Up until today had nothing but good business from this store and their employees until tonight with one of their older employees that has been there for a while and well before his work ethic this evening I would let him think he knows what he s doing but after tonight, no not the case! Unfortunately you re in a position of direct customer relation and that means no margin for error - no matter how stupid people are - when it comes to being in a bad mood control it ! It s your job! If I was your manager you d be at home for a few days without pay thinking about it and if you re not careful standing in the unemployment line next..

Extremely knowledgeable, helpful guys here as long as u don t get the wrong person. Most of their guys are awesome but one time a woman helped me that I think would have tried to sell me blinker fluid if I asked for it

Now since moving to Lebanon county this advance Auto parts is my new place for auto parts.Upon entering the parts store I took a look the parking lot was in great shape clean no trash trash cans were empty and not overflowing, there was one sociate helping a customer Andrew the hood of their vehicle which I found to be outstanding customer service.I asked for a product I was directed right to what I was looking for I wasn't bothered while I searched and read labels.Overall appearance of the store was great clean shiny floor fully stocked isles and what appeared to me to be knowledgeable respectful associates.The atmosphere was a Cool Calm and relaxing atmosphere that I could definitely shop under.Thank you advance Auto parts myerstown route 422.I give you 5 starsDanny

Their inventory is somewhat lean but still have a good selection of oil and filters, staff is generally knowledgeable if you can catch them between phone calls.

I have always had great experiences at Advance Auto in Myerstown. Just today I was in for a key fob battery. The guys and super nice and they know everything! I will always go there for any car related issues. Thanks guys!

One of the most polite staff I have dealt with at a parts store. I started going here for all my stuff even though it is further away than the other auto parts stores in the area.

He could have done better! If there is a next time, I'll have it delivered. Prices varied a lot, compared to the website!! A heavy item was purchased, no one offered assistance. Even if they did, I may have said no thank you! Smh. If you were rushing me because you had 2 men waiting? They can wait, just like I did! Tell your boss to have at least 1 automatic door opener!

I only shop here when in a pinch. Their auto parts are very low quality, and their prices are high.Shop around online if you can wait a few days for delivery. You will find the same parts sometimes up to 50% cheaper.

Super friendly staff, they keep it entertaining. Also willing to help and go the extra mile. Super clean and a great location on 422. Don't turn too early though or you'll end up in the wrong parking lot and have to double back pretty decently !

I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts - Myerstown. Everytime my husband and I go in there, we get excellent customer service, so many friendly smiling faces and always everything at a reasonable price! Not sure what the review about everyone being rude & not giving your money back is about.. we ve had nothing but good experiences here. I have bought so many parts from here, Wayne, Ryan (Oscar), Beau, Ron, Johl, Brian and every other person that works in this store is always willing to help you, and doesn t stop until you get the part or solution that you need for your vehicle. The staff also has knowledge about cars & helps you out in the long run.. Would definitely recommend going here for all your Auto Parts needs .

I had to get a replacement battery for my sisters car. I took the old one in and Ben was kind enough to grab the replacement for me. Then when I finished the transaction Oscar offered to load it in my car for me. Truly appreciated the above and beyond service at the myerstown location.

One of the best advanced auto parts to go. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable.. well almost all of them lol. But on a serious note. Come to this advanced auto. You will be taken care of and they will remember who you are. If i could Give more stars i would, but it only allows 5. Manager is very knowledgeable on cars will not sell you a part you dont need. As i said i highly recommend this place to get your parts.

I literally pass 3 other Advance Auto Parts stores and 2 Auto Zones to visit the Myerstown store. Customer service is top notch! This is my parts store moving forward.

Went to get a new headlight was given the wrong one, took it back and now I have nobody with me, so I ask if he could go make sure he gives me the correct one and was rudely told ( I did enough of those in my lifetime). Got my money back, went to auto zone beside Aldi's in Lebanon, didn't even have to ask for them to make sure , the Very nice young gentle man did it on his own free will, .will never go back to this store , I will drive the few extra miles where it is worth the trip

This location has great cusomer sevice.The gentleman who runs it takes extra time for questions a novice like me may have.the last time I was there to by wipers he quickly installed them on my car, not that I couldn't do it, but there were no other customers that needed anything so he just did it for me.need more stores with this kind of outgoing customer service

Not only was I surprised they were open until 6pm on Easter Sunday, the Manager went out of his way to help me find the parts while also saving me quite a bit of money. 1 part was hard for me to find locally but he made sure I would have it the next day! Coming from a retail background myself, I can only say this man went above and beyond on a holiday just before closing to make sure I got what I needed at such a bargain. Thank you sir!!!

just like any other Advance Auto. the nice thing is this is a commercial store, and they mix paint. go see Big Mike. he'll fix you up. they have a lot of paint correction supplies too. buffing pads, compounds, that kind of stuff. nice to have a place like that close to home.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Large selection of products. Good prices. Even if you know next to nothing about vehicle repair and maintenance they can help you by looking up products and making your purchasing needs.

Excellent service, and they treat unmasked customers without making them feal like criminals! A great place to shop if you can't wear a mask for health, or any other reasons!

Bought a battery in Feb. of this year for $170+. Have had problems off and on and have charged it twice. Took the car to Nissan for an oil change and asked them to check what was draining the battery. The results were that the problem was not with the car but the battery. Took the battery back to Advanced Auto with the test results to get a replacement and was met with less than helpful response. After my blood pressure had spiked I took the defective battery and left. Bought another one at Auto Zone and car is running well.

The guy who scanned my car was very nice. He didnt make it seem like a chore like some of the other places have. Very happy with my visit!

Not many Advanced Auto parts employees have much sense or knowledge.. but this one awesome service nice people helped me for 4 hours no complaining or change of attitude..good people

A 5 quart jug of Mobil 1 0w-40 oil is always priced about $10.00 more at Advance compared to Walmart. Not even close when you buy in bulk. All oil is more expensive at Advance or AutoZone. Today it was $33.99 at Advance and $24.79 at Walmart. Every Advance has always priced matched Walmart. I've gone to the Myerstown one countless times without issue with them equaling the price except today when the one gentleman said, "nope, we don't price match on oil."*misunderstanding and they will price match here
