Not friendly at all. If my car broke down I d rather push it than have these guys tow it.

My motorcycle died in Fox Chapel. I needed towed to Leechburg. 52 miles round trip for them. $375 for an hour and a half of their time. Keep that in mind if you're looking for towing in the area.

The 3 hr delay in getting a jump was caused by the Roadside contract holder, not the Towing Company. Ron was Fabulous and helped me tremendously.I recommend Him.

I had them install a parking area in my back yard. Excellent excavating service. They were very neat and clean. I am impressed how straight the lines are for the cut out of the parking area.

Horrible place. They were very rude and cussing at me and my father when I went in. My car was towed there and they charged me $55 a day for it being there. They charged me for a full day for 1 hour. it was there at 11pm when it was towed and charged me for a full day on the day I picked it up. So in total I paid $415 for my car when it was only there for 1 full day. These people are crooks.

I forget the drivers name, but he was very professional and courtes. The car hooked up to the flat bed with no problems. They got to me very fast after I called.I highly recommend Gillette towing if your xar has problems and needs towed.Very fair pricing as well.

I always know I can count on Gillette's to get me home safe when I'm having issues with my car, whether it be a flat tire, accidentally parking in the wrong spot, running over slag (!!!) and veering off the road. The Gillette's is family owned and local, and I know I can trust them to be professional and gentle on my car. Definitely recommend them when you need a tow!

Their employees cannot drive safely. I guess who cares right. Worst towing company ever. it took them over 2 hours in the middle of the night to go one mile to jumpstart my daughter's car. This is absolutely ridiculous only a fool would use Gillette towing
