Customer service is pretty much Non existence..... I have called and left multiple voice messages and they still haven't called me back. I purchased the long control arms for my truck and they came with no instructions or pictures or a video, nothing..........

Stopped by Friday to pick up parts for my 1967 impala. Shop was busy with orders but had my order assembled and ready for pick up in 1 hour. Good service. Just need to get the parts installed.

I can't rate this place because I was not there. I don't even know what it is. I must have driven by now all of a sudden I was there. Come on Google maps get with it.

Amazing company they made me my control arms 1 of 1 it did take awhile to arrive but I understand it takes time to custom make stuff like this. Super strong build quality and perfect size. Couldn t be happier

Bought a chromoly k member for my 88 firebird LS swap. The engine does not sit level. Chassis builder needs to add 1/2 shim on passenger side for it to sit correctly. I tried calling twice regarding this issue. Spohn tells me there is nothing they can do. In the mean time chassis builder has 4 hours invested into getting the engine to sit correctly. These k members are $300 more than bmr or umi. Now I am spending even more money to get my engine to sit. Spohn says I can return the k member, however it will not be for full price and I will need to pay a restocking fee. I expected a lot more from them. Wont be buying from them again.
