My husband and I were able to find a fantastic used F-150 with very low mileage, and in almost perfect condition at a price where others were offering older, more expensive options. Justin and the rest of the crew were dedicated, attentive and willing to do whatever possible to make the experience quick and painless.I anticipate having a long, rewarding relationship with this dealership. Definitely recommend!

Second time getting a brand new car off of them with the car on empty. This time the car wasn t even wiped down on the interior. It s a brand new car. How s the panels filthy. The process was smooth but delivery is important.

Experience was great. Salesman Mark was awesome! Really enjoying my new truck. This is my 2nd car from the Cochran family of dealerships, I can t see myself going anywhere else.If I was going to critique anything the car could have been cleaned a little more before I took it. There was dust on the dash and mint/candy wrappers in the cup holder.

I highly recommend Hunter and Jim. They took the time to make sure my husband and I are comfortable and confident in our purchase. They are very professional and never once made us rushed true the entire process. I felt so bad they stayed way past closing hours just to make sure we are 100% satisfied with the purchase we made. I was able to get my car in quickly for service for steering issues. Cameron not only kept in contact with us during the repair, he was able to get the parts in and completed the work two days prior to the estimated timeframe. The work he did was also completed within the amount quoted. My car is now running smoothly. I d highly recommend the service department at the Cochran Ford Allegheny Valley dealership.

Great service on an insurance claim (deer), only reason it's not five stars is that they took about three weeks to get us in, and repairs took about a week.To their credit, they could have made us wait four months, but put us down as a priority listing the repair as "undrivable" because the headlight was out - getting us to the front of the line.

Will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again OR take my vehicle back for service here.Purchased a certified used vehicle with 20k miles on it 12/26/23. Before it was sold to us, it had work done to pass inspection. New brakes front and back, and resurfaced rotors instead of new ones front and back.25 days later, there's terrible grinding, breaks seized up, wheels locked up, and the vehicle is not driveable. It had to be towed back to the dealership. When it's being put on the flatbed, the tow truck driver showed us the damage. The caliber on the vehicle came off, was grinding on the rim, and the bolts that were supposed to hold it on were missing.The service department's idea of a "repair" was to just replace the missing bolts, put everything back together, and make sure everything was tightened properly on the rest of the tires.They flat out REFUSED to replace the damaged calibers on the vehicle and even refused to replace our damaged rim. And keep in mind the vehicle was still under the dealership 6 month/6k mile warranty!The service manager claimed they were not responsible for "cosmetic damage" that was caused to the caliber or rim and that the deep gouges on the parts as a result of the incident won't affect the balance of the vehicle or the way it performs. So they basically put damaged parts back together on the vehicle and said that was our only option from them OR we could take it somewhere else and pay out of pocket.In addition, we weren't even offered a loaner vehicle during this time (even though we requested it twice) and instead had to take time off work. It's clear this service department will do anything to cut corners and will do the bare minimum to get customers out of their hair. I will never bring the vehicle back here for services or inspection because I can't trust these mechanics to do their job right the first time.

Sales department is excellent shame service can t be the same. We ve been having issues with our Chrysler Hybrid van. Not the dealers fault. What is their fault is their service advisor Chris.Completely utterly incompetent. Forget the issues with the van, he can t even get a phone number right. Every time my wife has dropped her van off she has given her phone number and for them to call her because I can t answer while I m at work. My wife would ask questions so he always calls my phone, ignoring instructions, because he knows he ll get my voicemail.Van has been in several time for the same issue, mechanics don t want to work on warranty work because it doesn t pay as much. They run a diagnostic code check, drive it for a mile say they can t find anything and send it on their way. Meanwhile this van has shut down in traffic several times almost causing accident and injury.We have bought Fords from Cochran and never had an issue with their service department.Update: I am currently working with Charlie the service manager to resolve my issue after I put the this review up. After a day where the van shut down every 17 miles on a 153 mile trip. Charlie was able to give us a rental the day we showed up with the van that day at their shop. That is a feather in his cap.We still believe Chrysler should take ownership and Lemon Law this thing, that is not Cochran s fault. However we now need a transmission in a 2 year old van. Which I have no confidence is going to fix the issue I believe it is with the hybrid drive a fix that they would probably cost wise would have to buy back the vehicle.

Replaced both my mirror and replaced my hood with a new one due to warranty paint issues without hesitation. Also washed and vacuumed my vehicle out. Never batted an eye at answering any questions I had.Thanks Bob!!!!

My purchase experience of my new F-150 Lightning was fantastic at Cochran Ford. Everything was finalized online before I stepped foot into the dealership. I pretty much just had to sign some paperwork and go over the features and settings of the truck / app.

I Had my 2015 subaru in an accident. I have nothing to say except the service was the Best! Customer service was Great! Gracey was the best working on my claims. She made the Insurance process alot less frustrating. Thank You to all the Body Shop and the Staff... Great job!

Always had great service here, I have bought two cars here and return here for maintenance too. They always check for recall information and have my information on file to make sure if I need anything done that it gets done. They remodeled not too long ago and the only compliant is that parking is slightly confusing, but at the end of the day, just find a space and they will gladly help you out with whatever you need.Edit: Added a picture of the service hours. Google had their Sales hours listed, most people don't care about that, they want to know the service windows.

my experience with cochran was incredible. i received updates multiple times a week on the progress of my vehicle, the staff was so kind and helpful, and never made me feel like an inconvenience for calling with questions. my car looks amazing and i couldn't be happier with choosing cochran for my service!

Very simple transaction, salesman took my offer made it happen. sent in the insurance and driver's license information in advance, spent less than a half hour at the dealership to pick up my new truck.

I had an alignment and 4 tires put on my Taurus. It took almost 3 hours. Worse than that was the fact my wheels had grease all over them. I had to scrub my wheels. I was there a week prior for an inspection. There was a big greasy hand print on my hood and my windshield was smeared from replacing the stickers.

I m not sure who s worse Cochran or Shults? Both are pretty bad in the Pittsburgh area. I was here for something that was supposed to be covered under warranty. The issue in question was covered, but they thought it was appropriate to charge a diagnostic fee that wasn t covered under warranty. I have never seen this ever, but I guess it s to get the most $$$ off the consumer.

Took the Jeep in for state inspection at 87k miles. We knew it was going to need things so we were expecting a large list. The technician working on the vehicle sent us a video showing us exactly what was needed and suggestions for maintenance. Explaining as he went around the vehicle was very helpful. We then got a text from the advisor with pricing and the time it would take to do the repairs. We picked what we wanted done and the work was preformed in a timely manner. I have 3 Jeeps and will continue to bring them all back for repairs and maintenance. Best dealership in the area.
