Don Jacobs office is always wonderful to work with. The employees are always willing to go the extra mile for you and are so pleasant. A shout out to Michelle Garmin who helped us recently with an insurance quote for our upcoming settlement on an investment property. She worked with us to select exactly what we need and provided the necessary information directly to the bank. You won t be disappointed with the service they provide. Thank you Don Jacobs and team!

I highly recommend Don Jacob s Insurance. I have used them for all of my insurance needs for probably 20 years and recently my daughter started using them. They are extremely professional and always prompt to respond to any of my inquiries or questions. They always take the time to educate me so that I am confident I m making the right decisions and I have always been pleased with the rates I received.

I had been using Don Jacobs insurance literally my whole life. My father used Jacob insurance so of course when I got old enough to need my own insurance they're the first company I went to. Never had a problem always friendly people and very helpful I highly recommend them

This is a one stop shop for all your insurance needs. The staff there is always helpful. I called them and got them to shop around and get me a better insurance rate and they did. They have 3 locations to serve you. I use the one in New Bloomfield.

Insuring jet skis during a pandemic is not easy. Loretta at Don Jacobs went over and above to help me secure insurance remotely. She compared rates, got me towing coverage and allowed us to (hopefully) be ready to ride in the next few weeks. Jet ski insurance is not easy insurance to navigate. Loretta continued to call various companies until we were successful and given a competitive rate. Thank you...and here's to happy, safe jet ski riding!!

I highly recommend Don Jacobs Insurance group. I ve worked with Jill Bodimer for years. Sad to see her leave. However, there are other workers that are pleasant.
