I would highly recommend NOT going here for tires, or any other service for that matter. I took my vehicle for tires and oil change last weekend. Within 20 minutes of having my vehicle, I received a call that I needed to come back because there was an issue. When I get there, they tell me that they cannot change my tires because bolts in the frame were not there and my tire could just fall off. Naturally, I panicked because I don't want to be driving an unsafe vehicle. I had it towed to a mechanic who inspected the entire vehicle and assured me not a single bolt was missing from my frame and kindly took it to another tire shop where tires were installed with no issue. Aside from lying about the frame, they didn't even attempt the oil change. So if you enjoy being lied to and having to spend extra money to address an imaginary issue, by all means, bring your vehicle here.

These are NOT mechanics and they lack ANY accountability if they screw up your car. Wal Mart will do NOTHING if the wanna bes behind the auto counter do a bad job, even on purpose. Wife went for a simple oil change and they not only put the filter on wrong but overfilled it to capacity and leaked everywhere, even in places I thought oil would never get to. Literally unbelievable. They weren't even busy, just careless as my wife was the only one there. Good thing I did not go with because it would have gone differently. Had to go to another place to get things done correctly. Not only a complete waste of time and money but blatantly disrespectful how they treat customers once money is exchanged. This isn't the first incident and I happen to know the kind of people they hire, mostly lazy drifters who are in and out of trouble and couldn't care less if you asked them. AVOID!!

I was very pleased with the attention I received. I ordered tires on line , they found them , and with a 1/2 hour I had them put on my car. Their service was excellent. That's the first I have been there, and I will definitely refer them, since I was referred by a friend of their service also. Thank You again

Good group of guys who work here, much better than the Pittsburgh Mills Location. My only complaint would be that they should have some kind of scheduling for oil changes or tire installs. I try and call ahead to get a idea of a wait time but no one ever answers the phone so its a gamble going to walmart for an oil change or tire installation. This is not a reflection on the workers just a company policy thats dumb.

If you can catch it at the right time, they're very quick. Sometimes they do get very busy, though. I've had them tell me up to a four hour wait. But the work is always completed quickly, efficiently and I've never had any issues with them.

Staff were friendly and loved their sense of humor. Fastest service I ever had with any of the Walmart auto centers. I will be back.

Great group of people back there, don't expect to get in as soon as you get there. First come first serve, so don't be in a hurry and expect something to get done. They may close at 8, but it takes time to get work done. They have lives too and no one wants to stay after work just to put on your new tires, or change your oil.

So they don't take appointments. Know that from the start. Got here at 7:45am--there were 6 ppl ahead of me and 7 behind and only ONE employee checking you in. Check in took 50 minutes...yes...almost an hour to just check in. No time frame for the job was given...only that it was going to "be a while". So at the end of it all 4 tire installation was almost a 5 hour wait. My advice would be if they took appointments they might be to cut down on customer wait time....but then why would they? Held captive for almost 5 hours in a large multi dept. store leaves one to do only one thing...SHOP & BUY.

While I was at work they made my fiance with a hurt neck and back, carry 4 tires out to her car while they stood at the counter doing nothing. I've met animals with more common courtesy than these people. Don't go here if your incapable of carrying heavy object because their employees are too lazy to help do so.Service: TiresService: Tires

Extremely slow service. Dropped truck off for basic oil and tire rotation at 8:45. I was first truck in line. Got governors and sat for an hour - did not have truck done until 10:30. This was for a basic service and I was first in line. There were five guys in service area standing around that could have helped to make process faster.

Always great service and friendly staff. Any time I've needed something done they've done a great job whether it's a sale or a warranty repair. The service has always been phenomenal to the extent of taking a last minute road hazard service call and staying late to get it repaired. Top notch!!

Had a battery changed and wanted to make sure my alternator was okay these guys had me in and out within 25 minutes my vehicle could not be shut off without being pushed or towed so they asked me to leave it running knowing that it was running they hurried to it to make sure they could get it in the garage and shut down not to waste all my gas with it being so expensive great experience I'll go to Walmart to get a battery every single time got a 3-year warranty 700 cold cranking units for my F-150 for $119 advance Auto wanted $200 for the same battery, or they had a 2-year warranty battery for $169.

