DONT EVER GO TO THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING NOT EVEN AN OIL CHANGE. I ve never witnessed such unprofessionalism in my life. Thought I d be saving myself money and time by bringing the parts with me for a simple brake/rotor change but boy was I wrong. I got my parts for $250 I was expecting to spend 500 on the job itself but it ended up being $800 FOR JUST LABOR. I dropped my car off at noon and when I came to pick it up at 6:30 it was still on the lift with the rear tires off. The mechanics called me with an update around 4pm with a list of jobs they thought I needed (which I don t). Saying they think I need a coil, spark plugs, and a few other things they pulled out of the air. But I came for a brake job ..why are you calling me 4 hours later with a list of things I didn t ask for totaling $2,300. So, I called the Mercedes-Benz dealership, same job this place charges $2,300 for the dealership will do for $800. I ve never been jerked around by a mechanic so much in my life. As I m picking up with car I heard one of the guys say damn I hate wheels and brake jobs they re so hard is that why this took all day? They ve got some kid fresh out of high school working on my European car? Seriously call the dealership instead of working with crooks that have one brain cell left. Never again

As a female, I never want to feel pressured or be taken advantage of by a mechanic shop. Wrenchtec never makes me feel pressured or taken advantage of. They do the work that needs to get done and they do not add on things, just because I have low knowledge of cars (like other shops do). I just had an inspection done and my car passed (literally better news than winning the lottery ). They told me that in the future I will need new back tires, but it isn't something that has to be done right now. He offered to get me an estimate for the future. If this was anywhere else, they would have told me I need new tires and that a bunch of other things (that don't exist) need to be fixed. They also had worked on my HVAC system, which they worked on before. The one part was covered under warranty and they comped a big portion of it because they originally missed the root of the problem. They even offered me a loaner vehicle because they wanted to rectify the situation and didn't want me out of a car, especially because the car wasn't done when they initially said it would be (not their fault). When I bring my car to Wrenchtec, I feel valued as a customer. I don't feel pressured, I don't feel taken advantage of and I know my vehicle is going to get the best care. Their prices beat out other shops and they are just very customer centric. Also their hours are more flexible than others. I never have to worry about taking off work, being late, etc because their hours work are early til late (and open Saturdays). I will always reccomend them to family, friends, probably even strangers that live in the area. If you are looking to get your car fixed, but aren't sure who to get it fixed by, stop the search and go to Wrenchtec.

Just spent $3000 to have my car inspected. Full disclosure, it is in large part my fault. My inspection was expired so I was in a somewhat desperate situation.Dealing with the customer service side felt like being in a franchise store like Firestone or Goodyear.The work that was done was fine. The initial estimate was $3400. I had the rear brake rotors and pads in my car and that was included in the estimate. When I asked them to forget about that the estimate went down to $3000. So, they wanted to charge me @ $375 to install those parts but it is only a 1 hour job. A friend did the front brakes a little while back and it took him less than an hour.I had several bulbs out which ended up costing over $250(obviously mostly labor at $134 per hour). There was never any discussion with me about me replacing to save some money. Instead they wanted to sell me work being done to my A/C. I had told them that there were issues related to the A/C and that it only worked when the temp. gauge on the dash was registering. They start telling me that they discovered that the A/C didn't work.1) Why are you checking my A/C for inspection?2) I am already in sticker shock. Please stop looking for more repairs that are not needed for inspection.Once the thermostat was replaced and whatever temp. sensor errors it was creating had cleared the dash temp. gauge and A/C work just fine.My biggest issue is the way they treated my property. In their lobby one of their core beliefs is to treat the customer and their property with respect.When I picked up my car the hood was littered with leaves and bird poop. They had clearly parked the car under a tree for an extended period but it looked like it had been worked on in the woods.I sent them a message through their website... No response.When it was taking them a couple days to figure out getting my car to pass the electronic portion of the inspection(I had to drive the car around over a couple days. I am 50 and this has never come up before) I sent a second message through their website basically begging for them to try to help me. This was after I verbally confirmed with them that the messaging system worked...No response. Photos attached from the evening I picked it up.

