I had my best friend come with me to sit in the passenger seat to make sure everything was on the up and up regarding possible issues. Everything checked-out. Very smooth ride. Visual inspection was also good. And, the CarFax were provided over the website. Got a nice interest rate, too. Kelly Blue Book recommended slightly less for the price, but only by a few hundred. CarFax, however, said it was a good rate, and there are no serious issues with the car purchased. So, I consider that pretty fair if not good.

I had a fantastic experience at Kovatch's! Chris was extremely helpful and when the car I bought had an issue, I called and they made it right! They took such great care of me and my car! Even though there was a problem, not of their doing or knowledge, there was NEVER a problem with them! Their friendly staff made me feel welcomed and not pressured at all. Its great to have such a wonderful dealership so close to home!

Friendliest folks across the board. I dealt with multiple people there, not all of whom necessarily oversaw the sale of my vehicle but stopped to talk to me nonetheless. Not only that, but they went above and beyond when I was in a tough spot without a vehicle and sent somebody to pick me up so I could make the purchase. I live over an hour away. I don't think that's something that should be expected of them or of anyone, but it was a really nice touch on my experience. Love the car I picked up and you could tell they really made sure it was ready. I would do business with them again without a second thought. And I mean EVERYONE- the Manager, the Sales folks, the detailer, the Finance person- all incredibly friendly and helpful and personable.

Chris was so helpful. He took the time to answer our questions. Also talked about the vehicles we looked at. We test drove some and found 2 we liked. Can't wait until we have one of them. Thanks again Chris!

Overall I had a very positive experience with Chris at Kovatch. I was looking for a used vehicle and found a very nice 2008 Kia Rio at Kovatch that had a very clean car fax and some other maintenance records. I purchased the car at a very fair price. When I inquired about whether the timing belt had been changed at the proper interval Chris made the extra effort to call the previous owner to ask him which I appreciated. (And this was after I d already committed to buying the car) He and the other people I interacted with at Kovatch were very pleasant and friendly and made every effort to work with me. They went above and beyond to give me a good deal and make the whole owership process of this car seamless and smooth and even threw in some extras that they were not obligated to. I would not hesitate to give them my business again.

Very helpful to me when I was in a dire situation. It's also the first place I got approved for a car at after chapter 7 bankruptcy. They treated me like a person, not just another customer.

Kovatch Ford is the best place to buy a car hands down! Travis, the sales manager, is one of the most honest people I have ever met and was able to work with me to find a price that I can afford for a car I really wanted. Debbie, their sales consultant, was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped me out through the entire purchase. The company stayed open almost an hour past closing on a Saturday and I was the only one there. I highly recommend this dealership and will be going there from now on!

Fast reliable service. Waiting area chairs weren't the most comfortable. Tv was drowned out by the sun beaming in through the large glass show room windows

Just called for a replacement battery for my 2013 Ford Escape. Person in service should have been working alone on cars instead of answering phones in the service department. Crossing off Kovatch as a Ford DealerI will be using... Cocky dismissive attitude. Hope the call was recorded and played back be management.
