Stuck on high way and they charged me 3,000.00. They took advantage of the situation I was in and the state police saying I was stopping traffic. Companies that take advantage of people that are in such situations says so much about their company. They are not doing so good that they have to steal money from hard working people. The cost for this was 3k now I paid 3k meaning the delivery I just made was a complete loss when you consider fuel. BAD company watch out and this is why people hate cops they never help always hating. When is this ever gonna change.

My car was stolen and the Rochester police had my car towed by this company and storedI called and talked to the owner and he said he would cut me a deal at $500 and I had to pay in cash. He said he was open until four o clock. I had to pay a cab $35 and we arrivedTen minutes before four o clock. The owner saw me in the parking lot and I was knocking on his door as you can t enter without a security code. He came out I had my cash in hand and he said he was closing early. I explained I had to pay a cab and I m not from this area and I m here before closing time with cash in hand. He became belligerent and my taxi driver, a retired senior man, opened his car door and said please help her its before your closing time. He became enraged and actually threatened to fight the taxi driver.It is a three day weekend and the charge is $50 a day so he wants around $800 for my carI don t have it and I told him so and he said too bad. I m leaving the country in a week so I m having to abandon my car thereRun away from this business do not use his services. He s a horrible man and I never want to see him again. 0n the 5th of July a retired Veteran car was towed from a parking lot that was going to be sealed. 2 hours after it was towed we went to retrieve the vehicle, we was told it was $350. We stated calmly that $350. was accessive. Immediately a man named Rob stood up an started screaming foul language. He threw his glasses down and then said I will keep your car if I want..then we went to pay him and Rob said it is now $425 keep running your mouth and the price will continue to go up. we paid the $425. and took our car... we tried for the next 3 days to call the owner, we left many messages and never got a call back. We then went to the property owner where it was towed from... it is our hope that the property owner changes to a more respectful and courteous towing company. We respectfully request all Veterans and Supporters of Veterans boycot this company..there are others companies who have gentlemen running them that have been around for years and know how to treat people ..getting your car towed is never a pleasant experience however is paled in comparison to the way we was treated.2 other individuals had their cars towed and experience the same experience....there isn't a way to pla e a zero star and that is to much for this company....

I called to schedule a no-rush tow for one of our work trucks from a dealership to another garage. My timing is flexible, just need it to be moved some time in the next few days. They would not schedule anything. I was told to "just call tomorrow and I will see if I can fit you in." If you want decent customer service, look elsewhere.

I saw a truck driver scream at a black women but talk kindly to a white male infront of her. Today a crash happened on constitution Blvd to aliquippa. I was stuck in the middle of it all with a lot of unknowns and no one could move everyone was jammed up. A sullied towing truck came up behind us and just kept holding down his horn... no one could move so he was just adding stress to the situation. He got out of his truck and screamed at the black women behind me about how moving isn't rocket science but logically she could not move. He passed me a white women and kindly addressed the white male in front of us. They are racist and caused more stress to an already stressful situation. I would not recommend their services and I hope they educate their drivers on racial trauma and how to handle situations properly.

Absolutely terrible customer service, advise seek elsewhere for towing needs. Was told my car was kept in a locked cage after calling to report something was stolen out of my vehicle during towing process - while driving by their business for the time it was in their possession it was not locked up in a cage but sitting in the parking lot for a few daysService: Car towing

Do NOT let them take your car if you're in an accident. You will not get your car back...legal robbery..it's not just there tho! They all do it and are allowed to do it! They will make sure they get mad money from you to get it out, or make sure you give your car up so they can scrap it and make money. They don't care if you're elderly, dying, or poor! They don't care if Christmas is next month. They will legally rob you and think NOTHING of it. The people of Pennsylvania need to get a bill in place like Colorado just passed, where they are not allowed to rob you as the tow places in Pennsylvania are allowed to.

Called to get into a car and told him I needed paperwork out of it. It was a Jeep and the roof was ripped off and supposed to rain the next day.. he called me a d*ck on the phone then came down and pulled up in the parking lot told me to leave or he was going to send me out in cuffs. I leave and come back down with police to get into the vehicle and he took the Jeep and pushed it to the back of the building so we couldn t find it. Very rude.Service: Car towing

They tried to charge me an extra 100 because they said I drove into their parking lot too fast and kicked up dirt on their freshly cleaned trucks. They are scam artists.

