The people that work there are top notch. If you have a question they are professionally prepared to answer. But I have a question and not to criticize but if I buy a part that I found that that part was not the problem but something else (part not defective but not solution of what I thought) why is thier a restocking fee? Particularly a voltage regulator for an Exmark Lazer Z. The regulator is already 100$ with tax.

I just bought a Kioti tractor and accessories. Mel went out of his way to find the answers to some of the questions we had about this big purchase. He was very professional, knowledgeable & great to work with. It is a great experience, and everything went very smooth. I would highly recommend !!

Had chainsaw in for tune up and replace whatever needed replaced. They replaced air filter, fuel filter, spark plug and the bill was $106. The saw is leaking gas and bar oil. Both seals on the caps are bad. Why not replace them. And $106 for what. They sure don't mind taking people's money. The way they run there busines. It's robbery. I can't believe they're not more bad reviews. There supposed to be a repair shop. I guess people don't know they're being ripped off. Picture to left is bar oil leaking down seam. The second one is gas near cap and droplet on bottom. It's also wet you can't see in photo.

I had bought two 20" saw chains for my 026 saw last August. I only realized last week when I went to use them that I bought the wrong length chains. I have a 18" bar not a 20". I am very grateful Eblings exchanged the saw chains after so longwithout any complications. Thank you Eblings!

my zero turn gravely had developed several issues, one of which was intermittent their patience in dealing with it was commendablewhen found it was promptly fixed and has cut 1 1/2 acres like it did when it was brand new. The staff was very friendly, andknowledgeable, I would recommend them highly to any one that needs their mower serviced, 5 star's for sure.

A place for all your needs when it comes to power equipment. For chainsaws, lawnmowers, trimming devices and tillers. They carry all parts and accessories you'll need for whatever your necessity is. Ebling's has been my favorite equipment and services center for years now. The people who operate this store are the best in their fields knowing everything about what you may need specifically. And if there's something they don't have on hand, they will order it in special for you within a few days to a week. I've worked directly with several associates on trade-ins upgrading to a better piece or larger piece of equipment with extremely fair prices. Whenever you need power equipment for your lawn or garden stop in at Ebling's even if you may have to travel a little farther, it's certainly worth while. They also provide pickup and delivery services for equipment that requires upkeep, from snowblowers to lawnmowers. Their inhouse service technician's are the finest in the industry and very honest. The staff is the very finest people I've had the opportunity to work with for more than 20 years now. One last note, the industry pricing is my main priority that I purchase equipment from them because I know for a fact I'm getting the best quality for my dollars. Ebling's is always worth the extra $20, $30 or $40 dollars more hands down and they actually have wonderful guarantees with their products so if you're are interested in cheap then go to Home Depot or Lowe's and certainly expect what you'll get for cheap!

I needed a replacement belt for my ride on. Easy contact. Left a message. Quick response. Immediate call back. Stopped in with a photo displaying a model number and Eugene found one in stock. Whole transaction took no more then 10 minutes. Awesome! Thank you

I ve been a customer for quite a few years. Whenever I have the need for my riding mower to be picked up I can always count on and trust Earl to pick it up and lock up my garage when he leaves. He is always pleasant and will always go the extra mile. I personally have recommended Eblings to friends and relatives because of there excellent service.

Very impressed and service is fantastic. Had an issue with our mower and hoping to save some time we put it on our trailer and took it to them. Hoping to have it back in a week we were extremely shocked when Robin and Wayne took a look and said pretty easy fix. Since i am unable to get in the position to work on it I told them to have at it. Surprised they took it in and fixed it right away. Thank goodness for a slow day. This place is incredible with their attitude,service and understanding. 1 hour, 44 dollars we are home and the wife is happy.THANK YOU GUYS ALL SO MUCH Will not go anywhere else..

If you ever need small engine service, this is the place to go, I have never been disappointed, friendly service, always on time, while it may seem a little pricey at times compared to the little guy remember this,they stand behind every thing that they do, if it's still not right take it back and it gets fixed, trust me, you won't go anywhere else, they are that good!

These folks are very helpful and courteous. Also, they are very knowledgeable in what they're doing! One incident they help me out with my Stihl chainsaw. Another Stihl dealer gave me the wrong blade for the bar and it ruined my bar. But one of the knowledgeable guys at the parts counter picked up on it.They are my go-to for parts for lawn mowers and service.
