Our trip to the Highland Integrity Alignment store in Natrona Heights, PA, was quite unplanned today. But having seen an unexpected issue with our tire, we called and they got us in and started working on our car even earlier than scheduled. They gave us a great price for new tires, alignment and fixing a bad tire sensor. Joe and Frank, I believe, were the guys at the counter and they were very helpful. Prior to this, we went to Highland Tire across the street (all family owned). We spoke with Shawn who helped us tremendously. He was awesome! It is so refreshing to have great customer service and they were top notch! I will be refer my family and friends to them. Thank you!!

Had some GoodYear tires put on here a few years ago. Service and price were great, but unfortunately after about 17,000 miles they were down to about 2-3/32 on all 4 wheels despite being new put on. Since Highland Tire didn't (and apparently doesn't) put the vehicle mileage on the paperwork GoodYear wouldn't honor their warranty and I was left purchasing Michelins somewhere else.

They pulled this 7 or 8 inch steel rod outta my tire and slicked me up so that I could get home. I really appreciated the whole experience. I ordered 4 new tires...it's all good.

The manager Shawn is the best of the best ? To name a few of his assistants, Alan and Bubba are top notch too! These guys go the extra mile in every aspect of the customer experience. I drive 30 minutes to have them do my work. And I have a big name a half mile from my house ! These guys are truly the best and I recommend them every chance I get ! Do yourself a favor and and don't bother going anywhere else!

Great place, they'll take care of you here! Got a screw in my back tire and I stopped in to see if they could help. They fixed it right away in no time! Highly recommend Highland Tire!

This company does not care about the safety of you or your family. My mom just had her car there to get all four tires on. They neglected tightening the lugnuts on all wheels, not just the one that FLEW OFF WHILE DRIVING. Serious safety issues that could result in you (or a loved one or an innocent bystander) being maimed or killed. A firefighter helped us reattach our Gone with the Wind tire. After that was on, he politely checked all 3 of the other wheels - all of them were loose. Not a SINGLE ONE was tightened down to specifications.Their prices may be good, but if you value your life, shop anywhere else.

Moved to the area 11 years ago and we have continuously used highland tire for tires, alignment, oil changes, etc. quick and knowledgeable service!

Absolutely wonderful service and wonderful people. Went in to get one tire replaced and they had it done in about 20mins, even as a late in the day request. They'll even give your lady a flower if you bring her with you will definitely bring my car back when I need tires

We're from out of town and had a hole on the side of our tire in our rental car. We went there on suggestion from family, they saw us right away. Eventually we figured out we were going to put donut on and exchange rental cars. They put it on without a charge and quickly. I have never had such great service. I appreciate you helping us out of a jam.

I called to ask for the price of replacing a tire that had a slow leak. Instead of making that sale, they said let us check it out first. For $25 they found a nail and repaired it in under an hour! Everyone was kind and helpful. I ll definitely go back

Been here before, usually decent service. When in today to get a hole patched on a tire. They said there would be a 2 hour wait. That s ridiculous

Pulled into Highland Tire this morning, having never been here before. Was treated extremely well and received incredibly fast service to get me back on the road to work. Fair prices and great work/people. Highly recommend.

Josh was so helpful and polite. They even offered me a free soda when the vending machine was out of my selection. Great service on my truck and reasonable price. I didn't have to wait very long either.

Always have great customer service and a flower for ladies that come in and get their cars worked on that always makes me smile. They patient with you when you don t understand something, and explains happily until you get it. They also don t pressure you into anything and will call you if they find something unexpected that needs dealt with. Usually can schedule you within a day and will tell you when they need a heads up to order something in.I think they are fair prices, but I m not the most knowledgeable on that compared to other places. There s a waiting area with seating, coffee, magazines and coloring books. Because of their location, there are places to walk around to go eat or shopping to burn some time. Aside for things I need to go to dealership for, this is my number one place I take my vehicles for the few years. Definitely give them a shot

Amazing service. They have always helped my daughter everytime she goes in. They have never tried to take advantage of her or offer her things she doesn't need. They just go above and beyond and as a mom who is hundreds of miles away, I am so grateful for such an honest business and honest employees.

Had to be towed here from Rt 28 with a flat. They had my tire fixed back on the road in less than 30 min. They were all very nice !

Great place! They are always so friendly and helpful. Whether you are looking for tires, oil change or other service. Honest people offering wonderful customer service. They do business like people used to do business. Trustworthy!

They were very friendly and pleasant since I called them. Once I got there, I told them that it was my very first time doing an oil change, and they made me feel very comfortable about it.They took me to their nice waiting room with water, coffee, TV and Wifi.Thank you for everything!

I've been using the services at Highland Tires since moving back home from So. CA. Replaced all tires on my mom's car recently & my fiance, Paul Rutkowski replaced all 4 of his tires on his Armada a couple weeks ago, as well. They even filled all tires with nitrogen & included a free balance. Can't BEAT the fair prices, best service & professionalism around. Service with a SMILE...A huge THANK YOU, to Shawn for all you did to accomodate us...GOD BLESS HIGHLAND TIRE & their employees!!!