Excellent service but just know if your vehicle is AWD they will not change just one tire. I had a flat and went there and after they had the donut off they hit me with that.

Said they could not take a lug nut off of my donut so they left it on and told me to just drive home. When I got home I took the "stuck" lug nut off in 1 minute with NO ISSUE. However all the other lug nuts were tightened so hard by the technician were so tight that it stripped all the studs. I'm lucky to have made it home. Thanks. Won't be coming to Walmart for tire service ever again.

Had 2 tires mounted, balanced, and placed on car. Only took 1/2 hour. Great service. Polite and helpful worker.

Was currently very busy and out of stock for a lot of vehicles but you could get tires over here and a battery for a bargain! Hopefully its less busy and is in more stock in later dates, compared to when we went.

Do NOT go here for tires, unless you want ripped off!! Tried making me buy 4 new tires when all I needed was to replace the one I "curbed" and tore the sidewall. My other three tires were within 1/32 of brand new which you would have known had you actually measures them Instead of trying to rip me off. Go to Highland Tire down the street instead. They MEASURED them and said I only needed 1!! I was even willing to buy 2 (to match the axels) but they refused. Said it was 4 or nothing. Then went inside to see if they had any mis-matches in stock they could put on because appearently that is ok......Just be warned if you deal with theese clowns that have no clue what they are doing and only see dollar signs walking in, you WILL be ripped off!! Even admitted that the tires that were on my car were far superior to the ones they were trying to sell me. Makes a ton of sence, take 3 tires off with only 1/32 of wear on them to replace them with inferior tires......things that make you go hmmmm. They tried telling me that Subaru tires have to all match exactly on depth and pattern. I went to a place that knows what they are doing and they told me (and showed me in the Subaru service manual) that they just need to be within 2/32 to no more than 3/32 of each other, which mine would have been well within specs. They just saw dollar signs and thought they could scare me into buying 4 when all I needed was 1 or two max. The pattern was so close on the tires you tried to sell me (all 4) that it was seriously hard to tell the difference but according to the "manager" it was well off and would harm my car. Even Subaru says nope, would have been just fine. Just the Axels need to match (which is the only reason I would have bought 2). I DARE you to find a car that all 4 tires are within 1/32 of each other......won't happen......Bottom line just go a few miles down the road to Highland Tire and they will hook you up and be honest with you and not try to just take your money!! My 1 replacement tire is working out great, took her out on 28 and she runs smooth as silk, just as Highland tire said it would!!

Expect to wait a long time. They do not have enough staff to do tires or oil. Stopped taking cars at 11am. Third time this week I have stopped 4 hour waiting time, to not taking any more cars. Suggests they take the Express part of the sign down.

Awful place. they don't listen to you and charge way more than other places. I needed my headlight bulb replaced. I can do it myself, I just couldn't get one bolt loosened. THAT'S ALL I needed them to do was loosen the damn bolt. But they wouldn't Listen, they just did it themselves and charged me 35 dollars without telling me what they were doing. Never again.

They were nice but not able to help. I needed a key made and was told their machine was broken when I asked when it would be fixed the guy said "when ever they decide to get a new one" they advertise key making though.

Oil change in under 30 minutes and $30 cheaper than the Oil Change chains.Awesome and friendly staff ! I highly recommend them

Got their even at opening they say 3 hour wait always a 3 hour wait when I go never will I use their auto center also they had no clue about Toyota extended mileage oil they were clueless

Very poor customer service. The supervisor took my car and information told me it would be done within the hour, I went did some shopping. When I got back I was told "Oh I was going to call you, we don't carry an oil filter here for your model of car." Shouldn't the staff know which cars the garage has filters for before they waste customer's time?

I was there when it opened because they don't make appointments I waited in the cold at the door for 5 mins it never opened I waited in my car another 10. Drove around walked through the store to find them back there helping another person I had to wait in line and was late to work...Thanks Walmart..

Tried to charge me $50 for insurance I didn t want and then lied that it was taken off my total when it was not in hopes that I wouldn t notice.
