This place is great! This was my first time buying tires for a piece of equipment which is a newly purchased used skid steer that needed tires. I explained the conditions I would be using the machine in and how much I wanted to spend. I really was treated like a valued customer. The gentleman helping me showed me different brands of tires explaining service life and rim guard, he also took the time to show me them mounted on rims which was a big help in making my decision. I got a really nice set of tires at a great price and had a very positive experience. I also purchased a set of medium duty pallet forks for a very good price compared to what I've been seeing online new or used. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Poor communication and customer service. I ordered a skidsteer wheel on 3-1-2021 at 9am. I gave the salesman all of the measurements and OEM markings on the damaged wheel, so that they were able to send the correct size/offset replacement. On Thursday 3-4-2021 at 11am I called to inquire where my shipment was since I only live about 2 hours away. The salesman, who was working from home, advised me to call a different number and talk to another person. I ended up speaking with that person and my order was sitting on his desk because he had a question about the size I needed. Really? i gave the salesman everything from the wheel, but I again repeated the dimensions and he said, OK, I have one and will get it out. Fine, 3 days late and if I hadn t called, it wouldn t have been shipped. On Saturday, the wheel arrives mid-afternoon. WRONG SIZE! After all that, they shipped the wrong wheel. Now, I understand that things happen, so I wait until Monday morning to call and explain the wrong item in the box. I call the original salesman and he apologizes. We again confirm sizing and that they have the correct wheel in stock and will ship it out. I wait until Thursday 3-11-2021 and still no wheel! I again call the salesman who tells me he has no idea why I don t have the wheel yet but can t provide me with a tracking number either. Again he tells me to call the other phone number which it turns out is the owner of the company. I leave a voicemail explaining the situation and if they cannot accomplish this one small task, please send a call tag for the wrong wheel and I will buy one elsewhere. My skidsteer has been down now for 2 weeks when it should have been 2 days. Miraculously I get an email late on 3-12-2021 stating my wheel has shipped! Hopefully it will arrive today, be the correct size and have a return shipping label in the box for the other wheel. We shall see. I m not impressed or happy with their service, lack of communication and the need for me to contact them to ship my items. I will look elsewhere in the future for parts for our equipment. So much for buying local................

Wow! These guys are top notch! Great prices and very fast service! I called at the end of the day and they had my loader tires shipped out the following morning. Received them fast!
