We recently purchased a used vehicle from Nazareth Ford and was provided a wonderful experience. We were greeted upon coming in and the receptionist promptly helped our family. Coming with kids can be frustrating, but they were very nice and provide a coloring/activity book to help entertain them. Every person we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Smiles and hellos. They were genuine in wanting to help and made the process as seamless as they could. The next time we are in the market for another vehicle I would definitely consider going to Nazareth Ford again.

I recently ordered my second Bronco, this time a Wildtrack from Nazareth Ford. I put in the order with Ryan and Bryce who were both very knowledgeable and enthusiasts about the Bronco and vehicles in general! It is fun working with people who truly enjoy the products and know them very well. The order was processed quickly and my vehicle was delivered about 4.5 months after putting in the order and deposit. We were notified immediately when the vehicle arrived and was ready, and we set up the pickup. Bryce got us processed and Jacob in finance did a great job explaining options for the extended coverage. He was thorough in explaining but wasn't pushing either way - it was a pleasure. I really enjoyed the experience working with the folks at Nazareth-Ford and definitely recommend Bryce, Ryan and Jacob as those were the guys I worked with. While we were working on processing, the other sales people and support staff all seemed to be pleasant and enjoying their work, which made it a nice atmosphere. Thumbs up.

We could not say good enough things about Nazareth Ford. With both of us still being young and establishing credit, Jordan worked every avenue to get us a total upgrade from our previous vehicle. I have been to many car dealerships, but no one comes close to the service Jordan provided. As if it could not get better, we also had an amazing insurance representative, Jermel, help us add the vehicle onto an existing policy, while also making us laugh until we couldn t no more. I was even extremely pleased with the financial manager, Ryan, who helped us solidify the deal and gave us a great extended warranty. I am not usually the type to leave reviews, but these three men made this experience such a breath of fresh air. We will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service by John Hershey, Mobile Online Manager, accurate quotes for services rendered, very informative online answers to questions posed, and the tech who arrived to do the mobile service was polite, courteous, punctual and very helpful with all questions about ongoing truck maintenance and care. Prices were in line with current industry standards and work was done timely and with quality. Highly recommend using them for servicing, and other, auto needs.

Found a vehicle online that fit what I wanted. Made contact, and was given all the information I was looking for plus a personalized video of the vehicle. Jonah did a great job of helping me with the process. Good price on the truck and trade in. Ryan (Happy Birthday) with financing did a great job of getting the numbers right. I had a wonderful experience at Nazareth Ford and especially with our salesperson Alex F. My husband had been shopping for a truck for a while but doesn't always have the time to get into dealerships so I went in to look at the truck before we made a decision. A few other dealerships didn't even take my inquiries seriously and wouldn't get back to me when I asked questions. Alex was very responsive from the start. He sent me a great personalized video of the truck. He made time for me to come in to see it, take me on a test drive, and spoke with me about pricing without ever making me feel pressured. He's extremely pleasant to talk to and he treated me with respect. My husband closed the deal but we wouldn't have even looked twice if Alex hadn't been as wonderful as he was. The rest of the purchase went smoothly and we love our new vehicle!

I usually don't write reviews. However I am extremely satisfied with their service. I bought 2 trucks from them for my company. I got a letter in the mail regarding a recall. Before I even finished reading it, they called me informing me of the recall. Furthermore they said they will send someone to our office for the repair! They will have my business for life.

We had a very positive experience from the very beginning. After calling to inquire if the vehicle was still available, AJ quickly sent a video introduction of himself and the vehicle, which I thought was a nice touch! Went with my wife to look at trucks because her lease was up. Jordan Roehrich went out of his way to make the experience memorable and took the best care of us. He's very laid back and chill, but don't be fooled he knows his job inside and out. Jordan is very knowledgeable on all the trucks and their different features and takes his time explaining everything to you. He got us the best deal and a beautiful truck. By the end of the afternoon, we felt like we'd know him forever. Thanks Jordan, my wife loves her new truck!

Excellent service! I just bought a new car at this place and I received such a great service. People are very welcoming and informative. Answered every single question I had as it was my first electric car. I met different people for every step of the process and every one of them was awesome. Can't speak to the service but VERY underwhelmed by the professionalism of the sales team. ALL of the reviews about HOW THEY SELL CARS OUT FROM UNDER YOU IS TRUE! I called next day to finalize paperwork and they never got back to me then they tell me they sold the car. They knew i was out of state and relying on paperwork to be done via email and phone. LAME and unprofessional.

Jordan was THE BEST !!!!! So easy to work with couldn t have asked for a nicer sales consultant. Todd the business manager took care of the financing and all the other paperwork quickly and Shay from insurance took care of that part. They made everything so comfortable and easy for me. I highly recommend Nazareth Ford !!

Nazareth Ford just wanted to share the great experience I had at Nazareth Ford. The sales person I delt with was AJ. This guy was amazing. He helped me pick out the perfect car. Great personality and super friendly. Understood that I was replacing a older car that was wreaked. He helped me install the new car seats and helped make my daughter feel comfortable and have fun while buying a car. I highly recommend this dealership and to go see AJ.I Walked out with a beautiful 2017 Cheavy Equinox for the exact price I wanted to pay.Go see this dude he is awesome made my day so much more better.

Came in looking to buy a new electric. Didn't really want to wait for a build. A.J. found the perfect slightly used car for us at a very fair price. Process was quick and simple, they gave me the best price on my trade and matched my finance offer. I would definitely do business with these guys again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Walked in this summer and ordered a Maverick, in and out the door in 15 minutes. AJ kept me updated through the build process, and got me out the door in the new truck as soon as it arrived. Five stars all around.

Definitely not a review writer, but AJ Lynn at Nazareth Ford is a rockstar. Bought an Escape here last month, and was more than satisfied with the service (not only during my time there, but post purchase with follow ups) that I referred my brother to him as he was looking for a new truck. AJ is knowledgeable about every feature you can think of and makes the process as painless and easy going as buying a car can be. *Even took the time to drop off the all-weather floormats for my brothers truck at our house so he didn't have to make the trip back to the dealership (about 30 min drive!).*

Brought my car here a couple weeks ago to fix a lug. I came outside today to detail the car and noticed a HUGE scratch from them either taking the wheel off or putting it back on. Very disappointed that they just let that go and think I wouldn t see it. If they would have owned up to it I wouldn t have cared and we could have figured it out but there s no way the technician didn t see that. Not to mention these rims are expensive.

We were interested in purchasing ford explorer. We met with Alex. At first everything was going well. Then he was being pushy. He insisted my trade in needed new tires and wouldn't budge on the trade in price- they were offering me 7k less than kelly blue book. My trade in value included the "$750 discount" He kept pushing for finance even though I wanted to cash buy. When I told him I wanted to talk over the price with a family member, he stomped away like a child to the manager office without saying where he was going. Did not have a good experience.

We did most of our transactions online and in text. Then we drove 2 hours to complete our purchase. How nice and professional they all were. It was late, and they handled it well.We loved the car and it was literally as described.Thanks to all for helping us.....tough car times.Nazareth employees are there to deliver. I have a feeling I will be back again. They were all extremely personable.Thanks for your time....they even highlighted every signature line, and flipped the pages for me....so efficient. Made the long drive worth it.

Matt Murphy did a great job as my sales rep, was patient and professional through my persistent questions and requests. I had some trouble with a cashier's check and they were patient in waiting through that delay. Service dept seems good, I'll find out when I go back to get a brake controller put in tomorrow and another item that needed attention.
