The lady was so rude and not one guy stood up and said I ll change the bulb for you. But you will change wiper blades. I ve never had any issues with getting my light bulb changed at advanced but the natrona heights lost a sale and I won t be back.. why sale me one if I can t put it in? Rude

Always had a nice experience here, never had any issues with them and thier customer service is great! They are always willing to help you find something and put that something on your car! Always nice to come over there if we need something urgently or something for a nice car ride in the future. (Somethings are expensive but worth it!)

I visited this location to get a new windshield wiper for the passenger side of my vehicle. I was greated by Jordan. He got me what I needed and efficiently installed BOTH of them for me with a positive attitude! Great job Jordan! Thanks again!

Alfred was polite, greeted us as we walked in, and immediately took care of our issue. Hands down my best experience in an auto parts store ever. One of the better store experiences ever. My easiest rating and review yet. Was having a terrible day, in five minutes everything was back on track. Thanks much!Darn. Autocorrect changed the name. Apologies!

Visited the website looking for UV dye. Called the store before visiting to make sure the item was in stock. The sales representative had it at the counter for me when I arrived.

Salesman helped me find a substitute part I could use for a quick fix., to get me by another month until I could go to you pull it and get the correct part !! HE ALSO showed me how to put it on. told me what fluids I needed to cure my leaking steering pump and it worked immediately saving me a trip to the mechanic

The employee was very helpful and nice he checked our battery and discovered that it was old and ready to be replaced so he installed a new battery for us good experience.

Went in for a 10 dollar air filter, staff tried to convince me I needed an activated charcoal filter for 80 bucks. They are not above trying to take advantage of someone who wouldn't know better.

They were unable to put my bulbs in correctly and was told something else was wrong. Turns out, one bulb was not put back in which in turn made the whole light out. Once bulbs all replaced, light is on.