One star is too much! Everything about this tow was bad! Deer hit me, the police called them, I figured how bad could it be? Well from beaver falls to new Brighton 1695.00 Legal robbery at its finest. It s traumatic enough to be in an accident but then this on top! Horrible!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

SCAM !!!!!!!! Very very bad service wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy this place is a sham and a scam was in an accident this morning and they came and got my car 7 miles from their location and the wanted to charge me 1600 dollars to get my car back because the car was leaking fluid got there to get my things out of my car and not one fluid bottle was empty I didn t end up getting my car back because the car wasn t worth that and the guy charged me 100 dollars and my title for my belongings but never gave the title because it was lost this business is very poor people need to report them to the better business bureauService: Car towing

Terrible Experience! My dad is from out of town and needed a towing service for a medium heavy duty truck because it would not turn on. He was stranded and had no ways of moving around. We called Sulli's Towing since it was the closest to him and the gentleman on the phone was very unprofessional and rude. He said " I am not interested in picking up junk".Thankfully we were recommended to Tomei's Garage in McKees Rocks. He truly has great costumer service and very professional. Definitely should read the reviews and if you have a choice do not pick this towing company (we did not have a choice)......charged us $3,000 to pull a big truck off ice and a few miles up the road......absolutely ridiculous!!!! Hope they can sleep at night knowing they are taking people's hard earned money and money from my kids for what clearly does not justify the cost!!!!!! Absolutely will let everyone know to NEVER use them if you have a choice

They advertise 24h towing ect but when I called at 6:30am they said they couldn't get to me till around 9:30am even though the location I was at was literally 10 mins away from their store/shop. That's a bit of a wait especially on a morning nothing was going on. No snow on the ground or anything. Also this was for a lock out so no tow truck was even needed so even if we say Al their trucks were tied up they could have used a car. I know I know it's not their fault I couldn't get into my vehicle but a 3 hour wait when I'm right up the road and a lock out takes 2 mins to do is a bit much. It sounded to me more like the guy who answered wanted to go back to bed in my opinion. I called tow-tegrity and they came out and had me on my way by 7:15am now that's acceptable....don't advertise something you don't do..just my $0.02

The truck driver was an absolute horror to the society. He came and towed the Hertz car and said he could only dropped me off at the nearest McDonald's or burger kingI asked him specifically to drop me off back at Hertz, but he said it is out of business hour.OK, so he can tow the car whenever he gets the call 24/7 and don't give a F about your life and just DROP you somewhere. True character, great work. Make sure you do not get them to tow your car.Yeah going all out making money alright, and treating lives as objects to be thrown away. You sow what you reap, just wait and see if you continue treating people like that.

My daughter was in an accident and her car was towed there. They had my daughter's car for over a week and would NOT release it to be fixed!! Rob told me it could take that long because it depended on who was at fault for the accident?? What does that have to do with letting a tow truck come and pick up a car??? My insurance had their tow company call him twice a day and he would NOT return the call. I truly believe he was keeping my daughter's car so he could charge my insurance company more money. Meanwhile....my daughter was without a car!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS TOWING COMPANY OR HAVE MY CAR TOWED THERE AGAIN!!I wouldn't even give him any stars, but I have to give him 1 to put this post up!!!

I was helping out a family that had, let's just say, a series of unfortunate events. One of the unfortunate events was to have their vehicle towed. Since the mom is on disability and can not drive, the towing bill and storage of vehicle kept getting bigger and bigger every day. I went to Sulli's to pay my friends' bill and they worked with me. We agreed on a payoff settlement amount and they included a free tow to bring back the vehicle to their house. I was very happy with our final arrangement. So, for me, I had a great experience with them.

Charged my driver 3k to get him out of a ditch, they work with the police and you have to choice but to pay. If you ever get stuck let the police officer know you re calling your own tow company, and ask them what tow company they are calling, If they say this company, tell them no thanks.

The driver was polite and efficient. The only problem which was not the company's fault was that it took 4 hours to get to me because of a Buffalo snow. It was the company AAA chose for me.

Horrible experience. Didn't even ask my daughter if she had AAA. They claimed her car was totaled , took her title and 100 bucks and the sold her car for scrap after towing it less then 5 miles.

I observed a driver on 6-17-19 at 6:25am on route 51 by the Get Go while I had the green light he decided that he did not want to wait for his light to turn green go up over the curb do a u turn and blow his horn at me because he thought he had the right of way to get to an accident that was in front of me. He kept blowing his horn and I was not moving fast enough for him he tried to go around me and he tried cut me off. This was done right in front of the police officer I would not let him in and he almost hit my vehicle to get in front of me. By law he has to obey all PA laws even if there is an accident.

If you need a tow or anything car related stay far away from Sullis towing! They take advantage of people in unfortunate situations! Will not work with you and are ridiculously UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!

Wish I would have saw these reviews before using this company. They are trying to charge my sister for the total of her car in order for her to get it back. This is unheard of. How is this guy aloud to do this? What a joke.

Avoid at all costs, very dishonest and predatory in their charges. Tried for a professional resolution but they have 0 issue in taking advantage of their customers. Better options in the area.

Reckless drivers. Tailed my wife the whole time they were behind us. We were in a mini van full of kids. Called the business and the manager said he was in the truck and said we slammed on the brakes which did not happen.
