everyone is polite, helpful, and easy to talk to...even when it's obvious that have no idea of the proper name for the part I need. Most of the common parts are always in stock, though there may be times that what I'm looking for is a special order. In that case you can choose to having it shipped to the store or to your home.

It was so easy to get a new battery for my son's car. The gentleman even installed it for us and was nice enough to go over simple vehicle maintenance with my 18 yr old son.

I didn't find this location particularly helpful. I arrived on a 95 degree day with my toddler and a car that was in need of a battery. There was an empty parking lot and two employees available. I was informed by the staff that they "could not" replace my battery due to the computer in the car, and that I should try Walmart because they have a garage and work out of the heat. I do feel bad for anyone having to work out in the hot sun, but I know the installation would've only taken minutes and I was going to be paying $30 more than Walmart. I was dealing with an unreliable battery and a toddler out in the heat, so I expected a little more compassion and willingness to help. I had to try multiple times to get my car to start so I could head to Walmart but eventually it did. They replaced it with no problem.

By far the worst AutoZone I've been to. Tried to take my gold brake pads back for the warranty and the guy refused to do it without a receipt. I've bought brake pads and returned them at other stores without a receipt and never had any of the staff at the other stores require a receipt. I would recommend finding a different auto parts store to buy from this one doesn't deserve any business.

I really like this place the staff is always respectful and helpful. And if there's something wrong with your car they have the equipment to test it to find out what.And they do that for free.

Went in with a VERY dead battery. The got me the new one, replaced the old one, made sure my wife was comfortable, and encouraged is to just hang out until we were sure the car was ok

They run free diagnostic tests on your vehicle, staff is friendly and very helpful. Prices are reasonable.