I made an appointment online for an alignment. Making an appointment was super easy and stress free not having to call. Jason at the front desk was very nice. I was in and out in under an hour.

I dropped my car off for and inspection and oil change. They had it completed in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I wasn t pressured into any unnecessary things, not even a single suggestion, just did exactly what was asked. It was a great experience and we will be taking all our vehicles here now. :)

The gentlemen at the counter in their lobby were polite , very knowledgeable and dedicated in assisting me . They let me know play by play on what was going on with my vehicle . The mechanic did a great job fixing my vehicles issues . Bonus was that they had loaner vehicles there that I could use since my vehicle was going to take awhile to fix .

Went in for diagnostic testing today and was helped by Jason. Had a really great experience. Shop seems really helpful and sincere. 10/10!! I would come again for ANY of my car service needs. Recommending to all of my friends and family.

First time there. Had a great experience. All questions were answered and, when I asked about a quote for cost comparison purposes, I felt that I got a reasonable answer. Plus, it's close to my house. Will be back for future service.

I have used their service regularly over the past 5 years and they have been able to keep a couple of my high mileage cars safely on the road. The shop is organized and efficient even when they have a high volume of vehicles in for service. They are very thorough when inspecting my vehicles, and very good at explaining any issues found.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Some of the nicest people I've ever worked with, especially when it comes to a garage. They go above and beyond, everytime I've needed their services it has been easy to set up appointments both online and with a phone call, they've been quick, communicative, and very transparent. They've taken very stressful situations and made them feel like no problem at all. Highly recommend. I also want to name drop specifically Jason and Becky.. They were both phenomenal!

I went in there to get my back window replaced and inspected. When I got it back, I noticed there was condensation on one of the tail lights. They fixed it free of charge. When the part came in, the strut popped off and broke the other taillight (and windshield).Both fixed free of charge, and struts fixed at a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere. I never write reviews but this place I had tooDave and his team are phenomenal! Had my car and my wife s repaired there and inspected. Prices were fair and place was very clean after the repair Dave went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and made sure I felt safe in my vehicle he spent time road testing the car with me. Very knowledgeable Explaining things to me and my wife over several conversations spent a lot of time diagnosing the car just to reassure me there was nothing wrong with it and he did it with no charge. Also provided me and my wife a loaner car. He never gave up on making me happy and putting my mind at ease provided amazing service all the information that Dave and his team provided was right my car is driving good as new. This will be the only shop I will go to for anything from now on and the only shop I will recommend from now on can t thank them enough!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I needed a local mechanic to inspect two newly registered vehicles. They were thorough, respectful and kept me informed. It is so nice to have a local auto repair garage that I can trust. I have had my Jeep in for many items and they have earned my business. They know my car and have fully diagnosed and completed the repairs as promised. Thanks Dave, Nevin, Becky and whoever has touched the purple Jeep. Had my front brakes and rotors replaced when I picked up the car and took it home I noticed there were some rattling within the brakes. Brought it back to them and took it back home and still was rattling brought it right back to them and the owner took a ride with me and verified the noise. Very professional. Still waiting to get my car back will update later

Thanks to Dave & his team. I was in a Jam and called last minute for a service, he was able to schedule quickly and complete my yearly inspection. I needed a few repairs and maintenance items. Found this business when I just happened to attend their grand opening and ribbon cutting in 2019. Was so impressed with the overall shop, owner, and service manager. My wife and I have been going there ever since with all of our cars and recommend them to friends and family. They do great work and will do anything they can to fit you in on your schedule. Online scheduling tool on their website is also great! Clean, modern shop that does quality work at a fair price. Trustworthy people and customer service is the best I've ever experienced at a mechanic. I woke up to a dead battery & contacted the local dealership that normally services my Ford. I explained my situation & that this is my only vehicle being a single mom & they could care less. They told me to wait til next week. I found Wrenchtec through Google & called & explained the same. They were so quick friendly & professional.
