Loved working with the salesman Junior Brubaker. He was kind, efficient, honest. He listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle and didn't waste any of my time. If the car would've been a lighter color, I would've bought it. Great trade in offered to me.

I purchased a vehicle on July 3rd from them. Within a week the check engine light was on, due to a failing catalytic converter. They went above and beyond getting the car to a GM dealership to have it replaced for me. And loaned me a vehicle while mine was being serviced.

Bought my car from here and I had a no hassle trade/sale. Junior treated me like I mattered, not just like a sale. They answered all of my questions and walked me through the car buying purchase with patience and kindness (trust me I can be difficult sometimes). Communicated with me through the whole financing part too from filing to approval. Class A service!! Would buy from again

The staff were attentive. The older gentleman who greeted us was especially helpful and considerate to let us look at & test drive the cars at our own pace. He was informative and forthcoming with details on each vehicle & answered all our questions. Even those questions of which he was uncertain of, he immediately offered to get an answer for us before we got back from our test drive. Before we left we asked for their best offer on each. They wrote the information on their business letter-head paper, attached their business card and said to call if we make a decision.NO pressure, NO pitching, NO problems!!!

Typically a good selection of cars and other vehicles. They are also willing to work out a deal not only on the car you wish to trade in, but also on the car you are looking to purchase. They are family owned/operated and very nice to deal with. They won't hound you or follow you all over the lot like some other car dealers.

Purchased a nice lightly used car here. Three times it shredded the serpentine belt within the first 200 miles since I live 100 miles away, I took it to a Chevy dealer who found that Brubakers had installed the wrong alternator. Thankfully Brubaker's covered the dealer's service bill for the correct alternator but they did not pay to replace the actual belt.

I do most all my notary stuff there and bought a few cars there too. Never a bad experience along with great prices on cars and the lowest notary prices by far. Even though they are not online, I have never waited over 2 weeks for a title.

Brubaker's is more knowledgeable about plug-in cars than the OEM dealerships I have been to, and actually keeps some charge in their PHEVs so you can get a reasonable test drive. Negotiation is straightforward and honest.
