I was very pleased with the oil change and counter service I received. I had made an appointment and was taken in promptly at that time. The staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. The price I had seen online was reasonable and honored with a coupon also having been applied. I sat in their comfortable waiting area where coffee was available. It was a great overall experience and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this Pep Boy's.

I received exceptional service from this location. My vehicles issues were handled promptly and I received nothing but the best customer care. I would give this store 10/10 and plan on recommending to all of my family and friends. The whole staff was amazing but Jessica Moore (I believe is who I spoke to) was extremely professional and courteous! Will definitely be coming back!

Came in to get my new Tesla inspected. I made an appointment online and went in expecting to have it done. I went in and he said it'll be a 3 hour wait and to never schedule online ALWAYS call in. I don't understand if you have an online system that isn't consistent with what you have then why do you have an online system? I ended up scheduling another day. It was quick and the guy was nice. If your online system doesn't work Fix It!

Lovely staff. I enjoy going here because I can drop my car off and pick it up later. The mobile pay is awesome because of my busy schedule. These guys always fix my stuff right, and even though it takes a bit longer it works super well for me.Thanks Jessica and team!

I have had a great experience thus far at this Pep Boys location. Dan, the store manager has been great to work with. He truly has the customers best interest in mind. I feel as though he s been very fair, and willing to share his knowledge and expertise. I will certainly continue to bring my vehicle here as opposed to other shops

I am from out of town, but I often pass through the area, and I found myself with some serious car troubles. Here they were solved easily and quickly, with excellent service by Brandon and Kevin! I'd also like to highlight Jessica who was extremely friendly and understanding! Problems solved quickly and efficiently with no stress! Thank you all! Highly recommended!

Hate to give you guys a 3, but I noticed today that the courtesy tire rotation was not completed. A tire rotation is vitally important. I was able to see this because I can see the PSI on my steering wheel controls and noted what they were when I came in. My tire with a patch at a 32 psi still remains in the same spot. Because I can not ride this for another 5,000 miles until my next oil change, now I'll need to schedule a tire rotation, but, not here. Because of this, I also can not trust buying new tires from you in the future.

I started taking our cars to this Pep Boys location even though it's a bit further out for us. The staff is friendly, appointments are available quickly, and I feel like I'm getting a fair deal. They usually check to see if there are any coupons that can be applied to parts, which always helps. The last time I brought a car to this location Tony helped us, and was really friendly to both me and my son, who I took with me to the shop that day.

Not a trustworthy company. I would give them zero stars, but then I wouldn't be able to post my review. Long story short...I have shown up to two different appointments now. They didn't have a record of either. Then, they gave me an estimate for over $1,900 to finish my state inspection. I declined the work and decidedly to do it myself. Next, the manager came back and said, you don't "need" new rotors...we just suggest them to avoid noisy braking. As I was leaving to store I asked for a copy of the estimate. The manager told me there was no point in printing it again since I wss doing the work myself.

A man named Brandon helped me out so much!!! The first time I came he gave me amazing advise on where to find my tire and the where the best priced tire would be. I came back about a week later and I was able to get my tire put on for a great price and amazing service!! Thank you so much Brandon you need a raise!!

Two weeks ago, I called this Pep Boys on my way home from work because I suspected I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Brandon was so kind and reassuring on the phone and told me to drop in and he d take a look. Sure enough, he found a screw in my tire and told me to go inside, warm up and he d take care of it. He was finished within about 15-20 minutes, and was so incredibly kind about the whole thing. What could ve been a stressful and intimidating experience was made so easy and pleasant. I can t thank Brandon enough for his kindness and hospitality!

I had a great experience with the Pep Boys in Murrysville! Walking in needing help with my headlights, all of the staff were friendly and considerate. They got my problem fixed quickly and I was back on the road in no time. I would definitely come back to this location. Great Staff!!

I am so pleased with my first experience at Pep Boys In Murrysville! The manager (I think!), Was kind, considerate, And attentive to my need. I had a nail stuck in my tire I needed to get to another appointment. My car was completed in 40 minutes! This Pep Boys will definitely get my business when I need new tires. Thank you!

I have worked in the Greater Pittsburgh area for years. I came into Pep Boys to get my car looked at and I have not seen anyone who is more dedicated to their job as Brandon is. Even though he is the assistant manager, he needs to be made a manager. He is polite and professional. He would be the reason why I would continue to come to Pep Boys.

Had to get new tires due to a flat that could not be repaired. Called Pep boys first thing in the morning on a Saturday and they had tires in stock and fit me in. I dropped the car off and within 2 hours I had a call that my car was ready. They had a great deal on tires too. This was my first visit, and I am sure if won't be my last for tires.

I got my tires done a month ago and everything went well and everybody was super friendly. However, recently my husband popped his tire on rt 30 so we took his car here to get new ones. Even though my husband never actually booked his appointment they still took us and used tires they had on hand. After we got his new tires we noticed a knocking sound in his car and his vehicle shook very bad. We went back and were suggested an alignment to fix the issue. After going back and paying for an alignment (we got 25% off) his car still shakes. After following him I noticed the knocking sound was his tire bouncing up amd slamming into the floorboard. His tire on the front driver side looked like it was gonna fall off under his car. I've made an appointment at toyota to fix the issue. Very disappointing that pepboys never caught the issue.

Not sure what happened. Used to be great and I've recommended Pep Boys previously but not anymore. Made an appointment for 11a. Found out I wouldn't be getting my car in for "a few hours." Kind of defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. Attitude of desk help was less than pleasant. Looks like I'll be finding a new place to take my vehicle. What a bummer.

Several weeks ago our daughter's tire gauge light came on during her hour-plus commute back to Pittsburgh at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon. I saw Pep Boys in Murrysville was close to where she was and had her call them. Brandon told her to just stop in and he'd look at it for her. He looked at it right away and found a screw in the tire, which he promptly removed and plugged the tire. Thank you Brandon and Pep Boys for ensuring our daughter's safe trip home. What an example of caring customer service!!

The technical and front office staff at the Murysville Pep Boys auto garage could not offer a better experience. They are always from my experiences with that facilitys staff accomodating, friendly, professional, competinent, on time, all with fair pricing without the need to push services on you that are marginally required.

I stopped into Pep Boys Murrysville to have a front headlight replaced on my 2012 Hyundai Accent and they were just the best. Brandon the manager could not do enough to make my experience wonderful in every way and they did a great job with my car. Do not hesitate getting your car serviced at Murrysville Pep Boys.

Driving from Maine to Ohio, drove over a screw late Friday night and got a flat tire. First thing Saturday morning, called over 15 places that could not help until Monday. Danielle took my number and said she would try to help. She called back and said they could help us today. She said the car would probably be done before 1pm, it was done in little over an hour. Danielle Ferry and Keith Simmons (I got their cards) were so helpful, kind and compassionate. Our nerves were shot, we were getting desperate and they were just so helpful! We are Pep Boys fans for life! Thank you! Now we can go see our son at OSU! Thank you! We LOVE Pep Boys!
