On 3-21-24 I was driving home to Sharon Pa noticed my front headlight bulb was out. I got off the highway and went to Advance Auto and purchased a bulb. ANGELA WAS FANTASTIC! She was so FRIENDLY EFFICIENT AND JUST OVERALL AWESOME! She rang up my purchase and even went outside in the rain and changed the bulb for me. Both of the ladies working last night (3-22-24) were so friendly and very knowledgeable! Kudos to these two ladies! If Management is reading this just know you have 2 fantastic employees in those two ladies I will definitely make the drive from Sharon to New Castle to go to this store .the customer service I receive from these 2 ladies is worth the extra miles down the highway! THANK YOU ANGELA AND COWORKER

I was in desperate need of a new battery, but had very little money. The man kept digging and messing around on the computer until he was able to bring the price of my battery down as far as he could. Then he installed it for me. He was so kind. I offered him a tip and he wouldn't take it. Great experience!

I bought a exhaust system online fo my slingshot and didnt one of get the gaskets I needed. I called and Shawn said bring it down and we will try to fix you up. He found me exactly what i needed and I was on my way. Thanks Shawn, I appreciate your time and will be back to your store. Great service and a very helpful and friendly staff.

Customer service is great, got to remember these men and women arent mechanics just might have a lottle more car experience than a normal sales person. Clean store, prices arent to bad and they are willing to run the code test on your call, install your batter or assist with putting on window blades.

My husband always gets our parts from them if they don't have it there they can normally get it from another store next day. Very nice staff

Needed a rear windshield wiper for my 2009 RAV4. Not only was it in stock, but the nice woman employee took the time to come outside and install it for me. I would definitely go there again.

They didn't have anything I was looking for and the employees didn't ever greet me or offer me assistance while I went up and down every single isle!!! So boooo God bless y'all

I buy online and pick up in store. Gotten a call more than once for them to tell me my order wasnt actually in stock like their computer says. Other than need to do inventory it's ok i guess.

Ok this time just off the shelf buy with priced marked.last visit they tried to rob me for 15 dollars for a lawn mower oil filter

Tech-salesman was quick to diagnose battery problem (Accurate) but reluctant to continue to check the alternator. He only did so at my insistence.

It's ok but workers they hire are not very knowledgeable and can't use computer correctly an you always end up with wrong parts an many trips to store till they get it right

Usually get my parts here, sometimes have what I need sometimes don't but I'd rather go to advance than AutoZone..
