Had a great experience. Our salesman Jake was great. He pulled each vehicle we were interested in right up to the front of the building. We went over each vehicle and test drove them and he answered any questions we had. Ricky the sales manager made us a great offer on our trade (2015 GMC Terrain) in order to try to make a deal. A week later we came in to make a deal, I was ready to buy if the deal was right. They were willing to work with me and my budget and helped make a deal! Had a great experience from start to finish, I would highly recommend stopping in for your next vehicle purchase new or used!

Was shopping around at different Dealers and Jim Shorkey Murrysville Chevrolet was by far one of the best experiences. The staff were all Great! Jake was very professional , answered all my questions and was easy to deal with. Jacob and Cory were also very friendly and knowledgeable. The Dealership was very welcoming and clean. Lots of inventory to choose from. If you are looking for a vehicle, check them out!!

My family and I were interested in getting a newer used vehicle because beaters only last you so long. We had family and friends who had recommended Jim Shorkey because they had gotten their vehicles from them and seemed very pleased. At first we didn t think we would be able to get anything due to iffy credit. But Jake Virgin and the Jim Shorkey team worked with us and got us into a vehicle. 6 months down the road when push came to shove Jake and the JS team helped us again and were able to get us into bigger and better we are again beyond satisfied and can t thank Jake enough for his help!! We highly recommend going to Jim Shorkey and if you do ask for Jake virgin

I recently bought a car for Jim Shorkey Murrysville Chevrolet. I have purchased many cars in my 67 years and this was my most pleasurable experience. Bob Fox was my salesman and he was most accommodating. I showed up a day earlier than he expected and he was already working with two other customers. Never the less, he set me up for a test drive and the worked with me to give me the best price possible. He had all the paper work completed and I had my new car. Since I was a day early the car was not completely ready so Bob agreed to deliver the car to my house the next day. When he got on the high way at speeds that I did no reach in my test drive he notices a shaking in the steering. He contacted me and took the car back for evaluation. It turns out that the tires needed to be balanced. He did this at no extra charge and delivered the truck a couple of days later.As I said Bob Fox was very accommodating and helpful. I have already recommend Shorkey Chevrolet to a friend who is looking for a new vehicle. I would recommend Bob Fox and Jim Shorkey Murrysville Chevrolet to everyone. I worked with Anthony and Jacob in purchasing our new car. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I did the negotiating with Anthony by text which was very helpful since I work and don't have time to sit in the dealership. Once I worked out the deal and told him to write it up, Jacob took over since Anthony was going to be off that Saturday when we could come in. Didn't miss a beat. Great experience.

Jacob goes above and beyond to help his customers!! We have bought our last 3 cars from Shorkey with 2 being bought from Jacob. Dave was a huge help in the finance department as well. Couldn't have asked for a better group to work with. If you're in the Market for a new car, Ask for Jacob. You won't be disappointed.

Every member of the service team is always very professional, courteous and accommodating. Most recently, Shaine Allerton, was very helpful as I dealt with an unexpected repair. The work was completed within a day and he even arranged for a rental car. His attention to detail was certainly welcome and appreciated!!

In all honesty, with my initial experience with Jim shorkey in Murrysville, I would have given them a one star review. The salesman's knowledge about the vehicles and warranties was lacking to say the least. He seemed like a very nice guy, but he was apparently new to the car sales business. But either way, there was also a problem with my certified vehicle that occurred after I had it home, and at first, the managers did not want to do anything to make it right. But, after I persisted(over the course of a couple weeks) and called the main office, Shane got back to me immediately. He is, I believe, the main sales manager. He told me that he was out of town and this was the 1st that he had heard of any of my problems. He provided a solution that was not only satisfactory, but really, it was above and beyond. So, after dealing with Shane, my experience with that location became much, much better. Thank you Shane, and we really do love our new(to use) vehicle now.

Anthony was absolutely incredible! With his vast knowledge of the products/inventory and just his personality, it made the whole experience easy and painless! If you haven't stopped in to speak with Anthony, or any of the Jim Shorkey team at the Murrysville location, for your car buying needs you would be crazy not to! Also, the receptionist was just so great and friendly! I didn't ask her for her name, but she made an impression as well! I mean the whole staff was great! From the receptionist to the fiance department! It really was a GREAT day!!! I've wanted a truck my whole life, and Anthony and his team made it happen for me! Please do yourself a favor and stop in to see Anthony or any of the team if you're in the market! You won't regret it!!!

I had the best experience at Jim Shorkey Chevrolet in Murrysville. I purchased a 2021 Equinox from Anthony Tanilli and Jacob Valvano. They both were kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. Their communication was superior. Shane Stone and Ricky Juarez from the finance department were also amazing! This was my first purchase from a dealership, therefore I was not privy to the process. Everyone had a hand in making my experience memorable. All four men were personable, fun, and easy to talk to! Just fantastic really. Because of them, Jim Shorkey has a customer for life!

PJ was extremely easy to work with. He got back to us quickly any time we had questions or concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He kept us updated as we waited for our car to be delivered and made sure we got everything we were looking for while staying within our budget. You may want to reconsider buying from here if you have to drive more than an hour...I found a vehicle online and was told (by multiple people) over the phone that the truck was in 100% working condition with nothing wrong and was in excellent cosmetic condition.I liked the price they quoted me and drove over 3 hours one-way to purchase the truck. Upon arriving the truck was in amazing cosmetic condition. Maybe even better than they had told me.The problems started though once I popped the hood. After listening to the truck idle you could tell that it had a knock in the top end of the motor. Now to someone who is not mechanically knowledgeable this may slip right by you. So I didn't cause a big stink. I politely explained why I was not purchasing the truck and went on my way back home. I did not bother negotiating as I simply did not want a truck with a bad motor.That night I decided to do some research into that particular engine as it is not known to have any rod knocks or bearings go out. I learned that it is somewhat common though for a part inside the intake manifold to fail and sound just like a rod knock. A quick and easy way to diagnose it is by unplugging an electrical connector on the throttle body. If the knock stops, you've got a bad intake manifold.After learning this I provided the dealer with this info and asked if they could look into it. To my surprise they did and determined that my suspicion was right and that it needed a new intake.Everything is fine from here. I am thinking they are going to fix the knock and honor the quoted price since the quoted price was for a fully functional vehicle. Right?Wrong!They told me that they would honor the quoted price but then charge me an additional $600+ to make the repair.So after spending 7 hours of my day to come look at your truck just to find out it is not in the condition you said it was in AND after diagnosing the issue for you, you want to charge ME extra?! Yeah, I think not!All that to say don't drive far because the car might not be in the condition they say it is!

Best of all was my car salesman which was Bob Fox he is amazing at what he does and walked me through step by step. Absolutely the worst! Starting with sales and moving right into service - poor customer service. Poor quality certified vehicles. The only saving grace is maybe the supervisor in service can help fix an ongoing issue that I have had to deal with for more than a year. Mike DeSantis in service is absolutely rude and condescending. I would not recommend this place at all!***UPDATE***After more than 1.5 years Art the Service supervisor figured out the issue! He also did what should have been done from the beginning - had the trunk lid lining replaced!If you absolutely have to go here - skip the rude service manager, Mike DeSantis and call the Service Supervisor, Art! He was very kind and understanding! He actually took the time to listen and not dismiss me or the clear problem with my vehicle!Also, would like to note that customer service reached out to me on here. I sent them the requested info to contact me about this issues on November 5, 2023 and !!! Do not recommend Jim Shorkey's at all! Watson's was about customer care, not so much with Shorkey's! So disappointed!!!FYI, February 10, 2024 - still from customer service!
