I went for new wiper blades, Dan was amazing. He looked what blades I needed and came out to install them. It was snowing and very cold, but he was more then happy to do it. The wiper on the back gave him some issues and the arm broke off. Without hesitation, he said he would order me a new one. He even came to my house to install it. I can't thank him enough. Now that's what you call great customer service.

Will and Denise helped me with my battery change. They were both very friendly, very easy to work with and they did the job quickly and with a smile. The entire crew were friendly and helped me with my purchase and install. Kudos to them - they plugged a jump starter into my car so I didn't lose any programming when the battery was disconnected. This is my new favorite auto parts store!

A big thanks to Will today. He helped diagnose my check engine light and figured out it was a low key fob battery.. He changed the battery for me and quickly got me back on the road. Appreciate it.

With a half dozen parts stores in my area,these guys are the best. Always friendly and most importantly, know what they are doing!!!!

Came in with a fuse (which upon google search the fuse crossed with a car audio fuse) and the guy leaned in the counter and asked me what it was for and I said a microwave and he immediately laughed and told me to try a hardware store without even attempting to look. I left. If that is the kind of service I am going to get when there are no other customers in the store then I will take my business to the hardware store. I worked at an auto parts store for over 5 years in the past and it is your job to try your best to help the customer find what they need not just laugh and assume it is not available because you are too lazy to even look.

I love this location and all the guys who work there. They give you 100% of their time and attention and assist each customer with everything they need.

Walked in at 330 pm with no other customers in the store. Three employees at the counter, not one of them could find the time to greet me or ask if I needed help finding anything. I walked out and will never return

O'Reilly's is better than most of the other auto parts dealerships, they have more stock, or they get it faster same day. Pricing is competitive and the staff are all helpful. The rewards program is pretty good and overall about a 4.5 on a 5 scale.

My battery light came on and I knew it was the alternator so I called and headed right over. My truck ended up dying in the parking lot. I got my part and did it right there. Andy was so friendly and helpful. He jumped my truck when it started to pour so I could put up my windows, he double checked the alternator for me to make sure that s what it was and lent me some extra tools I didn t have. This will be my go-to place in the future. Thanks for all your help Andy!!

The place is new so it's obviously clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and quick to answer questions. Their loaner tools are also of high quality. I choose to go here any time I need to take care of my car.

Great service - so far the replacement parts have done well, in a number of various vehicles. If Troy is working ask for him (counter person) this guy knows his auto parts and repairs - he can advise you on anything from trailer replacement bearings to sway bar end links.

Much better store then autozone.. recent surgery and the gentleman put my bulbs in for me.. in 10� weather... great store

Topnotch service with great service. They even replace parts such as windshield wipers and batteries. Modestly priced willing to do returns with recipe.

Other then a few employees who when I went to them and got the wrong item and had to come back for the right one the prices are fair mostly friendly service troy has always provided me with the most exalent service it is my go to place for parts

I enjoy going here for parts . I like dealing with Joe and Karen during the daylight hours and Troy at nightime is the only one I like to deal with great prizes .
