Got me right in for an oil change which was nice. Nobody asked or explained any oil change deals (synthetic, regular). I was surprised at the price of it, and all the manager had to say was thats the price the computer says, great customer service skills.The reason for the review is how they gave my vehicle back. Its leaking oil from the underneath. A quick clean up with a rag wouldve prevented this, now i gotta worry about spots all over my driveway. Technician spilled oil near the fill port and neglected to clean that up, and oily greasy fingerprints on my door.Have a little pride in your work!This is the second and last Mavis location ive been to with the same result.

Mavis offers great service, particularly the Nazareth location! General Manager Brooks is so helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. He never rushes you, takes the time to listen and is just an all around trustworthy manager that I trust 100 percent!His staff is just as courteous and professional!I will continue to bring my vehicle to the Nazareth location and recommened them to my friends and family!

Got my PA state inspection. Was able to get me car in same day which was a huge bonus! They were done very quickly as well.

Brooks and Bill were absolutely terrific in a pinch with needing and installing a battery! They made a not so great day much better and the price was reasonable compared to many places in the area!

A special shout out to Tyler and Flako, who took amazing care of me today!They got me in the shop at short notice and repaired a tire which had been punctured with a nail.These guys were both courteous and efficientI won t hesitate to refer them to my friends and will certainly be going back to them.Thank you .Eily

Typed tire rotation into google and the top hit was them advertising free tire rotation. Scheduled the appointment which doesn t ask you for what the car is. Was called back over an hour later and the person left a message saying they do not rotate Tesla tires. Since there is nothing special to do for a Tesla my guess would be they don t want to honor the coupon since it is the only maintenance a Tesla needs. Just kind of annoying that they let you make the appointment by the time I got the message I was already out and didn t have time to make a new appointment somewhere else. I know they won t be able to upsell a Tesla on much to recover the cost of the coupon but with the popularity of Teslas and the fact that they go through tires more quickly it probably would be a better idea to try and gain their business.

The guy at the front desk took time to personally see to it that my tire got patched after it was punctured by a codder pin. Only took them around half an hour on a Sunday the day before Labor Day to patch the tire free of charge. If they were to charge me for the patch it would have only been $24.99 which is honestly a good price even if I had to pay. Thank you guys you were truly a lifesaver! If anyone needs new tires or a similar situation arises this is definitely the place to go.

I brought my car to Mavis to have tires installed and to have an alignment completed. The technician left my car in gear and it fell off the front of the lift causing damage to the rocker panels and underbody. I was told that I could take the car to the dealer and that Mavis would cover the repairs. I was also told that I would receive a call from the Regional Manager. It has been a week and I have not received a call and the repairs have not been approved.I heard back from Tony on 6/25/2020 and he said he would send someone to the dealer to do a second estimate. I left him a message yesterday to check the status and have not heard back from him. I also called the number for corporate customer service and was told that they spoke to Tony and promised he would call me back yesterday. He still hasn't called me back and I have been without my car for 13 days. I need the approval to start the repairs so that I can get my car back.

A flat tire on valentines day is the absolute worst!But mavis got us in and had our tire fixed within TEN MINUTES! I couldn't be more thankful! They saved the day!

If you want something done fast, go somewhere else. Wanted an inspection which is maybe a 30 minute job, just to be told it would take 4 hours. Appointments mean nothing really. The guy running the shop was smart with me. Would be faster going to a dealer. The main manager has always been good to be but I think that's my last visit.

This is the only place I'll get my company lease vehicle serviced. While other shops make me wait for hours just to get authorization (even other Mavis locations) to work on the car, I'm rarely ever here more than an hour in total. Brooks is the man to see. He knows the procedure and knows that I don't need to wait around for the red tape. Given my experience with other Mavis locations (namely, Marshall's Creek, PA and Newton, NJ), I'm not confident that I'd be giving this place 5 stars if it weren't for Brooks. He's really the one I'm rating highly here.UPDATE 5/24/23: I stopped in this morning hoping to get a scheduled maintenance done, and Brooks wasn't there, but Bill was. I thought I'd be able to get in and out with no problem, because unlike any other time I've been there, there was only one car in the garage, and there was only a handful of cars in the lot (it's usually difficult to find more than 1 or 2 spots open) and plenty of spots to park.But I was told that it would be a couple of hours just to get me in. Needless to say, I was disappointed. They'll usually squeeze in an oil change pretty quickly.So again, if Brooks isn't there, this is just another shop. Nothing special.

Came to Mavis to have my oil changed. They also replaced my wipers and fixed my low beam headlight. All three things were done within 45 minutes. Very courteous, professional and they work in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Wow! I got to the Mavis in Nazareth after 5 pm with a nail in my tire and no appointment. They took my car in, removed and patched the tire and had me back out before 6. The service was quick, top notch and free! After a long day, this was more appreciated than they will ever know! I highly recommend this business!

During covid, I bought tires at Mavis Discount Tires, and their tires were excellent and lasted long.The second time I needed tires, I bought them somewhere else, and the tires didn't last as long, so I came back to Mavis Discount Tires, and their customer service was outstanding, and I like how they remind you to come back for your entire rotation. Thank you all, Mavis Discount Tires employees, for your hard work and customer service.

They seemed stressed and couldn t look at my truck because it was too heavy to lift. My truck is a GMC 3500 with a utility body. Another Tire shop in the Valley ended up replacing my tire in less time then it took me to drive there.
